El-Mujtama: Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat is a scientific journal about community service programs and activities as part of the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. This journal is published three times a year every January, May and September, managed by Lembaga Publikasi Ilmiah (LPI) - LPPM Institut Agama Islam Nasional (IAI-N) Laa Roiba Bogor. The scope of the manuscripts received includes issues of community service in the fields of: Islamic religious education, education management, teacher and madrasah education, communication and broadcasting, dakwah, sharia economics, finance, business, sociology, Islamic literacy and culture, P-ISSN 2746-9794 E-ISSN 2747-2736. <![CDATA[The research was conducted to determine the implementation of complaint management in the SP4N-Lapor application at the Dinas Perumahan, Permukiman, Cipta Karya, dan Tata Ruang Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Research and data collection were carried out using descriptive qualitative methods, with a purposive sampling model. The theory used to analyze and process data is Van Meter and Van Horn's policy implementation model in which there are 6 aspects, namely; Standards and Objectives, Resources, Communication, Implementer Disposition, Implementer Character, and Environmental Conditions. The results showed that the implementation of complaints management in the SP4N-Lapor application in the OPD as the research locus had been carried out quite well, although there were still some minor notes and suggestions such as in the Resources aspect, especially in Human Resources. The rest of the remaining aspects only need to be maintained or improved. Then there needs to be a joint commitment and good communication that is established regularly for optimal and quality services in the future.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of writing this article is to provide protection of the law, as well as providing stronger legal certainty for people who make an agreement. This is because, with the existence of Legal Drafting or written agreement, there is authentic evidence that cannot be contested so that one of the parties in default can be subject to inviolable so that one of the parties in default can be subject to legal legal policy. Therefore, the existence of Legal Drafting is very important. its position, especially for the practice of Mudharabah contract agreements. then in our community service programme, we provide legal drafting efforts to the Battal village community. Legal Drafting to the Battal Situbondo village community with the aim of increasing the legal awareness of the Battal village community in making Legal Drafting, reviewing the lack of Battal village community towards the importance of Legal Drafting in the agreement. The implementation method used in this service This is a method of delivering Legal Drafting material; both in the form of understanding, the laws that regulate it, the benefits and objectives of Legal Drafting, then followed by a discussion session. Drafting, then continued with a discussion session and finally helped the community make Legal Drafting. the community to make Legal Drafting. <![CDATA[Reality shows that the increase in spiritual intelligence and the formation of Islamic character still faces various obstacles such as the decline of positive values carried out by students at school, the violation of school rules committed by students, the reduction of student manners towards teachers and the limitation of interaction and attention of PAI teachers to students because of the large number of students and the time they have is very limited. The objectives of this research are to; 1). Knowing the role of PAI teachers in improving spiritual intelligence and the formation of students' Islamic character at SMKN 1 Leuwiliang, 2). Identifying the challenges faced by PAI teachers in improving spiritual intelligence and the formation of Islamic character at SMKN 1 Leuwiliang at SMKN 1 Leuwiliang, 3). To find out the extent of the success of PAI teachers in achieving the goals of Islamic religious education in the context of spiritual intelligence and character formation at SMKN 1 Leuwiliang. The research method used is field qualitative with research instruments, namely: observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study are: 1). The role of PAI teachers in improving spiritual intelligence and the formation of students' Islamic character at SMKN 1 Leuwiliang is good with indicators that the role of PAI teachers is not only as a transfer of knowledge but also has other roles such as facilitating worship practices, increasing spiritual intelligence, providing moral guidance, being an exemplary example, 2). The challenges faced by PAI teachers in improving spiritual intelligence and the formation of Islamic character of students at SMKN 1 Leuwiliang are that the competence of PAI teachers must be developed by participating in trainings both independently at PMM and facilitated by schools. Another challenge is the lack of awareness of students in studying Islam, the variety of student backgrounds that affect the understanding of religious values. 3). PAI teachers at SMKN 1 Leuwiliang have succeeded in improving spiritual intelligence and forming Islamic character with success indicators, namely the large number of student participation involved in religious activities held at school. ]]>

<![CDATA[In recent years, social media has become the largest source of news in digging up information and becoming a place to manage and propose news. Because individuals see it as a trend to switch from traditional media to digital media. Currently, in the era of increasingly advanced and rapid information and communication technology, not only the speed of information dissemination is needed by most people, but also the latest, accurate, and interesting news. This media trust crisis has created a sense of skepticism and distrust of what is conveyed by various media platforms. The beginning of the crisis was due to issues and rumors. The research conducted by the researcher aims to determine the main factors causing Generation Z to lose trust, to find out how the trust crisis can affect Generation Z in consuming news, and what steps are taken to overcome the trust crisis in increasing media literacy to be wiser in consuming news in the media. This study uses a quantitative research method, namely research that uses numbers to conduct research on the process of finding knowledge and using numbers as a tool to research the explanation of what we want to know. So that with this method can provide answers to the research that has been done, using the positivism paradigm. The results of the study revealed that less valid information and clickbait are the biggest contributors to the crisis of trust in Generation Z. On the other hand, media that presents informative content and is based on facts is more appreciated by Generation Z. This study also highlights that Generation Z relies on social media as the main source in meeting their information needs, so that the pattern of news distribution on social media greatly influences their opinions. ]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the strategies and challenges faced by the Public Relations of PT Telkom Indonesia in enhancing Indihome's brand awareness in the Pakulonan area. Using a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews conducted with the marketing communication manager and employees, the study found that the main strategies included the utilization of social media, community event organization, and collaboration with local influencers. These strategies proved effective in broadening audience reach and fostering positive relationships with the community. However, challenges such as infrastructure limitations, price competition, and the public's lack of understanding of fiber-optic technology hindered the efforts' effectiveness. To address these issues, the company needs to accelerate infrastructure development, improve internal communication, and enhance public education. The findings provide critical insights into optimizing communication strategies to support brand awareness growth in the telecommunications industry.]]>

