Abstract

This research examines the influence of green creativity and MSMEs performance with green innovation as a mediating variable among MSMEs in Bantul Regency. The study population comprised MSMEs in Bantul Regency, with samples selected using nonprobability sampling through a purposive sampling approach. Data were collected via questionnaires from 56 MSMEs respondents. The relationships between variables were tested and analyzed using Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal that green creativity positively influences financial performance, although it shows no significant effect on environmental performance. However, the study demonstrates that green innovation positively and significantly mediates the relationship between green creativity and both environmental and financial performance. Regarding the implementation of green creativity, the author suggests that companies enhance the application of new environmentally friendly ideas to support sustainable environmental goals. SMEs are encouraged to continuously develop new ideas, such as combining materials with natural fibers in leather crafts or using leaves in the production of dyes.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of capital structure, company size, and profitability on firm value, with a focus on food and beverage companies listed in the LQ45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2021–2023. Firm value, measured by Price to Book Value (PBV), serves as a key indicator of investor confidence and managerial performance. Employing a quantitative research approach, this study uses secondary data from financial statements and IDX records. The sample was selected using purposive sampling, resulting in three companies that met the established criteria. Multiple linear regression analysis, along with F-test, t-test, and the coefficient of determination (R²), was applied to test the simultaneous and partial effects of the independent variables on firm value. The results show that capital structure and profitability have a positive and significant effect on firm value, while company size has a negative and significant effect. Simultaneously, all three variables influence firm value significantly. These findings highlight the importance of optimizing financial structure and profitability while managing the complexity associated with company size. Future research is encouraged to incorporate additional variables such as liquidity and business risk, as well as to broaden the scope across different sectors for more generalizable insights.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of credit risk management and market risk on the financial performance of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2020–2023 period. A quantitative research method was applied using a purposive sampling technique, resulting in a sample of 19 banking companies. Secondary data were collected from official financial statements and analyzed using multiple linear regression, supported by F-tests, t-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R²). The findings reveal that credit risk has a negative and significant effect on financial performance, as indicated by a regression coefficient of -0.015 and a significance level below 0.05. Conversely, market risk shows a positive and significant effect, with a regression coefficient of 0.025 and a significance level below 0.05. These results suggest that higher credit risk reduces financial performance, while strategic responses to market fluctuations can enhance bank profitability. The study offers valuable insights for financial managers and regulators to improve risk management practices and ensure banking sector stability amid global economic uncertainties.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of personality, emotional intelligence, and affective commitment on employee performance at the Head Office of PT. Indah Logistik Cargo Yogyakarta. The research is grounded in the importance of psychological and organizational approaches to improving employee performance, particularly in the context of complex workplace dynamics caused by generational, age, and cultural diversity. A quantitative approach with a descriptive-causal method was employed. The sample consisted of 34 respondents, selected through a saturated sampling technique involving all employees at the head office. Data were collected through structured questionnaires using a Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS software. The results indicate that, partially, personality and emotional intelligence have a significant influence on employee performance, with significance values of 0.007 and 0.000, respectively (< 0.05). In contrast, affective commitment does not have a significant partial effect (p = 0.367). However, when tested simultaneously, all three variables have a significant influence on employee performance, as indicated by an F-value of 10.868 and a significance level of 0.000. These findings suggest that personality management and emotional intelligence development should be prioritized in human resource management strategies. This study contributes theoretically to the literature on workplace behavior and provides practical implications for enhancing employee effectiveness in the logistics sector. Future research is recommended to incorporate additional variables such as work motivation, work environment, and compensation systems to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the factors influencing employee performance.
