Abstract

In the modern educational landscape, emotional intelligence is a key component of students' academic and social success. Amid the challenges of globalization and technological advancement, elementary school students are not only required to excel intellectually but also to develop the ability to manage emotions, empathize, and build strong social relationships. Sufi education, rooted in spiritual and moral values, offers a holistic approach to character building and fostering emotional intelligence from an early age.This research aims to explore how the implementation of Sufi education in elementary schools can contribute to enhancing students' emotional intelligence. The study employs a qualitative research method, with the subjects being teachers and second-grade students at MI Ummi Kamilah Sunan Drajat Bojonegoro.The findings reveal that the implementation of Sufi education at MI Ummi Kamilah Sunan Drajat is conducted through daily activities such as collective prayers and the cultivation of noble character. These practices have been proven to create a calmer and more harmonious learning environment while enhancing students' self-awareness. Sufi education also aids students in managing their emotions, improving social skills, and fostering perseverance in overcoming learning challenges.

Abstract

The implementation of risk management in MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) has become crucial in ensuring business continuity and stability, especially in developing countries like Indonesia. MSMEs play a vital role in national economic growth but are vulnerable to various internal and external risks. This study aims to analyze the impact of risk management practices on the success and sustainability of MSMEs in Indonesia. The research utilizes a Literature Review method, examining six prior studies relevant to the topic of risk management in MSMEs. Based on the analysis, it was found that effective risk management positively impacts loss reduction and enhances business stability for MSMEs. Through sound risk management, MSMEs can navigate uncertainties, maintain productivity, and optimize their resources. This indicates that risk management not only protects business assets but also strengthens the position of MSMEs amid dynamic economic competition. The study emphasizes that strategic risk management is a supporting factor forMSME success in achieving sustainable growth.

Abstract

Health is one of the main factors influencing the welfare of rural communities. This article examines in depth the relationship between health, economic productivity, and social development in rural communities. Apart from that, this journal also highlights the main challenges, such as lack of access to health services, low health education, and the negative impact of minimal infrastructure on community welfare. This study suggests the need for a holistic approach, involving government, communities and the private sector in improving health services.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of the Quizizz paper mode feature as a formative assessment medium in improving students' learning outcomes in the IPAS subject in grade V at SD Negeri Pamolokan 2. The Quizizz paper mode is applied to replace traditional paper tests and provide immediate feedback to students. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study, involving observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. The results show that the use of Quizizz paper mode increases student motivation and engagement in formative assessment. The main supporting factor is the availability of devices and a fun learning environment, while the main hindrance is the unstable internet connection. The use of this application simplifies the teacher's task in evaluating learning and providing quick feedback. Students' learning outcomes also improved, as they were more motivated to compete in completing the questions and achieving better scores. This study concludes that the Quizizz paper mode feature can be an effective medium for conducting formative assessments to improve student learning outcomes, although technical challenges such as internet connectivity need attention.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) with the theme of local wisdom "Topeng Dalang Sumenep" for fifth grade students at SDN Pabian III. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of P5 was carried out through eight stages involving museum visits, mask-making training, dance introduction, group exercises, and performances. Each stage was designed to strengthen the dimensions of the Pancasila Student Profile, such as mutual cooperation, creativity, critical thinking, and appreciation for diversity. This study also found several supporting factors, such as teacher support and facilities, as well as challenges in the form of limited time and funds. In conclusion, the implementation of P5 with this theme succeeded in increasing students' understanding of local culture while strengthening students' characters in accordance with Pancasila values.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a very significant impact on aspects of life, including student development. This research aims to examine the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on students' development in education. The research method used is literature study from various relevant sources. The research results show that this pandemic has caused very significant changes in the learning process, with a shift from face-to-face learning to bold learning. This change brings its own challenges, for example limited access to technology, decreased motivation to learn, and limited social interaction between students and educators. Apart from that, the pandemic also affects the psychological aspects of students, such as increasing stress and anxiety levels. However, there are also some positive innovations and adaptations emerging, such as the use of technology for learning, improved digital skills, and greater awareness of the importance of mental health. This research emphasizes the important role of parents, educators and the government in supporting student development during the pandemic, as well as the need for sustainable strategies to face similar challenges in the future.

Abstract

This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach to explore the role of school libraries in enhancing students' reading desire and their interest in reading. With this approach, the researcher can explain and describe various aspects related to the contribution of school libraries in stimulating students' reading interest. Primary data is obtained directly from primary sources, while secondary data is collected from other relevant sources. The research findings reveal that the role of the school library successfully attracted students who were previously less interested in visiting the library, making them more enthusiastic and spending more time in the library, especially outside of class hours. This study also provides new insights for library staff on better management practices. One of the factors contributing to the low quality of learning is the lack of utilization of learning resources by teachers and students.

Abstract

In the digital era, social media has become an important element in management practices, especially in increasing employee engagement. With more than 170 million active users in Indonesia, platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn play a crucial role in the interaction between individuals and organizations. This study explores the impact of social media on employee engagement, collaboration, and innovation in the workplace. The research method used is a qualitative approach with literature analysis and documentation studies. The results show that social media not only accelerates internal communication, but also encourages better collaboration, increases creativity, and strengthens organizational culture. However, challenges such as the spread of inaccurate information and conflicts between employees need to be managed through clear policies and proper training. This study recommends strategies to utilize social media as a tool for career development and employee well-being, and provides guidance for organizations in creating a productive and innovative work environment.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the quality of children's education in the digital era, focusing on the influence of technology on the teaching-learning process. The method used is literature study and survey, involving analysis of various scientific publications and data collection through questionnaires. The research findings indicate that technology can enhance access to and quality of education if used effectively, such as expanding the range of learning materials and facilitating more dynamic student-teacher interactions. However, it was also found that the use of technology can pose challenges, such as student distraction due to irrelevant content and unequal access to quality devices and internet connections. The conclusion of this study provides valuable insights into maximizing the benefits of technology in children's education, including management strategies and holistic approaches to addressing emerging challenges. The integration of technology in the educational context must be done carefully and accompanied by appropriate supervision and guidance efforts to optimize the potential of technology in achieving better educational quality.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low critical thinking skills of students. The study aims to determine whether there is an influence of the problem based learning model on the critical thinking skills of fourth grade students of SDN Braji. The type of research used is quasi-experimental, the sampling of the study was carried out by random sampling. The instrument for data collection is a test in the form of an essay. This means that there is an influence of the Problem Based Learning model on students' critical thinking skills. This is proven that different treatments will get different results.
