Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of learning interest, learning facilities, and student engagement on the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in junior high schools. Learning interest is an essential factor that motivates students to be more active in the learning process. Adequate learning facilities also support the creation of a condcive learning environment. Student engagement, which includes active participation in classroom activities and interaction with teachers and peers, is identified as a key element in enhancing understanding and academic achievement.This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to eighth-grade students in several junior high schools. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques to examine the relationships between these variables.The results of the study indicate that learning interest, learning facilities, and student engagement significantly and positively influence PAI learning outcomes. Learning interest has the most dominant effect compared to other variables. Based on these findings, it is recommended that schools improve learning facilities and encourage active student engagement in learning, as well as develop programs that can enhance students' learning interest. Abstract

This research examines the phenomenon of wearing the hijab among Generation Z, with a focus on self-concept, motivation and social interaction patterns at the Faculty of Islamic Religion, Ibn Khaldun University (UIKA) Bogor. This phenomenon originates from the Islamic religious view which emphasizes the importance of Muslim women covering their private parts as a form of identity and compliance with sharia. However, developments in the digital era and fashion trends influence the way the younger generation, including students, view the concept of wearing the hijab. The aim of this research is to understand the self-concept, motivation, and social interaction patterns that shape female students' decisions to wear the hijab on campus. The research method used is a phenomenological approach, which aims to explore participants' perspectives in depth. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation of ten female students at the Islamic Faculty of UIKA Bogor from various semester levels. The research results show that female students' self-concept regarding the hijab is closely related to their identity as Muslim women who adhere to religious teachings. The main motivation for wearing the hijab is obedience to Allah's commands, accompanied by the influence of family, friends and inspirational figures on social media. The hijab also has a positive impact on social interaction patterns, where female students feel more respected and supported by their community. The conclusion of this research shows that the hijab has an important role in shaping identity and social interaction patterns among Generation Z, especially in the campus environment. For Islamic Faculty students, the hijab is not only a religious symbol, but also a reflection of personal dedication to Islamic values and a source of personal pride.

Abstract

The background of the problems in this study is that the learning method has not been maximized and the low interest in memorization methods, teaching methods that are not interesting, and classroom conditions that are not conducive. The formulation of this research problem is 1) how the influence of the memorization method on the subject of AlQur'an Hadith class XI IPS 6 in MAN 1 Bogor Regency, 2) how is the learning outcome in the subject of Al-Qur'an Hadith class XI IPS 6 in MAN 1 Bogor Regency, 3) whether there is an influence of the memorization method on the learning outcomes of students in class XI IPS 6 in the subject of Al-Qur'an Hadith in MAN 1 Bogor Regency. The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is an influence of the memorization method on the learning outcomes of students in class XI IPS 6 in the subject of Al-Qur'an Hadith in MAN 1 Bogor Regency. The framework of thinking in this study is variable X (method of memorizing the Qur'an, steps to use the memorization method, benefits of memorization, and advantages and disadvantages of the memorization method), variable Y (Judging from the results of the assessment of memorization scores for the odd semester of the 2023-2024 school year). This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The results of the research conducted at MAN 1 Bogor Regency are known that there is a correlation of the influence of the memorization method on the learning outcomes of students. This is evidenced by a correlation test with a tcal value of 17.162 greater than the ttable at a significant level of 5%, namely 2.048 (17.162>2.048). The results of the calculation of the determination coefficient (R Square) of 0.913 which showed that the influence of the memorization method on the learning outcomes of students in class XI IPS 6 in the subject of Al-Qur'an Hadith was 91.3%, while the remaining 8.7% was influenced by other variables that were not included in this study. The significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 can be concluded that the influence of the memorization method on the learning outcomes of students in class XI IPS 6 in the subject of Al-Qur'an Hadith in MAN 1 Bogor Regency is acceptable.

Abstract

A conducive classroom atmosphere with an optimal learning process can be formed if students are active in participating in learning. The aim of writing this article is to create activeness in grade 4 students at Musa Elementary School by implementing group discussion-based learning methods. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of the research show that the group discussion-based learning method that has been implemented at Musa Elementary School has proven to be effective in building student activity. This is evidenced by the change, from when students initially looked bored during the learning process, now students actively participate in discussions. Apart from that, students are also able to think critically if given a problem. They are responsive in solving these problems. In conclusion, the learning method applied is very effective.

