Abstract

The integration of Text-to-Image and Generative Pre-Trained Transformer (GPT) technologies in developing child-friendly educational tourism aims to create interactive and engaging learning experiences. This program combines artificial intelligence and digital visualization to produce educational materials tailored to children's developmental needs. The methods used include technical training for tourism managers, development of AI-based interactive content, and evaluation of program effectiveness through observation and user feedback. Results indicate that the use of this technology enhances children's learning interest and makes the educational process more enjoyable. The implementation of AI technology is expected to support innovative educational tourism development and promote cognitive development in early childhood.

Abstract

The implementation of Ecogreen Packaging in the development of premium packaging at the Sanan Tempe Industrial Village aims to enhance the value of tempe products through the use of environmentally friendly packaging. This program combines modern packaging technology with sustainability principles to produce packaging that is both attractive and sustainable. Methods include research and development of packaging design, technical training for tempe producers, and evaluation of packaging effectiveness through consumer feedback. The results show increased consumer satisfaction and reduced environmental impact from traditional packaging use. The implementation of Ecogreen Packaging is expected to support the sustainability of the tempe industry and enhance the competitiveness of products in the global market.

Abstract

The optimization of community management through the Integrated Cloud Information System for the Pacitan Cerdas Community in Pacitan Regency aims to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of data management and activity coordination. This program implements cloud technology to store, access, and manage community information in real-time and centrally. Methods include the development and implementation of a cloud-based information system, technical training for community members, and performance evaluation through usage data analysis. Results show significant improvements in data management, activity coordination, and member engagement. The implementation of this system is expected to support better sustainability and development of the community in Pacitan Regency.

Abstract

The development of Eco-Tech Gamified Tours as an acceleration of child-friendly industrial tourism assets in the Sanan Tempe Industrial Village aims to enhance the appeal and educational value of tourism for children. This program integrates gaming technology with interactive tours that educate visitors about the tempe production process and the importance of environmental sustainability. Methods include game design and development, integration of educational elements, training for tour guides, and effectiveness evaluation through user feedback. Results indicate a significant increase in children's interest and engagement during tours. The implementation of this program is expected to support the development of innovative and sustainable industrial tourism in the Sanan Tempe Industrial Village.

Abstract

Nowadays, criminal acts are not only committed by adults. A child can do the same thing. For example, in the case of the Garut District Court decision Number 1/Pid.Sus-Anak/2023/PN Grt and the West Jakarta District Court Decision Number 24/Pid.Sus-Anak/2021/PN Jkt.Brt, a case regarding the crime of theft with serious aggravating circumstances. done by children. The problems discussed in this research are the legal analysis of the implementation of restorative justice for children who have committed criminal acts in Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System in Decision Number 1/Pid.Sus-Anak/2023/PN Grt and Decision Number 24/ Pid.Sus-Anak/2021/PN Jkt.Brt In Result, the application of restorative justice in cases in Decision Number 1/Pid.Sus-Anak/2023/PN Grt and in Decision Number 24/Pid.Sus-Anak/2021/PN Jkt.brt, as mandated by Law Number 12 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Justice System has reflected the realization of restorative justice for children. The application of restorative justice has been a form of legal protection for children as perpetrators during this time. The restorative justice approach exists to provide protection for children who are in conflict with the law, as well as victims of criminal acts and the community to be involved in resolving criminal cases committed by children.

Abstract

Training and development in organic cassava waste management is a strategic step towards product diversification and downstreaming of the tape industry in Banjarsari Village. This program aims to increase the added value of organic cassava waste through environmentally friendly and marketable product innovations. The methods used include practical training, technical assistance, and business sustainability evaluation. The results of this activity indicate an improvement in the community's skills and knowledge in managing cassava waste, as well as the creation of diversified products with potential for further development. Thus, this program is expected to support the sustainability of the tape industry in Banjarsari Village while enhancing the welfare of the local community.

