Abstract

This study comparatively examines academic supervision instruments in Kurikulum 2013 and Kurikulum Merdeka using a qualitative approach and document analysis. Academic supervision plays a crucial role in enhancing teaching quality and teacher professionalism through systematic guidance and evaluation. Kurikulum Merdeka, which emphasizes flexible and student-centered learning, requires supervision instruments that are more adaptive, reflective, and supportive of teacher innovation compared to the more structured and normative instruments of Kurikulum 2013. Findings reveal significant differences in focus, orientation, instrument form, teacher involvement, and supervision flexibility. Kurikulum 2013 instruments are more formal and evaluative, while those for Kurikulum Merdeka focus on professional development and continuous reflection with a collaborative approach. The implications are vital for developing relevant and effective supervision instruments to support successful implementation of both curricula and improve educational quality in schools.

Abstract

The rapid expansion and inherent resource limitations of Internet of Things (IoT) devices necessitate robust, future-proof security solutions, particularly against sophisticated data integrity threats and the imminent risk of quantum computing attacks. This paper provides a systematic literature review (SLR) of the architectural integration of blockchain with quantum technologies (quantum key distribution (QKD) and post-quantum cryptography (PQC)) for a two-stage trust model in IoT communication. This review summarizes existing methods and answers three key research questions. The results show that permissioned blockchains are primarily used for trust management to ensure the non-repudiation and immutability of data. Notably, there is a clear dividing line in the application of quantum solutions: QKD is particularly suitable for securing high-capacity backbone communications (server gateways), whereas PQC (especially lattice-based algorithms such as Kyber and Dilithium) is the mainstream resource-efficient solution for IoT terminals. However, this integration also has significant drawbacks, such as high latency due to blockchain consensus mechanisms and increased memory and CPU requirements from PQC implementations. The main challenge is the lack of standardized protocols for integrating QKD key management with smart contract functionality. This review provides a comprehensive analysis of current architectures, assesses their performance trade-offs, and outlines a clear research agenda aimed at developing standardized hybrid protocols for future trusted IoT systems and optimizing resource-efficient, quantum-resistant consensus mechanisms.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of long-term community participation in the Bojonegoro Carbon Emission Care Program by referring to Arnstein's Ladder of Citizen Participation theory (1969). This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study type to explore in depth the form of community involvement in environmental programs that focus on achieving the Net Zero Emission target. Data analysis was conducted using NVivo 12 Pro, which shows that community participation is predominantly at the Tokenism level, namely involvement provided by the government is formal and does not significantly influence the decision-making process. The results of the analysis show variations in the level of community participation, with the highest level of participation shown by Mr. Khafid (25%), followed by Mr. Choiri (24%), Mr. Edi (21%), and Mrs. Damai, Mrs. Suwiji, and Mr. Dedik (19% each). Lower levels of participation were seen in Mrs. Kasiati (18%) and Mr. Soehirman (14%). Tokenism's position is more stable than Non-Participation and Citizen Power, indicating that the community has been involved in various program activities, but does not yet have a strong space to determine policy direction or exert real influence on decisions made. This finding emphasizes the importance of the government's commitment to expanding more substantive participation through outreach, mentoring, and the establishment of inclusive collaborative mechanisms to support the achievement of Net Zero Emissions in Bojonegoro Regency.

Abstract

This study examines the political career of Maria Ullfah from 1934 to 1947, as well as the influence of her family and education on the formation of her political consciousness. Born into an educated priyayi family, Maria Ullfah had access to extensive formal education from an early age, eventually pursuing legal studies at Leiden University in the Netherlands. Growing up in a family environment closely connected to intellectual traditions and the colonial bureaucracy, combined with her experiences witnessing injustices against women, nurtured her social sensitivity and early commitment to gender equality. Her Western education and interactions with figures of the national movement, such as Sutan Sjahrir, further strengthened her awareness as part of a colonized nation in need of change. Upon returning to Indonesia, she actively participated in women’s organizations, educational institutions, and the national movement, playing a key role in the Indonesian Women’s Congress, KOWANI, and literacy eradication efforts. During the revolutionary period, her intellectual capacity and dedication led to her being appointed a member of the BPUPKI and later becoming the first female Minister of Social Affairs. Her contributions not only opened public spaces for women but also played a significant role in the political processes leading to the establishment of the Indonesian state. This study demonstrates that family background, education, and personal experiences were significant factors in shaping Maria Ullfah as a central figure in the women’s movement and the struggle for independence.

Abstract

Pre-hospital emergency medical services personnel work in high-pressure environments, facing repeated exposure to critical incidents and rapid, high-stakes decision-making processes. These conditions increase the risk of psychological distress, burnout, and impaired performance, emphasizing the need to identify factors that support mental health in this population. Although resilience and psychological well-being have been studied in general healthcare contexts, evidence specifically addressing pre-hospital personnel remains limited and fragmented, hindering the development of tailored interventions for this group. This article presents a systematic literature review examining the relationship between work resilience and psychological well-being among prehospital healthcare professionals. Peer-reviewed articles, academic books, and other scholarly sources were identified through structured database searches using pre-defined keywords. Studies involving physicians, nurses, midwives, ambulance drivers, and call center operators were included based on the established selection criteria. Data were synthesized using thematic content analysis to identify the recurring concepts and interconnections. The findings showed that work resilience is reinforced through stress-management strategies, social support, positive cognitive and emotional reframing, and maintaining physical and mental health. Psychological well-being is enhanced by interpersonal support, solution-focused coping, emotion regulation, and structured psychological programs. Organizational factors, including ongoing training, optimized workload and shifts, and employee recognition, further promote mental health. The implications of these findings highlight the need for healthcare institutions to embed resilience-building initiatives and comprehensive psychological support systems into workforce policies to reduce burnout risk, strengthen employee capacity, and enhance the effectiveness and sustainability of pre-hospital emergency care delivery.

Abstract

Character education plays a crucial role in shaping students' personalities to be faithful, pious, and virtuous. However, the development of globalization and digital technology has given rise to various moral issues, such as poor communication ethics, increasing individualism, and the degradation of social attitudes. In this context, Islamic Religious Education (PAI) plays a strategic role as a means of character development based on the values of the Quran. One relevant verse is Surah Luqman, verse 19, which emphasizes humility and gentleness in communication. This study aims to analyze the character education values in Surah Luqman, verse 19, and its relevance as an alternative for character development in students in the modern era. The method used is library research with a descriptive-analytical approach to various scientific literature and Quranic interpretations. The results of the study indicate that the values of simplicity and communication ethics in this verse are relevant to the needs of 21st-century character education. Its implementation can be achieved through Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning, teacher role models, positive habits, and the educational use of digital technology to strengthen students' Islamic character.
