Abstract

This study aims to explore the potential and impact of the learning model based on the integration of interactive audio visual card game media in increasing creativity and implementation of Project-Based Learning (PBL) in Two-Dimensional Fine Arts materials at Teacher Professional Education Partner Schools (PPG). This model is designed to integrate technology in fine arts learning by using audio-visual-based interactive card games to enrich students' learning experiences. With a qualitative approach, this study collects data through interviews, observations, and documentation analysis. The results of the study show that the integration of this interactive media can stimulate students' creativity, increase collaboration in teams, and strengthen understanding of art concepts in the context of PBL. This model has proven to be effective in creating a more interactive and collaborative learning environment, as well as providing a more enjoyable and meaningful learning experience. This research provides recommendations for the use of technology in art education and introduces more innovative methods in two-dimensional art learning.

Abstract

The current digital landscape is driving new ways of thinking and methods for managing information in communication with mass media. Mass media, which was once considered effective in shaping public opinion as part of public relations strategies through media relations, now faces a range of challenges. The rise of new professions, such as brand reviewers through Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers, the emergence of artificial intelligence (AI), and Homeless Media and the large number of layoffs in the media industry became a phenomenon and challenges that cannot be ignored in the role of mass media today. However, despite these challenges, mass media, as the fourth pillar of democracy, continues to strive to maintain its existence amidst the noise by presenting the "true voice." This study aims to explore in greater depth the challenges and opportunities of building relationships with mass media (media relations) in the digital era, using a qualitative descriptive research approach.

Abstract

Accurate financial recording and effective investment management are essential for optimizing the use of financial resources, identifying spending patterns, and maximizing investment growth. The aim of this research is to assist users in managing daily income and expenses, as well as to support decision-making in financial investments. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an application that offers practical solutions for financial recording and investment management. The financial recording and investment simulation application is developed using the Laravel Framework with the waterfall development method. The programming language used is PHP, and the database is MySQL. Application testing was carried out using Black Box Testing to verify functionality and Stress Testing to evaluate system performance and resilience. The Stress Testing scenario involved 100 samples with a ramp-up period of 10 seconds and a loop count of 1, testing one of the API endpoints, namely the news endpoint. The results of the Black Box Testing indicate that the application successfully performs the expected scenarios, and the Stress Testing results show that the application demonstrates adequate resilience under high workload conditions.

Abstract

Health has a very vital role for every human being, because without a healthy body condition, a person will experience difficulties in carrying out daily activities. Posyandu which is short for Integrated Service Post, is a Village/Sub-district Community Institution tasked with helping to improve basic social services in the health sector. This study looks at how the role of posyandu in improving public health in Tropodo Village, Waru District, Sidoarjo Regency, Indonesia. The method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach through data collection through interviews and direct observation with related parties. This study uses the role theory according to Siagian 2018, namely Stabilizer, Innovator, Modernizer, Pioneer, and Implementer. In carrying out its role in improving public health, there are still obstacles such as the lack of implementation facilities and infrastructure and the persistence of individualistic communities. This study helps future authors regarding the role of posyandu in improving public health.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought convenience in accessing religious information, including interpretations of the Qur'an. However, this convenience also presents serious challenges, particularly regarding the potential distortion of the meaning of jihad verses by the general public. Jihad verses have become a primary focus because they are often misunderstood and misused in contexts of violence or extremism, even though these verses possess complex historical backgrounds, conditions, and contexts. When such verses are quoted indiscriminately on digital platforms without adequate explanation, they can lead to serious social and ideological consequences. This study aims to examine the impact of digitalization on the interpretation of jihad verses, focusing on the forms of distortion, causal factors, and the resulting social impacts. Using a descriptive qualitative approach based on literature review and digital content observation, this research finds that jihad verses are frequently cited in a partial and literal manner, without regard to their historical context (asbāb al-nuzūl) or authoritative exegesis. The main contributing factors are low levels of digital religious literacy and the dominance of social media algorithms. This distortion fosters narrow fanaticism, potential radicalization, social polarization, and a negative image of Islam. Strengthening digital religious literacy and reinforcing the role of scholars in the digital da'wah ecosystem are necessary solutions.

