Abstract

This study investigates effective communication strategies between teachers and parents through a collaborative approach to improve students' academic achievement in primary schools. The background highlights that teacher-parent collaboration plays a vital role in shaping students' academic success, especially during the primary education stage. The purpose of the study is to identify the most effective strategies for building collaborative communication between teachers and parents to enhance student performance. Using a systematic literature review (SLR) methodology, the research synthesizes findings from studies published between 2019 and 2024. The review followed the PRISMA framework to systematically select and analyze relevant studies on communication strategies and their impact on student achievement. The results reveal that structured, transparent communication, particularly supported by technology, significantly enhances teacher-parent collaboration, leading to improved student motivation and academic outcomes. The study concludes that utilizing digital platforms for communication bridges the gap between teachers and parents, enabling more efficient and sustained interaction. These findings contribute to the field by offering practical guidelines for primary schools to optimize parental involvement through collaborative communication strategies. Although the research is comprehensive, further empirical studies are required to explore its application in diverse cultural and socioeconomic contexts.

Abstract

This study discusses identity and social integration, a case study of local community nyadran culture in Krecek Hamlet, Getas Village, Kaloran District, Temanggung Regency. Through descriptive qualitative methods based on trend analysis techniques, which involve studying past records related to social structure, lifestyle and culture. This research aims to understand identity and how the social and cultural integration of Nyadran is established. The research subjects were the people of Krecek Hamlet, Getas Village, Kaloran District, Temanggung Regency. The research results obtained are that Nyadran Culture is an integral part of the identity and social integration of Buddhist communities, referring to traditions that go beyond mere rituals to form strong social relationships. It was revealed that the importance of Nyadran Culture is in promoting values such as mutual cooperation, unity, tolerance, religion and cooperation, as well as maintaining harmony between religious community groups. This cultural adaptation of nyadran contributes to the formation of overall social integration in various types of religion.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the effectiveness of Wanita Islam Alkhairaat (WIA) in da'wah development in Palu City. Using a qualitative approach and case study method, this research analyses the da'wah programs implemented by WIA as well as the factors that influence its effectiveness. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with WIA administrators and the community involved, as well as direct observation and document study related to WIA activities. The results showed that WIA has implemented various da'wah programmes that successfully empower women and increase public awareness of Islamic values. However, there are supporting and inhibiting factors that affect the effectiveness of da'wah, such as community support, limited resources, and challenges in reaching a wider audience, especially in Eastern Indonesia such as North Kalimantan, Gorontalo, North Maluku, West Papua, and other provinces. This research is expected to contribute to the literature on the role of Islamic women's organisations in da'wah, as well as provide recommendations for improving the effectiveness of WIA's da'wah activities in the future. To overcome these challenges, a sustainable effort is needed from WIA in increasing the internal capacity of its members in all regions in Eastern Indonesia, especially in Palu City, Central Sulawesi.

Abstract

This study was carried out with several objectives, namely: 1) To find out the PAI learning outcomes of students who participated in rohis extracurricular at Dwiwarna High School (Boarding School) Bogor, 2) To find out the PAI learning outcomes of students who did not participate in rohis extracurricular at Dwiwarna High School (Boarding School) Bogor, 3) To find out the significant difference in PAI learning outcomes of students who participated in rohis extracurricular and PAI learning outcomes of students who did not participated in rohis extracurricular activities at SMA Dwiwarna (Boarding School) Bogor. The method used in this study is quantitative. In this study, an expost facto type of research is used. The techniques used are observation, questionnaire and documentation. The number of respondents in this study was 30 students. This research is in a data analysis technique using an independent sample t test. The results of the study show that: 1) The learning outcomes of PAI students who take part in extracurricular received a score with a good category with an average of 86.16% 2) Learning outcomes that did not take part in the rohis extracurricular received a score with a good category with an average of 79.12%. 3) based on the calculation of the Independent Sample t test on the learning results of PAI saw the results of Sig.(2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, it can be said that there is a difference between the learning outcomes of PAI students in grade XI who participate in the extracurricular rohis and the learning outcomes of PAI students in grade XI who do not participate in the extracurricular of the rohis.

