<![CDATA[The Ministry of Religion, through the Decree of the Director General of Islamic Community Guidance Number 172 of 2022, instructed that every prospective bride and groom who are going to get married must first follow marriage guidance as a step in creating a sakinah, mawaddah and rahmah family. Based on this background, the main problems are: 1). How effective is the implementation of premarital marriage guidance at the Mojowarno District KUA? 2). How to analyze the implementation of premarital guidance in creating family harmony for bridal couples in the KUA, Mojowarno District? This research, which can be categorized as field research, can also be considered as a broad approach to qualitative research or as a method for collecting qualitative data. This research was carried out by coming directly to the research location, namely the Religious Affairs Office (KUA) Mojowarno District, Jombang Regency.Based on the results of the research conducted, the author concludes: First, the implementation of premarital marriage guidance at the Mojowarno District KUA has been effective in accordance with the technical instructions for implementing marriage guidance, clarity of objectives to be achieved, and fulfillment of intrastructure needs. Second, after following the marriage guidance process there is a positive influence on the family harmony of the bridal couple. Mentally and scientifically, participants become more mature in living their married life, they become wiser in responding to problems in their domestic life.]]>

<![CDATA[The phenomenon of divorce in early married couples is not something that usually occurs in society, generally the factors that cause divorce among early married couples are economic, but in the Ngawi Religious Court, especially in Beran sub-district, there are several points that are the cause of the divorce, as in the problem formulation which the author has created will explain first what are the factors that cause the divorce of early married couples at the Ngawi Regency Religious Court? secondly, what are the efforts of parents and the efforts of the Ngawi Regency Religious Court to prevent divorce among early married couples? This research uses qualitative field methods, where the data obtained will be reduced using a descriptive method This research concludes that the first factor causing divorce in early married couples is a lack of mental readiness in couples who marry early, the second is economic factors, and the third is the lack of parental education regarding marriage, as for parents' efforts to prevent divorce in couples. The first is to give children time to ask questions about what is going on in their household, the second is to teach couples in early marriage how to earn a living. And the Ngawi Regency Religious Court's efforts to prevent divorce in early marriage couples, firstly rejecting the lawsuits of early marriage couples, secondly providing education to parents to advise children about facing marriage.]]>

<![CDATA[This study was conducted to find out whether there is an influence of service quality, the influence of convenience perception, the influence of customer satisfaction, and the influence of service quality on transaction decisions, and also whether there is an influence of convenience perception and customer satisfaction simultaneously on transaction decisions at BRILink agents in Bulakamba District. The research method used was quantitative with multiple regression data analysis techniques, and the population was the entire community of Bulakamba District as many as 181,758 and a sample of 100 respondents. The results of this study are the significance value (Sig) of the service quality variable of 0.096, the perception of convenience 0.000 and customer satisfaction of 0.000 compared to the test value of 0.05, which means that there is an individual influence between the service quality variables but not significant, the perception of convenience and customer satisfaction significantly on transaction decisions. The F value of the table is 51,128 > out of F calculated 3,936, so the quality of service, perception of convenience and customer satisfaction together have a positive effect on consumer satisfaction. The ability of service quality, perception of convenience and customer satisfaction in influencing purchasing decisions at BRILink agents in Bulakamba District was 60.80%, while the remaining 39.20% was explained by other variables.]]>

<![CDATA[Muhammadiyah dalam membangun peradaban di dunia, Muhammadiyah tidak henti-hentinya ikut berkiprah dan berperan aktif dalam berbagai bentuk aksi nyata. Oleh sebab itu, di mata dunia internasional, Muhammadiyah bukan lagi dianggap organisasi baru. Partisipasi para aktivisnya dalam forum-forum antarbangsa juga telah lama dirintis, baik untuk misi perdamaian, program kemanusiaan, dialog antaragama, dan juga upayanya untuk menyukseskan program-program masyarakat internasional seperti MDGs (Millinium Development Goals). Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah, untuk mendeskripsikan peran Muhammadiyah dalam memajukan bangsa dan mencerahkan semesta. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma penelitian kualitatif. Muhammadiyah sebagai organisasi yang berdasarkan islam memiliki tanggung jawab untuk selalu menguatkan nilai-nilai kemajuan dalam pemahaman agama dan perwujudannya dalam kehidupan pribadi, berorganisasi, bermasyarakat, berbangsa, dan berkemanusiaan urniversal. Seluruh lembaga yang berada dalam persyarikatan Muhammadiyah memilik kewajiban untuk mengaktualisasikan konsep dasar islam berkemajuan. <![CDATA[The objective of this research is to create a desktop application that can analyze questionnaire items. The next phase involves assessing the feasibility of the Anabus Application for analyzing questionnaire items by gathering feedback from media experts and teachers. This research follows the Research and Development (R&D) model, specifically adapted from the ADDIE development model.The ADDIE model consists of 5 stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The model was validated by media experts and tested on 30 teachers at MTs Thoriqul Huda Catakgayam Mojowarno Jombang. The research results indicate that the Anabus Questionnaire application's feasibility is based on the assessments. The first media expert scored 42, falling into the "Not good" category, but the presentation received a 70% score, placing it in the "Decent" category. The second media expert scored 55, which is in the "Good" category, with a 92% score, placing it in the "Very Decent" category. The third media expert achieved a score of 54, which is in the "Good" category with a 90% score, also in the "Good" category. The teachers' response to the Anabus application during the trial was 73%. Therefore, the desktop-based Anabus Questionnaire application is suitable for analyzing question items in educational institutions.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the performance of employees at the Department of Population and Civil Registration in the City of Surakarta, influenced by the work environment and motivation. The population in this study consists of all employees of the Department of Population and Civil Registration in the City of Surakarta, with the sample criteria being temporary employees (TKPK) who have worked for more than 6 months, resulting in a total sample of 49 employees. The data used in this study includes both primary and secondary data, collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The analysis technique employed is Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) and the data processing technique uses the SmartPLS4 program. The results of this study indicate that the work environment has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance, while motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.]]>