Abstract

Pendidikan akhlak merupakan aspek yang krusial dalam pembentukan karakter dan moral individu. Di Indonesia, pendidikan akhlak seringkali menjadi salah satu fokus utama dalam kurikulum pendidikan, baik di lembaga pendidikan formal maupun non-formal. Salah satu tokoh penting dalam pendidikan akhlak di Indonesia adalah K.H. Hasyim Asy''ari, pendiri Nahdlatul Ulama (NU). Pemikiran-pemikirannya mengenai pendidikan akhlak, terutama yang tertuang dalam kitab "Adabul Alim wal Mutallim", telah memberikan kontribusi besar dalam pengembangan sistem pendidikan di Indonesia. Di Indonesia, kesiapan untuk menghadapi tantangan pendidikan dari revolusi industri 4.0 adalah untuk segera meningkatkan sumber daya manusia dan keterampilan Indonesia melalui pendidikan. Adapun jenis Penelitian ini menggunakan Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode Penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dengan obyek kitab-kitab, serta lainnya yang ada kaitannya dengan obyek kajian, karena yang dijadikan obyek kajian adalah hasil karya tulis yang merupakan hasil pemikiran. Oleh karena itu, kajian ini sangat menekankan terhadap penguasaan logika, pengalaman dan ketajaman pandangan. Kitab ini mengajarkan adab dan akhlak bagi guru dan murid sebagai bagian integral dari pendidikan, yang tak hanya berfokus pada aspek intelektual, tetapi juga pada pembentukan karakter.Pendidikan akhlak sangat menekankan pentingnya adab dalam menuntut dan mengajarkan ilmu, seperti niat ikhlas, tawadhu'', kesabaran, dan penghormatan. Prinsip-prinsip ini tetap sangat relevan di era digital yang penuh tantangan. Akhlak yang baik diperlukan untuk menghadapi dunia yang semakin terhubung dan serba cepat, di mana etika dalam berkomunikasi, penggunaan teknologi, dan interaksi sosial menjadi semakin penting. Dengan menerapkan ajaran akhlak K.H. Hasyim Asy''ari, pendidikan di era digital dapat lebih bermakna dan beradab, sekaligus mendorong pertumbuhan spiritual dan intelektual yang seimbang.

Abstract

This study is intended to explore the concept of integrative education between religion and science and how the idea of Islamization of science can become one of the bases for improving the design of Islamic Education in Indonesia. The method used in this paper uses the library research method or approach, that library studies can be interpreted as a series of activities related to the method of collecting library data, reading and recording and processing research materials. The results of this study indicate that the relevance between religion and science is not always harmonious, as shown in this paper that the emergence of the issue of Islamization of science is a response to the dichotomy of science and religion that was introduced by the secular West and modern society culture into the Islamic world. The progress achieved by modern science has brought amazing influences, but on the one hand it has also had a negative impact to the point of giving rise to harsh criticism of the progress of science itself, because modern science is considered to have dried up or separated from Islamic religious values. The connection with the concept of integrative education is the idea of Islamization of science considering that so far science has been viewed as neutral, universal, and value-free. These problems are important to examine which are then found to be beneficial for the development of Islamic Education as stated in this paper.

Abstract

The background that prompted this research was based on observations during a preliminary study at one of the State Elementary Schools in Pucakwangi District, Pati Regency, Central Java.. In the drawings produced by students, each student draws with different creativity according to their own imagination. For example, when students are asked to do decorative drawings with free themes, students will draw with different themes, some will draw flowers, butterflies, trains and many more. The coloring and decoration motifs on objects also vary. In this case, the author is interested in knowing the decorative drawing creativity of class III. Based on the data analysis results, it can be concluded that the learning process was conducted in the Grade III classroom.This research used a qualitative descriptive approach. The learning activities were attended by 17 students. The learning process consisted of opening activities, core activities, and closing activities. During the learning process, the teacher explained the material on decorative drawing. Based on the drawing works, students were able to draw using their own ideas. All the drawings made by the students were already aligned with their original form. The students were able to creatively incorporate decorative elements into their drawings. The drawings contained decorative elements consisting of dots, lines, shapes, textures, and colors. The coloring of the drawings was good, and the students were able to combine colors effectively. It was concluded that 4 students produced drawings categorized as very creative, 9 students produced drawings categorized as creative, and 4 students were categorized as moderately creative. Based on the research results, the suggestion is to further enhance the students' creativity in drawing, particularly for those with lower levels of creativity.