<![CDATA[Public administration focuses on the implementation of government through effective management, including in public services. The Population and Civil Registration Office of Tangerang Regency launched the Jemput Bola Program as an innovation in population administration. This program aims to overcome obstacles to access to services for the community, especially those who live in remote areas or have physical limitations. Through a proactive approach, Disdukcapil officers visit the community to provide services, such as making Identity Cards (KTP), Family Cards (KK), and birth certificates. This study uses a qualitative approach to analyze the implementation of the Jemput Bola Program and its impact on the quality of population administration services. The theory of diffusion of innovation by Everett M. Rogers is used as an analytical framework, focusing on five characteristics of innovation: relative advantage, appropriateness, complexity, trialability, and ease of observation. The results of the study indicate that the Jemput Bola Program provides significant benefits in terms of accessibility and speed of service. The community feels real benefits from this program, which also contributes to more accurate population data updates.]]>

<![CDATA[In implementing the use of social media in the public sector as stated by Khan (2015), by utilizing social media, the government can share information with the public at the same time as also promoting public services, and empowering ordinary people in the form of designing self-service concepts in the future. The East Java Provincial Manpower and Transmigration Service is a Regional Organization (OPD) which is strategic in implementing the vision and mission of the East Java Provincial Government in the field of employment and has an important role in efforts to increase Manpower Utilization, Equal Employment Opportunities, Worker Protection and Welfare Workers, Efforts to Reduce Unemployment and Expand Information on the Transmigration Program of the East Java Provincial Government. This research looks at the problems at the preparation stage and the flow of obstacles in the implementation process of using the Instagram social media platform in the publication of employment programs. So the aim of this research is to find out the extent of the use of social media Instagram Naker_Jatim for the publication of employment programs. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. The informants in this research were the Publication Team of the East Java Province Manpower and Transmigration Service. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation. The research results showed that the implementation of digital publications via social media Instagram Naker_Jatim had not run optimally because of constraints in terms of human resources in the Publication Team of the East Java Province Manpower and Transmigration Service, whose numbers were smaller compared to the number of digital publication workloads.]]>

<![CDATA[Effectiveness refers to the implementation of policies that are structured and can achieve the desired goals. The policy in question covers both the central government and regional governments. In the regional government sector, regional leaders often make their own policies in their government, especially policies to prevent public air pollution. The Surabaya City Government implements policies to prevent air pollution. The air pollution prevention policy is addressed to the Surabaya City Transportation Department. In this case, the Surabaya City Transportation Service is tasked with routinely testing motor vehicle exhaust emissions. This is because motor vehicle exhaust gas is one of the main causes of air pollution. By considering the dangers of motor vehicle exhaust emissions on clean air quality, two emission test methods have been implemented in an effort to prevent air pollution. These two methods are believed to be able to prevent air pollution if carried out in accordance with applicable regulations. This is considered quite effective because many motorized vehicles are required to comply because if they don't, heavy sanctions will be imposed. The main aim of implementing this policy is to maintain air quality in the city of Surabaya, which is a densely populated metropolitan city. This research applies an observational approach, with a field survey of the Transportation Service's emission testing activities in the Supervision and Control Sector.]]>

<![CDATA[In the current generation, referred to as Gen Z. Many teenagers are characterized by poor morals, bad speech, and despicable behavior. Sidakersa Urban Village has teenagers with lack of moral ethics who cause a lot of problems for their parents. Parents believe that they should practice moral principles in themselves, so that they can raise a generation with good moral behavior in the future. The purpose of this research is to learn more about parents’ intern family communication to improve Gen Z’s morals. This based on the theory of family communication patterns in interpersonal communication, including communication beetween parents and children. The research methodology used is qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. This research shows that parents play an important role in shaping their children’s character and moral values. Parents must be able to act as educator, role models, and protectors and create an open and warm comunnication enviroment. Open comunnication makes it easier for children to share their feelings and experiences, thus strengthening the emotional bond beetwen parents and children. The obstacles faced by parents in empowering Gen Z morally include mismacthes in parenting patterns, differences in generations and values, limited time and attention, environmental influences, and difficulties in developing their children’s moral values.]]>

<![CDATA[Efforts to realize self-existence are something that is considered normal among women in early adulthood who will generally make various efforts to maintain or improve their physical condition in such a way as to get a positive assessment from their environment. This happens because the assessment of body image positively and negatively depends on the individual himself in perceiving himself about how he should behave according to personal standards. Self-concept and gratitude are related to how individuals perceive their body image to be positive. The purpose of this study was to empirically examine the relationship between self-concept and gratitude and body image in early adult women. The sample in this study were women aged 20-25 years in the Jakarta, Depok and Bekasi areas. Data collection using a questionnaire. This research method uses a quantitative design with multiple correlation data analysis techniques and Pearson product moment correlation analysis. The results of this study indicate that self-concept and gratitude simultaneously have a positive relationship with body image in early adult women by 67.7%. Partially, only gratitude has no relationship with body image.]]>
