Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of teacher leadership in enhancing the quality of learning in schools. In an ever-evolving educational context, teacher leadership emerges as a key factor in creating an effective and innovative learning environment. The research employs a case study method with a qualitative approach, involving in-depth interviews with teachers, school principals, and students from several primary and secondary schools. The findings indicate that effective teacher leadership can motivate students, enhance collaboration among peers, and encourage the implementation of more creative teaching methods. Furthermore, support from school management significantly contributes to the success of teacher leadership. These findings are expected to provide insights for the development of educational policies and leadership practices in schools

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of the variables of Leadership, Utilization of Information Technology, Competence, and Communication on the Performance of Village Apparatus. In this study, the author uses a quantitative descriptive method to determine the magnitude and significance of the influence between variables. The research was conducted in the village of "Jotacorubo," Weru District, Sukoharjo Regency, Central Java Province. The population of all village officials in the village of "Jotacorubo," Weru District, totaling 58 people. The sampling technique used in this study is the census technique. The sample size taken was 58 people or respondents. The variables used in this study consist of 2 (two), namely the dependent variable (Y) and the independent variable (X). The dependent variable (Y) is performance, and the independent variable (X) includes leadership, the utilization of information technology, competence, and communication. Based on the research conducted on the village officials in Jotacorubo Village, Weru District, with the independent variables tested being, the utilization of information technology, competence, and communication, all of leadership which affects the performance of the village officials. In this study, the determination coefficient test yielded an Adjusted R Square value of 0.651, which means that the contribution of the independent variables—leadership, the utilization of technology, competence, and communication—towards the performance variable simultaneously is 65.1%, and the remaining 34.9% is attributed to other factors outside this study. Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of commitment, organizational culture, supervision and training on the performance of educators. The research design is a survey research. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Plupuh, which is located on the Sambirejo - Plupuh Sragen highway in June-August 2024. The object of the research was educators of SMA Negeri 1 Plupuh totaling 40 educators in the 2023/2024 academic year. The population of this study was all educators who taught at SMA Negeri 1 Plupuh totaling 40 educators. The sample taken in this study was all educators of SMA Negeri 1 Plupuh, so the sampling technique used was the saturated sampling technique. The variables in this study consisted of the independent variables used in this study are commitment, organizational culture, supervision and training. The dependent variable used in this study is educator performance. These variables were then processed using multiple regression analysis tools using SPSS 25 software. The results of the study concluded that commitment, organizational culture, supervision, and training contributed to educator performance. performance of educators at SMA Negeri 1 Plupuh.Based on the calculation results, the adjusted R square value was obtained as 0.937. This means that the variables of commitment, organizational culture, supervision, and training contributed to the performance of educators by 93.7%, while the remaining 6.3% was explained by other variables not proposed in this study. Abstract

This research aims to examine the application of e-learning applications and the Belajar.id account in improving the quality of learning in schools. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The research subjects were teachers and students at schools who had implemented e-learning applications and Belajar.id accounts. The research results show that the implementation of e-learning applications and the Belajar.id account has a positive impact on the quality of learning. This is demonstrated through increased student learning motivation, accessibility of learning materials and more effective teacher-student interactions. However, this research also found several obstacles, such as a lack of internet access in some areas and a lack of training for teachers in using e-learning applications. This research recommends that schools continue to support the development of technological infrastructure and provide adequate training for teachers to maximize the use of e-learning applications and Belajar.id accounts in improving the quality of learning.

Abstract

                Along with technological developments, shopping via e-commerce is increasingly popular with the public. This is because it is more practical and also provides competitive prices. This research aims to determine the influence of service quality, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty to generate WOM in local fashion products that use e-commerce. The population in this research is local fashion product customers who make purchases using e-commerce and live in the Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi areas, with a sample of 270 respondents. The data collection technique was carried out using a Likert scale questionnaire which was distributed online via Google Form. The sampling technique in this research used purposive sampling. Analysis uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with Partial Least Square (PLS). The research results show that service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and WOM. This research provides managerial implications for the management of local fashion product companies in JABODETABEK that sell via e- commerce in terms of increasing the positive WOM of their customers by improving service quality. This study can be developed by conducting research in other locations or for other products and can also add other variables that influence customers' positive WOM.