Abstract

This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis. The grand theory used is the hermeneutic theory proposed by Gadamer which emphasizes that the educational horizon someone has in the present is formed as an accumulation of various cadre formations in the past in a continuous circular motion. The results of the study show that, first, there is a focus on producing cleric cadres through the Hadith Studies Program, enabling them to understand and read classical Islamic texts (kitab kuning). Second, a curriculum for Hadith studies based on Turats is designed to develop a moderate and tolerant interpretation of Islam with a Nusantara perspective. Third, there is a Tahfidz Hadith Scholarship, with the requirement of passing an exam in reading classical texts (kitab kuning). Fourth, there is a Hadith memorization program through a Hadith Studies Boarding School quarantine. Fifth, ulama from Egypt are invited to teach, using Arabic as the language of instruction. This study concludes that the restoration of Arabic language learning can be an effective solution in addressing the cleric crisis at UIN Satu Tulungagung.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of situation awareness among paramotor pilots in the Paramotor Community of Yogyakarta. Situation awareness refers to an individual’s awareness of environmental conditions that affect decision-making, especially in high-risk activities such as paramotor air sports. The research employs a qualitative case study approach. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that pilots in the community have optimally implemented the three levels of situation awareness: perception, comprehension, and projection. Pilots are able to identify critical elements in the flight environment, understand their impact on safety, and project potential scenarios to make accurate decisions. Experience, training, and systematic procedures are the key supporting factors in enhancing pilot situational awareness. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for evaluation and safety improvement in paramotor activities.

Abstract

The digital era has brought significant changes to the lives of adolescents, particularly through the intensity of social media use, which impacts their psychological well-being. Social pressure, anxiety, and feelings of inadequacy are common phenomena arising from these online activities. In this context, spirituality is seen as a potential inner strength capable of supporting adolescents' psychological resilience. This study aims to describe the perceptions of adolescents active on social media regarding the role of spirituality in coping with psychological distress. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation at Madrasah Aliyah Al Huda, Tegalwaru District. The results show that most adolescents view spirituality as important, but it is still limited to formal religious practices such as prayer and Quran recitation. The role of spirituality as a mental strengthening tool has not been fully internalized in daily life, although some students reported feeling emotional calm through certain religious activities. The madrasah environment supports religious activities, but has not systematically directed spiritual development as a strategy for coping with psychological distress. These findings have important implications for the development of spiritual education programs that are more applicable and relevant to digital challenges. This research also opens up space for further study on the integration of spiritual and psychological development in religious education environments.

Abstract

Islamic education today faces the challenge of developing a generation that is moderate, tolerant, and responsive to changing times. This study aims to examine the implementation of contemporary Islamic jurisprudence values in the Islamic Education curriculum based on religious moderation at the elementary school level. The background of this study is based on the importance of presenting religious learning that is contextual, inclusive, and based on the values of benefit. The approach used was a qualitative case study method, located at SDIT Kasih Ibu, East Karawang District. Data collection techniques included in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis involving teachers, the principal, and students. The results of the study indicate that contemporary Islamic jurisprudence values such as empathy, social justice, tolerance, and responsibility have been integrated into learning through contextual strategies and habituation practices in the school environment. Teachers play a central role in inserting these values into lesson plans and learning activities without having to express them in formal Islamic jurisprudence terminology. In conclusion, the implementation of contemporary Islamic jurisprudence values in elementary education can be effective through a reflective, participatory, and character-based approach, which is in line with the spirit of religious moderation in Islamic education. The implication is that Islamic education needs to be directed at strengthening a contextual and humanistic value-based curriculum from the elementary level.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the use of high-strength concrete waste (HSCW) as a coarse aggregate replacement and its effect on the compressive strength of concrete with a target strength of 32 MPa. Cylindrical specimens measuring 15 cm in diameter and 30 cm in height were used. HSCW was used in varying proportions: 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%, with conventional concrete as the control. Each variation included nine specimens. The research employed an experimental approach. Results show that HSCW affects compressive strength. The control concrete reached 39.63 MPa. At 25% HSCW, strength increased to 40.73 MPa (2.78% gain), but declined at higher levels: 50% (40.19 MPa), 75% (36.66 MPa), and 100% (35.63 MPa), indicating a significant reduction at higher replacement rates.
