Abstract

Stock prices, defined as the value per share traded in the capital market, fluctuate in response to supply and demand. Higher stock prices indicate an increase in a company’s value, and vice versa. Stock prices can also reflect a company’s performance, which moves in tandem with its financial results. This study examines financial ratios that influence stock prices, specifically the Current Ratio, Earnings Per Share, and Debt-to-Equity Ratio. This study aims to test and obtain empirical evidence regarding the influence of the Current Ratio, Earnings Per Share, and Debt-to-Equity Ratio on the stock prices of companies listed on the LQ45 index at the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The study population consists of all LQ45 index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2021–2023. The sample was determined using purposive sampling, resulting in 20 companies listed on the LQ45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, yielding a total of 60 data observations during the study period. The data used were quantitative data obtained from , www.idx.co.id, and . Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that the Current Ratio and Earnings Per Share have a positive effect on stock prices for companies listed on the LQ45 index, while the Debt-to-Equity Ratio has a negative and significant effect on stock prices for companies listed on the LQ45 index.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effects of work-family conflict, work stress, and work-life balance on turnover intention among employees at the International Post Center (IPC) of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) in Denpasar. High work pressure and demands have the potential to trigger role conflict, increase stress levels, and disrupt employees’ work-life balance, ultimately leading to a desire to quit. The research method used is quantitative, employing a survey approach. The population in this study includes all IPC employees at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) in Denpasar, using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaire distribution and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The study findings indicate that work-family conflict and work stress have a positive and significant impact on turnover intention. Conversely, work-life balance has a negative and significant impact on turnover intention. These findings indicate that the higher the level of work-family conflict and work-related stress, the higher the employees’ intention to leave the company. However, the better the work-life balance employees experience, the lower their intention to change jobs.

Abstract

Digital transformation is reshaping how firms define, capture, verify, and communicate the social and environmental consequences of corporate activity. This integrative literature review examines how digital technologies influence corporate social responsibility impact measurement and distinguishes such measurement from sustainability disclosure and ESG ratings. The synthesis identifies five interdependent dimensions: strategic intent and materiality, digital data infrastructure, analytics and traceability, measurement and reporting design, and governance with stakeholder feedback. Artificial intelligence, big data analytics, Internet of Things sensors, blockchain, cloud platforms, and machine-readable taxonomies can improve timeliness, granularity, traceability, and comparability. However, digitalization alone cannot establish causal impact, ensure data quality, prevent greenwashing, or eliminate ESG rating divergence. Effective measurement requires theories of change, outcome-oriented indicators, interoperability, assurance, privacy protection, responsible artificial intelligence, and stakeholder participation. The review proposes an integrative framework and five-level maturity model, with particular relevance to emerging economies, the Philippines, and other digitally developing contexts worldwide.

Abstract

Employee performance is a critical factor in maintaining operational effectiveness and competitiveness in private service firms, especially firms that depend on technical reliability, work discipline, and timely task completion. This study aims to examine the effects of work stress, organizational culture, and self-efficacy on employee performance at PT. Bumi Sentosa, a private electrical services firm in Denpasar, Bali. This study applied a quantitative explanatory approach. The population consisted of 33 employees, and all employees were selected as respondents using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings show that work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, while organizational culture and self-efficacy have positive and significant effects. These results indicate that employee performance can improve when the company reduces excessive work pressure, strengthens shared work values, and develops employees’ confidence in completing their duties. This study provides practical insight for human resource management in small private technical service firms and supports more focused performance improvement policies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and social influence on the decision to use online loans by merchants at Klungkung District Market. The research method used a quantitative approach with a sample of 97 market merchants selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected via a questionnaire using a 1–5 Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that all three independent variables significantly influence the decision to use online loans. Perceived usefulness had the most dominant influence (β = 0.456; p < 0.001), followed by ease of use (β = 0.328; p < 0.001) and social influence (β = 0.287; p = 0.001). The regression model explains 68.7% of the variation in usage decisions. These findings provide practical implications for online loan service providers to enhance perceptions of benefits and ease of access, as well as to build community support to increase service adoption.
