Abstract

MSMEs are a vital sector in the Indonesian economy as they play a role in job creation and increasing community income. In Bali Province, particularly Badung Regency, the number and development of MSMEs are relatively low due to various constraints, notably weak financial management, poor financial record-keeping, limited access to capital, and a lack of entrepreneurship training. This study aims to analyze the effects of financial socialization, financial knowledge, and financial experience on financial management behavior among trade-sector MSME owners in Badung Regency. From a population of 10,068 SME owners, 99 SMEs were selected using purposive sampling based on specific criteria. The study utilized quantitative data sourced from questionnaires and analyzed via multiple linear regression. The results indicate that financial socialization has a positive but insignificant effect on financial management behavior. Financial knowledge and financial experience have positive and significant effects on financial management behavior.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and work ethic on employee productivity at PT Rodaniaga Kokoh Nusantara, Tangerang Regency. The research uses a quantitative descriptive method with an associative causal approach. The population comprised 60 employees, and the entire population was taken as the sample using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires with a five-point Likert scale, then analysed using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple and multiple linear regression, correlation and determination coefficients, and hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test) with SPSS version 25. The results show that work discipline (X1) has a positive and significant partial effect on employee productivity (t = 4.061 > 2.001; sig. 0.000 < 0.05). Work ethic (X2) also has a positive and significant partial effect (t = 7.093 > 2.001; sig. 0.000 < 0.05). Simultaneously, both variables significantly affect employee productivity (F = 25.316 > 4.010; sig. 0.000 < 0.05). The correlation coefficient (R) of 0.686 indicates a strong relationship, and the coefficient of determination of 0.470 shows that 47% of the variation in employee productivity is explained by both variables, while the remaining 53% is influenced by other factors outside the model.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze how online customer reviews, online customer ratings, and brand image influence purchasing decisions for The Originote products on the TikTok Shop platform. This study focuses on understanding the digital factors that influence consumer behavior, particularly among Gen Z in Denpasar as an active group of social media and e-commerce users. This study employs a quantitative method using non-probability sampling (accidental sampling), involving 112 respondents. The data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to Gen Z customers of The Originote in Denpasar, which had undergone validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests, and was subsequently analyzed using multiple linear regression. The research results demonstrate that online customer reviews, online customer ratings, and brand image significantly contribute to purchasing decisions. This means that the better the customer reviews, the higher the product ratings, and the stronger the brand image perceived by consumers, the more likely they are to purchase The Originote products on TikTok Shop.

Abstract

This study examines employee-centric corporate social responsibility (CSR) as quality infrastructure in Philippine private higher education institutions (HEIs). It addresses a persistent managerial problem: employee well-being initiatives often exist as isolated activities, while workload design, psychosocial risk, inclusion, employee voice, and professional development remain weakly integrated into governance and quality assurance. A qualitative documentary synthesis was conducted using a purposively assembled corpus of 14 sources published from 2020 to 2024, comprising Philippine higher education policies and accreditation guidance, international standards and policy documents, and peer-reviewed studies and reviews. The sources were analyzed through structured coding, cross-source comparison, and contribution-oriented interpretation across five domains: workload fairness, psychosocial safety, inclusion and dignity, employee voice, and capability development. The synthesis identifies three central findings. First, workload transparency and recognition of allied tasks form the operational foundation of credible internal CSR. Second, psychosocial support produces limited value when institutions address symptoms but leave organizational hazards unchanged. Third, employee voice and leadership follow-through connect internal CSR to service continuity by enabling risks to be identified before they affect students. The study proposes that employee-centric CSR creates internal social impact when it is embedded in decision rights, monitoring routines, and quality assurance rather than delivered as stand-alone welfare programs. The findings offer a practical governance framework for private HEI leaders while avoiding causal claims that cannot be supported by documentary evidence.
