Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of Financial and Cost Control Management modules in a sharia-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and analyze its impact on the company's profitability level. In a Sharia ERP system, financial management and cost control must be in accordance with the principles of transparency, efficiency, and compliance with sharia rules. This study was conducted through a literature study approach, by collecting and reviewing various relevant literature on Sharia Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), financial management, and cost control strategies in companies based on sharia principles. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Financial and Cost Control Management modules in Sharia ERP can improve the efficiency of transaction recording, financial transparency, and budget and operational cost control, thus having an impact on increasing the company's profitability. The implementation of this system also supports the company's compliance with sharia-based financial regulations, which in turn contributes to increasing investor confidence and strengthening the company's competitiveness in the halal industry ecosystem. Thus, the implementation of Sharia ERP integrated with the Financial and Cost Control Management modules can be an effective strategy in improving the financial performance of sharia companies

Abstract

This article examines the hints of religious harmony in Surah At-Tin through a thematic interpretation approach to the classic tafsir work Mahasin At-Ta'wil by Jamaluddin Al-Qasimi. In his tafsir, Al-Qasimi not only focuses on theological aspects, but also emphasizes universal human values and justice. These values become a relevant foundation in building interfaith harmony in a multicultural society. This study found that Al-Qasimi interpreted this letter as a form of respect for humans as noble and morally responsible creatures, as well as a call to uphold justice without discrimination on the basis of religious beliefs.

Abstract

This study investigates the potential of zakat as a fiscal policy tool within the framework of Islamic economics through a systematic literature analysis of 15 SCOPUS-indexed academic publications. The analysis reveals that zakat serves as a powerful mechanism for wealth redistribution, poverty alleviation, and macroeconomic stabilization. When institutionalized effectively, zakat complements conventional fiscal tools by funding public welfare programs and supporting economic equity. The reviewed literature underscores that countries like Malaysia and Indonesia have begun integrating zakat into national strategies, demonstrating its fiscal relevance. However, significant challenges remain, including fragmented governance, limited transparency, and the absence of integration with formal public finance systems. The study concludes that mainstreaming zakat into national fiscal policy frameworks—while respecting its religious character—can enhance economic justice and promote sustainable development in Muslim-majority societies.

Abstract

This study critically examines the perspectives of Islamic feminists on patriarchal elements embedded in Islamic family law in Indonesia. Using a qualitative approach, the research draws insights from five key informants, including scholars, activists, and legal practitioners engaged in Islamic feminist discourse. The findings reveal that patriarchal interpretations—particularly regarding male guardianship, polygamy, divorce, and inheritance—are rooted in socio-cultural biases rather than Islamic theological principles. Islamic feminists advocate for contextual reinterpretation (ijtihad) of religious texts to restore the egalitarian spirit of Islam. Through public education, legal advocacy, and collaboration with religious leaders, they promote reform efforts that challenge institutional resistance and conservative narratives. This study contributes to the broader discourse on gender justice in Muslim-majority societies by highlighting the transformative potential of Islamic feminism in reimagining family law in alignment with Islamic ethical values and contemporary gender equality.

Abstract

This study presents a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of Islamic law research published globally between 2000 and 2025, using VOSviewer as the primary analytical tool. Drawing on data from the Scopus database, the study examines 25 years of scholarly output to identify leading authors, institutional collaborations, thematic trends, and geographic distributions. The co-authorship network reveals several dominant scholarly clusters, notably those led by Wael B. Hallaq and Mohammad Hashim Kamali, indicating vibrant discourse across traditional, reformist, and applied legal thought. Country collaboration analysis highlights Indonesia’s central role in global Islamic law research, signaling a shift toward Southeast Asian academic leadership. Keyword co-occurrence and temporal mapping show a thematic transition from classical jurisprudential subjects such as fiqh and sharia toward more contemporary issues like human rights, Islamic finance, family law, and maqasid al-shariah. The density visualization further reveals underexplored topics with potential for future research. This study contributes to the meta-knowledge of Islamic legal scholarship by offering a structured overview of its evolution, fragmentation, and global reach, while identifying emerging directions for interdisciplinary engagement.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and compare the elements contained in the phrases "Qulubun Ya'qilun" and "Qulubun La Yafqahun" found in Surah Al-A'raf, verse 179, and Surah Al-Hajj, verse 46. Both phrases describe the condition of the human heart in understanding divine revelation and the signs of Allah's greatness. The research method used is a textual exegesis study and Arabic linguistic analysis to deeply explore the meaning of words and the context of the verses. The analysis results indicate that "Qulubun Ya'qilun" refers to a heart capable of understanding, contemplating, and learning from Allah's verses, thereby opening itself to receiving guidance and wisdom. Conversely, "Qulubun La Yafqahun" describes a closed heart, unable to grasp meaning, and unwilling to accept the truth, leading to ignorance and hardness of heart. This study emphasizes the importance of the spiritual condition of the heart in the process of understanding revelation and contributes to the fields of exegesis and Islamic psychology. This research also opens new insights into how different heart conditions affect human attitudes and behavior in religious life.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in fostering digital wellbeing and social media ethics among Muslim adolescents. In the digital era, social media has become the primary space for youth expression and interaction, yet it also poses challenges such as moral degradation, digital addiction, and the spread of misinformation. Using a qualitative-descriptive approach, this research explores how Islamic values are integrated into PAI learning to cultivate a balance between technological competence and spiritual awareness. The findings indicate that PAI plays a strategic role as an instrument for shaping Islamic digital character through the internalization of values such as amanah (responsibility), tawazun (balance), sidq (honesty), and ihsan (excellence). PAI teachers act as moral exemplars in the digital realm, instilling politeness, responsibility, and communication ethics based on the principle of qaulan ma'rufan (kind speech). Project-based and reflective learning strategies are effective in enhancing students' ethical literacy and social empathy. In conclusion, PAI not only develops religious knowledge but also moral and spiritual awareness, guiding students to use technology wisely, productively, and ethically thus realizing digital wellbeing grounded in Islamic values that embody rahmatan lil 'alamin (mercy to all creation).