Abstract

This study was conducted with several objectives, namely: 1) to determine how much the level of intensity of fasting Sunnah Monday Thursday santriwati Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Huda Bantar Kambing Bogor, 2) to determine the emotional intelligence of santriwati Class XI and XII at Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Huda Bantar Kambing Bogor, 3) explain the effect of fasting sunnah Monday Thursday to emotional intelligence santriwati Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Huda Bantar Kambing Bogor. The type of research method used in this study is a quantitative approach research method. The method used is the survey method. The techniques used are observation, questionnaire, and documentation. The number of respondents used in the study were 59 santriwati. This study in data analysis techniques using linear Regression Test. The results showed that: 1) the level of keistiqomahan fasting Monday and Thursday students of Pondok pesantren Miftahul Huda Bantar Kambing Bogor have the results of the percentage of 85% which is at the level of 76% -85% interval in the good category. So it can be concluded that the level of intesnsitas fasting Monday Thursday santriwati Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Huda Bantar Kambing Bogor is classified as good, 2) the level of emotional intelligence santriwati Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Huda Bantar Kambing Bogor has an average percentage of 80% which is included in the good category. So it can be drawn a common thread that the level of emotional intelligence santriwati Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Huda Bantar Kambing Bogor is high, 3) fasting Monday and Thursday significantly affect the emotional intelligence santriwati Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Huda Bantar Kambing Bogor. The effect of fasting on Monday and Thursday is 27.8% while the remaining 72.2% is influenced by other variables/factors that were not studied. Showed that there is a significant influence between fasting Monday and Thursday (X) and emotional intelligence (Y) and both have positive (+) or unidirectional influence.

Abstract

Religious character is one of the characters that needs to be developed in every student to instill good behavior in accordance with the path that has been guided in the Al-Quran and Hadith. This research is limited by focusing this research on Islamic Religious Education learning models and the curriculum implemented by schools in improving students' religious character. This research uses a qualitative approach. The subjects of this research were school principals, school principals, PAI teaching staff and staff. The data collection was carried out by sourced from several PAI learning documents available at the school, as well as interviews with parties related to PAI learning, and researcher observations with field observations of the process of implementing PAI learning at SMA Negeri 1 Rancabungur. The results of the research show that improving the quality of learning begins with planning before learning, there is reciting of al-Quran, the learning process emphasizes student activity. PAI learning cannot be separated from the lecture method, PAI learning model with various variations using the inquiry learning model, in an effort to provide quality student learning with expository, cooperative learning. In addition to providing varied learning methods, teachers also provide guidance, habituation, advice, motivation and uswatun hasanah or role models. Implementation: First, the process of providing religious understanding to students. Second, holding religious activities. Third continuous supervision. Supporting and inhibiting factors include the following: Supporting Factors, First, parents, Second, school facilities and resources, Third, Example. The inhibiting factors include: Internal factors include students who do not have a strong will to carry out activities of a religious character. Meanwhile, external factors, from teachers and parents, and finally environmental factors.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze (1) the implementation of instilling religious moderation values ​​at MI Tahasus Maarif NU Pedan for the 2024/2025 academic year, (2) obstacles to implementing the instillation of religious moderation values, (3) solutions for overcoming obstacles. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out using interview, observation and documentation techniques. The subjects of this research were Madrasah Heads and Teachers, research informants were Madrasah Heads, Teachers and Students. Activities in data analysis include four processes, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show: (1) The implementation of instilling the values ​​of religious moderation at MI Tahasus Maarif NU Pedan is carried out by providing understanding to students in the form of materials that related to the values ​​of religious moderation and by holding programs or activities in the aspect of nationalism, for example routinely holding flag ceremonies every Monday, ceremonies commemorating major holidays, watching historical films, study tours. (2) the obstacles are: Students don't pay attention to the teacher during lessons, the learning atmosphere is less supportive, they talk to themselves when learning, students don't understand the material taught by the teacher, there are still students who don't take part in the activities carried out in the program or value instillation activities. -values ​​of religious moderation, There are still teachers who have difficulty collaborating with learning activities and activity programs in instilling the values ​​of religious moderation. (3) Solution: Collaborating themes of religious moderation in subjects, Holding programs or activities to instill the values ​​of religious moderation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the strategy and management of educational infrastructure development in improving the quality of education through school operational assistance. This study uses a library research approach. Data analysis through information related to the school operational assistance program from various secondary data sources such as journals, papers, articles, and news from websites (internet), and others. The results of the study indicate that the school operational assistance (BOS) program has proven effective in supporting the strategy and management of educational infrastructure development so that there is an increase in the quality of education in schools.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze access to education services on budget management, and its impact on service quality. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. This approach was chosen to gain an in-depth understanding of how education financing is implemented and managed in one of the public elementary schools in Bekasi. The results of the study indicate that schools face challenges of delays and limited funds, which have a negative impact on facilities, teaching materials, and extracurricular activities. Lack of transparency is also a problem that reduces stakeholder trust. However, with infrastructure improvements, optimal use of technology, and diversification of funding sources, schools can significantly improve access and quality of education. This study provides recommendations for improving the education financing system and services in schools, so that they can create a more inclusive learning environment and support optimal student development.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the methods of human resource development applied at SMAN 1 Setu, and to identify the challenges and opportunities faced in its implementation. The research method used a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of the study showed that human resource development through education and training at SMAN 1 Setu, Bekasi Regency, had a positive impact on improving the quality of teaching and teacher competence. With various methods applied, such as competency-based training, utilization of technology, and collaboration between educators, SMAN 1 Setu succeeded in improving the professional skills of teachers in various aspects. The challenges of limited budget and time are still obstacles that need to be solved. Human resource development in schools will be more optimal if supported by various related parties.