<![CDATA[Education is one of the important aspects that can improve the quality of a person and strengthen his dignity in the eyes of society. Women who have a higher education background tend to be orientated towards the world of work and activities in the public sphere. In other words, a high level of education for women generally opens up opportunities for them to play an active role and contribute not only in the domestic sphere, but also in the wider public sphere.The method used in this research is qualitative. The data collection technique shows direct observation to the object of research and interviewing housewives who work as teachers.Higher education owned by housewives who work as teachers in Tebuireng Mass can have a positive impact in building a sakinah family. The knowledge, skills and religious understanding of highly educated mothers enable them to create a peaceful, harmonious and loving family. With balanced support, highly educated mothers can be role models in guiding future generations to build a sakinah family.]]>

<![CDATA[This research discusses the utilization of cashless payment methods in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in Payageli Village, focusing on implementation, challenges, and impacts. The study employed a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach and literacy method. Data were gathered through observation, documentation, and interviews with UMKM business owners in the village. Findings indicate a growing trend in the use of cashless payment methods in Indonesia, particularly among the younger generation. Bank Indonesia has taken steps to facilitate non-cash transactions. Cashless or cardless transaction behavior has been present in Indonesia since 2007 but has not yet reached its full potential. The use of e-money and QRIS is becoming more popular, facilitating digital transactions. The benefits of digital transactions include convenience, security, efficiency, and discounts. Despite challenges such as social disparities and poor internet connectivity, the use of QRIS in Paya Geli Village is already popular and advantageous for UMKM business owners.]]>

Sebagai negara dengan populasi Muslim terbesar di dunia, Indonesia memiliki potensi besar untuk menjadi pusat ekonomi syariah global. Salah satu komponen utama yang mendukung perkembangan ekonomi syariah di Indonesia adalah Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan tujuan untuk memahami secara mendalam peran UMKM dalam pengembangan ekonomi syariah di Indonesia. Pendekatan kualitatif dipilih karena dapat menggali informasi yang kaya dan detail tentang pengalaman, pandangan, dan tantangan yang dihadapi oleh pelaku UMKM syariah. UMKM memiliki peran penting dalam pengembangan ekonomi syariah di Indonesia. Mereka tidak hanya berkontribusi terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, tetapi juga membantu menciptakan lapangan kerja dan memberdayakan masyarakat. <![CDATA[This study aiims to determine the effect of the Numbered Heaids Together (NHT) type cooperaitive leairning model on leairning outcomes of the sub-theme of flower structure aind function in graide IV students of SD NEGERI 121309 Pemaitaingsiaintair.The type of reseairch used in this study is quaintitaitive reseairch using experimentail methods (pre-experimentail design). Daitai ainailysis is quaintitaitive / staitisticail with the aiim of testing the hypothesis thait hais been set. The reseairch populaition wais in claiss IV of SD Negeri 121309 locaited in Pemaitaingsiaintair. The saimple in this study wais taiken in one claiss which wais used ais ai One Group claiss so thait the saimple in this study wais aill fourth graide students of SD Negeri 121309 Pemaitaingsiaintair, totailing 20 students. The saimpling technique in this study wais ai saituraited saimple technique. The daitai collection technique in this study used ai test in the form of multiple choice questions with ai totail of 20 questions. The results obtaiined were ain increaise in student leairning outcomes, naimely with ain aiveraige posttest of 84.6 while the pretest aimounted to 45.85. When compaired to the posttest vailue, students experienced ain increaise of 45.85. This cain be seen from the results of hypothesis testing where there is ain effect of the Numbered Heaids Together (NHT) maike ai maitch type cooperaitive leairning model on student leairning outcomes.]]>