Abstract

                This study aims to analyse the effect of argument quality, trusted sources, and kindness on consumer purchase intention at TikTok Shop, with consumer well-being as a mediating variable. In today's digital era, TikTok Shop as an e-commerce platform is increasingly popular and has become the main means for consumers to make purchases. This research adopts a quantitative approach using a survey method to collect data from 242 respondents who are active users of TikTok Shop. This research is quantitative research using the Lisrel Structural Equation Model (SEM) method. The results showed that trusted sources have an indirect effect on purchase intention, namely through the quality of the argument and also consumer well-being. These findings provide important insights for marketers and sellers at TikTok Shop to understand what influences purchasing decisions. This research is expected to contribute to the development of more effective marketing strategies on social media-based e-commerce platforms.

Abstract

                This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived service quality, store image and perceived price fairness on loyalty through coffee shop customer satisfaction in Tangerang district. The target sample of this study were customers of 3 coffee shops in Tangerang district. There were a total of 260 respondents who participated in this study. Data was collected using a questionnaire distributed online via google form. The data were analyzed using a partial least square-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) approach. The results confirmed that service quality, store image and price fairness all three have a direct and significant relationship with customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. In addition, other findings show that service quality, store image and price fairness have a significant indirect effect on customer loyalty through the mediating effect of customer satisfaction. This research provides guidance to service providers on how to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty through an emphasis on price fairness, store image and service quality. it can be suggested that if a coffee shop company wants to increase customer loyalty what it must do is attract loyal and new customers.

Abstract

Research on the issue management of the determination of additional hajj quotas by the Ministry of Religion in the Implementation of the Hajj in 1445 H/2024 M is an interesting topic. Based on the results of searching for articles published in 2014-2024 with the keywords "Ministry of Religion", "Hajj Quota", and "Issue Management" using the Garuda Kemdikbud search engine and Research Gate from September 15 to October 15, 2024, there has been no research that specifically discusses this matter. This study aims to determine the five stages of issue management regarding the determination of additional hajj quotas by the Ministry of Religion in the Implementation of the Hajj in 1445 H/2024 M. The research method uses qualitative descriptive case studies to determine the five stages of issue management by the Ministry of Religion as in the Issue Management Theory by Chase and Jones. The results are that the Ministry of Religion carries out issue identification, issue analysis, program formulation, program implementation, and program evaluation, so that the image of the institution is maintained and does not cause an ongoing crisis. This research is useful for various groups, especially as a reference for the stages of issue management amidst the lack of references on the topic.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of collaborative academic supervision at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Miftahul Ulum, North Serpong District, South Tangerang City, as a strategy to enhance teaching quality and graduate outcomes. Collaborative academic supervision was conducted based on the management principles proposed by Terry (2021), namely planning, organizing, directing, and controlling. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed using the Atlas.ti 9 software to generate a network view visualization illustrating the relationships among key supervision categories, such as understanding, process, participation, obstacles, evaluation, and benefits. The results indicate that this supervision significantly improved teacher performance, the variety of teaching methods, the use of technology, and student engagement in learning. The evaluation revealed an increase in teacher ratings from 54.5% rated B and 45.5% rated A in the first semester to 27.3% rated B and 72.7% rated A in the subsequent semester, reflecting a 27.27% improvement from B to A. This supervision also fostered a conducive, innovative, and student-centered learning environment, enhancing community satisfaction with the quality of education. This study recommends collaborative supervision as an effective approach to support the implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka in madrasahs.

Abstract

The elderly need support from companions or caregivers, both from family and volunteers. Elderly care requires a lot of time and effort, especially when the elderly experience conditions such as dementia, chronic diseases, or physical disabilities. The majority of elderly nurses in Indonesia come from family environments because the culture in Indonesia emphasizes kinship and attachment between families. A caregiver is an individual who has a personal relationship such as family, friends, or relatives who are willing to volunteer to help an individual with a chronic illness or disability. Family Caregivers often experience the emotional burden of stress, physical and mental exhaustion, as well as mental health issues such as depression and anxiety, as the average caregiver spends about 8-13 hours per day caring for them. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of psychoeducational problem focused coping in reducing the emotional burden of elderly caregivers. This research method uses an experimental research method with a nonequivalent design. The hypothesis of this study is whether psychoeducation problem-focused coping effectively reduces the emotional burden of caregivers of the elderly in Kulon Progo with the types of a control group and an experimental group. The results of this study showed that v by as much as 0.000<0.05, aimed at reducing emotional burden in the experimental group compared to the control group that did not receive treatment. Psychoeducation of problem focused coping can be used as one of the methods that can be used to reduce the emotional burden on caregivers
