Abstract

Islamic education faces big challenges in adapting to developments in the digital era. This article examines the challenges and opportunities in implementing the 2013 Curriculum on Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects in the digital era at the MTS SA An-Nur School, Ciseeng District, Bogor. This research identifies the positive and negative impacts of technology integration in PAI learning, as well as the challenges faced by teachers and students. The main focus of this research is the importance of digital literacy, interactive learning, and curriculum adaptation to meet contemporary cultural needs. Even though digital technology offers various innovations and wider accessibility, it is important to ensure that the integration of this technology remains in accordance with Islamic principles and strengthens Islamic identity in the educational process.

Abstract

Affective assessment instruments are an important component in education which aims to measure aspects of students' attitudes or behavior, which includes spiritual and social attitudes. Based on Government Regulation Number 19 of 2005 concerning National Education Standards, as well as Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System, learning assessment must include aspects of attitude (affective), knowledge (cognitive), and skills (psychomotor). The type of research used in this research is qualitative research using the Library Research method or a research method that uses theories from books that support and are relevant to affective learning assessment instruments in shaping student character. The research results show that choosing the right learning instruments, especially in the affective domain, really helps teachers in shaping students' character, so that they can improve the quality of the learning process and learning outcomes as an improvement in the quality of education. The attitude scale models that can be used include the Bogardus Scale, Thurstone Scale, Guttman Scale, and Likert Scale

Abstract

Democracy is a mechanism for the orderly transfer of political power based on rules and ethical norms, conducted peacefully. This study aims to analyze the Public Relations strategies implemented by the Bantul Regency General Election Commission (KPU) to enhance its image and voter participation. The research adopts a qualitative approach, employing a descriptive research model. Data collection techniques include interviews, field notes, and documentation. Data analysis follows the Miles and Huberman model, comprising data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. Data validity is tested using source triangulation. The findings reveal that the Public Relations strategies of the Bantul Regency KPU in promoting the 2024 election involve media publications, collaboration with educational institutions and community leaders, and the establishment of democracy volunteers to address challenges and enhance the KPU's image and voter participation.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the DAPIC Problem-Solving Process learning model on students' critical thinking skills in colloid system material. The DAPIC model consists of five stages: Define, Assess, Plan, Implement, and Communicate, designed to help students develop critical thinking skills through a structured learning process relevant to everyday life. The research employs a quantitative approach, measuring critical thinking skills based on indicators developed by Ennis (1995). The method used is a quasi-experimental design with a nonequivalent control group design. The sampling technique is purposive sampling, with 32 students in each group: class XI-2 as the experimental group and class XI-1 as the control group. The research instrument is an essay test adapted to Ennis's critical thinking indicators. The results show that the significance value (Sig.) is 0.000 < α (0.05), leading to the rejection of H0 and acceptance of H1. This indicates that the DAPIC Problem-Solving Process learning model significantly affects students' critical thinking skills in colloid system material.

Abstract

The increase in corruption cases in the health sector not only disrupts the effectiveness of national health programs but also threatens the continuity and quality of healthcare services for the community. Good and rapid governance is needed, namely Agile Governance. The objective of this research is to provide strategic recommendations for the development of a more effective and efficient governance system in the hospital environment, as well as to enhance public trust in the healthcare services provided. This research is motivated by the importance of digital-based healthcare services in enhancing efficiency and transparency in the public sector, as well as reducing the potential for deviations and corruption. RSUD Padangan has received recognition for its implementation of risk management and cultural competence, making it a model hospital in the application of digital-based services. The method used in this research is qualitative with a case study approach according to Creswell (2015). Data collection was conducted using primary and secondary data. The main focus of this research is to analyze how the implementation of agile governance can enhance transparency and accountability in public services, as well as reduce the potential for corruption in the health sector. The research results show that the implementation of agile governance principles by RSUD Padangan successfully increased patient satisfaction and strengthened public trust in healthcare services. The implementation of digital services, cooperation with local government, and readiness to face emergency situations are key to achieving a corruption-free region status.

Abstract

Organizational change is a complex challenge and requires a useful approach to carry it out successfully, especially in the context of diverse generations of workers. This research shows that change management implementations can be used in organizations, with the specific aim of improving and supporting Generation Z employees' well-being at work. This article also identifies important factors that affect the well-being of Generation Z employees, as well as how these implementations can be used to address these issues. In addition to helping manage resistance to change, these implementations help create an inclusive and supportive work environment. As a result, Generation Z's engagement and productivity increased.  In this article, organizational leaders will discover effective ways to create and implement change management implementations by considering the needs and expectations of Generation Z as an important part of the company's successMental Health and Religious Observance in Adolescent Boys.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze Islamic communication ethics applied by Ustadz Abdul Somad through case studies of his use of language and communication style on social media. The method used in this research is content analysis by examining various lectures and posts by Ustadz Abdul Somad on platforms such as YouTube, Instagram and Twitter. The main focus of this research is to explore how Ustadz Abdul Somad uses language that is polite, easy to understand, and in accordance with Islamic principles, as well as how he avoids hate speech, maintains politeness, and promotes constructive dialogue. The research results show that Ustadz Abdul Somad applies Islamic communication ethics which prioritizes openness, tolerance, honesty and trustworthiness in every message he conveys. The language used is simple but still full of meaning, and the communication style used prioritizes dialogue full of peace and respect, both between Muslims and with other parties. Thus, Ustadz Abdul Somad is an example of implementing Islamic communication ethics in the digital era, where technology and social media can be effective means for spreading da'wah wisely and responsibly.

Abstract

The implementation of e-Government through application at the Digital Identity (Disdukcapil) of Tuban Regency aims to enhance the efficiency and accessibility of civil registration services for the community. However, the adoption of this application still faces various challenges, including low levels of digital literacy among the public, infrastructure limitations, and technical obstacles. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the IKD application in improving the quality of public services and to identify the barriers faced by the community in using this application. The research method employed is a qualitative approach, utilizing interviews and observations with users of the IKD application and service officials. The findings indicate that although the IKD application has significant potential in supporting e-Government, there are substantial barriers to its adoption, particularly in rural areas with limited internet access. Furthermore, the IKD application is seen as needing enhancement in terms of features and data security to improve user experience and trust. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the government strengthen its outreach efforts, improve application features, and ensure user data security so that the IKD application can be optimized as an inclusive and efficient public service solution.

Abstract

Development communication has a strategic role in promoting sustainable social change, especially in Muslim societies. In an Islamic perspective, development communication serves not only as a tool for infrmation dissemination, but also as a means of maintaining harmony between modernity and traditional values. This article examines how development communication can be designed and implemented with Islamic principles in mind, as well as the challenges and opportunities faced in the era of globalization. This approach highlights the importance of balancing modern innovations with the Islamic roots of local culture and traditions.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Environmental Social Governance (ESG), profitability, and leverage on the value of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the 2020-2023 period. Company value is measured using Tobin's Q, while the independent variables include ESG score, Return On Assets (ROA) as a proxy for profitability, and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) as a proxy for leverage. The research method used is quantitative with a panel data regression approach. The sample consists of 19 mining companies selected through a purposive sampling method. Research data was obtained from annual reports and company sustainability reports published during the research period. The research results show that ESG and leverage do not have a significant effect on company value, while profitability has a positive and significant effect on company value. This indicates that ESG implementation has not become a primary consideration for investors in assessing companies in the mining sector, and that company debt levels have not become a primary concern in making investment decisions. It is also known that a company's ability to generate profits is an important factor for investors.