Abstract

The less than optimal implementation of academic supervision by school principals and the low work motivation of PAI teachers is one of the causes of the low performance of PAI teachers. This research discusses issues including: 1) Is there an influence of academic supervision on the performance of public elementary school PAI teachers in Cibungbulang District, Bogor Regency? 2) Is there an influence of PAI teachers' work motivation on the performance of PAI Elementary School teachers in Cibungbulang District, Bogor Regency? and 3) Is there an influence of academic supervision and work motivation of PAI teachers together on the performance of PAI teachers at Public Elementary Schools in Cibungbulang District, Bogor Regency? The purpose of this research is to determine: 1) The influence of academic supervision on the performance of public elementary school PAI teachers in Cibungbulang District, Bogor Regency. 2) The influence of PAI teachers' work motivation on the performance of PAI Elementary School teachers in Cibungbulang District, Bogor Regency, and 3) The influence of academic supervision and PAI teachers' work motivation together on the performance of PAI teachers at State Elementary Schools in Cibungbulang District, Bogor Regency. This research uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Data was collected through questionnaires and processed using statistical calculations with the help of the SPSS version 25 program with a sample of 50 people. The results of the research show: 1) there is an influence of academic supervision on the performance of Public Elementary School PAI teachers in Cibungbulang District, Bogor Regency, amounting to 34.2%, in the moderate/sufficient category and the remaining 65.8% is determined by other factors outside the regression model, 2 ) there is an influence of PAI teacher work motivation on the performance of PAI Elementary School teachers in Cibungbulang District, Bogor Regency, amounting to 37.1%, in the strong/high category and the remaining 62.9% is determined by other factors outside the regression model, 3) there is the influence of supervision The academic and work motivation of PAI teachers together on the performance of Public Elementary School PAI teachers in Cibungbulang District, Bogor Regency is 43.4%, in the strong/high category while the remaining 56.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in the research This. This is proven by the regression results at a significance level of 5%, Fcount = 82.730 is greater than Ftable = 3.114 with a significance value of 0.000 less than 0.05.

Abstract

In this modern era, many people often feel spiritual aridity due to the loss of meaning of life in the midst of material and technological advances. Focusing on material attainment and the busyness of life makes the connection with the spiritual aspect diminished which triggers a sense of inner emptiness. This study aims to analyze and explain methods in improving the spiritual intelligence of STIBA Ar Raayah Sukabumi students' perspectives by applying qualitative approaches and descriptive methods. Data were collected using questionnaire techniques and in-depth interviews. The results of the study show that several methods applied in increasing spiritual intelligence according to STIBA Ar Raayah Sukabumi students include; istiqamah in prayer, dhikr to remember Allah, take time to meditate, isolate yourself (Uzlah) to focus on worship, and Tazkiyah al Nafs to purify the soul. By applying this method, students can deepen their spiritual relationship with God and improve their quality in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

The regulations for the development of the muadalah Islamic boarding school curriculum contained in the Regulation of the Minister of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia number 31 of 2020 emphasize the importance of maintaining the characteristics of each Muadalah Islamic boarding school. development consisting of planning, implementation and evaluation is a crucial aspect in this process. This research method uses a qualitative approach with triangulation data collection techniques. The research location is at the Rafah Islamic Boarding School. The results of this research indicate that the development of the Islamic boarding school curriculum at the Rafah Islamic Boarding School focuses on planning, implementation and evaluation. Planning for the curriculum Development of the Muadalah Islamic Boarding School refers to the vision and mission of the Rafah Islamic Boarding School by enriching the curriculum content that integrates science, faith and charity. There is close integration between religious knowledge and general science in the curriculum, which is designed in intra-curricular, extra-curricular and co-curricular contexts. Implementation of Islamic Boarding School Curriculum Development begins with the curriculum orientation stage for the teachers who handle the material. The muadalah curriculum program was developed by adopting a learning process inside and outside the classroom, which reflects the characteristics of the Rafah Islamic Boarding School education system which is integrative, comprehensive and independent. Curriculum Development Evaluation involves supervision activities which include guarding, supervising and controlling curriculum implementation.