Abstract

This article was written with the aim of analyzing the verses of the Koran relating to leadership and understanding the role of women according to Q.S. An-Nisa verse 34. In this study the focus that will be discussed is the history of women in the world of leadership regarding how leadership roles in the political field are not only filled by men but can also be carried out by women. Writing this article uses qualitative methods and techniques in collecting data with a library-based approach or library research, namely explaining the material that will be discussed by collecting several library sources, both primary and secondary. Primary literature sources referred to are books that discuss women's role participation in politics and secondary literature sources used are journals that are relevant to key discussions about the role of women in leadership both according to the view of the Al-Qur'an and also according to political views. . The findings that the author got from writing this article are first, in the history of Islamic civilization there has been a role for women in the world of political leadership such as Queen Bilqis from Negri Saba' and Syajaratud Dur who was the sultan of Egypt. Second, based on the analysis of Surah At-Taubah verse 71, women can also have the same role in the field of leadership, not just men. Here the two can work together together.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the factors that influence the level of cash expenditure at PT Bintang Energi Sejahtera. This research identifies and analyzes major spending categories, significant monthly fluctuations, and compares annual spending. By analyzing cash disbursement report data for the last two years, this research found that operational expenditure is the largest category. These findings highlight the importance of effective operational cost management to maintain company financial stability. The increase in spending from year to year indicates the need for budget adjustments and wiser financial strategies. This research also identifies potential financial risks that may arise, helping companies design more appropriate risk mitigation strategies. The results of this research provide a strong basis for PT Bintang Energi Sejahtera to increase the efficiency of cash expenditure, which can ultimately improve the company's financial performance. By understanding spending patterns, companies can make more accurate projections, identify areas that can be optimized, and plan cash allocation better. It is also hoped that this research will be a valuable reference for other companies facing similar challenges in managing their cash expenditures, as well as contribute to improving financial knowledge and practices in the energy industry. This research provides an important contribution to the understanding of PT's financial performance. Bintang Energi Sejahtera and assist stakeholders in making more informed decisions. In this way, companies can become more resilient in facing financial crises and strengthen overall financial performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of the influence of Employee Angagement, TeamWork and Burnout on Employee Performance at Bank Mandiri Taspen (Manna Sub-Branch Office). The nature of this research is exploratori. Exploratory research is a research approach that aims to find information about a topic/problem that is not fully understood by a researcher. Researchers only prepare a number of questions as a guide to obtain primary data in the form of information, information, as the initial data needed. In this study the authors used the census sampling technique, namely the saturated sampling technique is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. Therefore, the author chose a sample using a saturated sampling technique because the population was relatively small. So that the sample used in this study amounted to 30 people. Based on the results There is an effect of employee engagement (X1) on employee performance (Y) of Bank Mandiri Taspen Company (Manna Sub-Branch Office) with a tsig value < α (0.001 < 0.05) and a tcount> ttable value (2.571> 1.69726) thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. From the significance value obtained that variable X1 affects employee performance (Y). There is an effect of teamwork (X2) on employee performance (Y) of Bank Mandiri Taspen Company (Manna Sub-Branch Office) with a tsig value < α (0.004 < 0.05) and a tcount> ttable value (2.571> 1.69726) thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. From the significance value obtained that variable X2 has an effect on employee performance (Y). There is an effect of burnout (X3) on employee performance (Y) of Bank Mandiri Taspen Company (Manna Sub-Branch Office) with a tsig value < α (0.003 < 0.05) and a tcount> ttable (2.571> 1.69726) thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. From the significance value obtained that variable X3 has an effect on employee performance (Y).

Abstract

Tax is a mandatory contribution collected by the government from the community without compensation received directly by the taxpayer. This means that when someone pays taxes, they do not receive a specific direct benefit from that payment. On the other hand, taxes are used for public interests and public services whose benefits are felt by society as a whole. The tax imposed on income in accordance with Article 23 is one of the crucial elements in the Indonesian tax system which makes a significant contribution to state revenue. One of the objectives of PPh Article 23 is to provide outsourcing services. For this reason, the purpose of this research is to understand how income from outsourcing services at PT GHI is calculated, deducted and reported on income tax based on Article 23. The approach applied in this research is qualitative descriptive using interviews and documentation. The results of this study support the conclusion that the calculation, withholding and reporting of PPh 23 at PT GHI has complied with all relevant legal requirements, namely at an amount of 2% and those who carry out the withholding and reporting of PPh 23 are the parties receiving the services.
