Abstract

Edema kaki ibu hamil trimester II dan III terjadi akibat meningkatnya volume darah yang diikuti oleh tekanan rahim membesar sehingga menyebabkan pembengkakan ekstremitas di bagian bawah. Dinas Kesehatan Jawa Timur (2018) menyebutkan angka kejadian edema kaki pada ibu hamil mencapai 31,9%. Penanganan non- farmakologis lebih dianjurkan karena aman, salah satunya prenatal yoga yang memperbaiki sirkulasi darah serta ekstrak daun bakung putih (Crinum asiaticum L.) yang memiliki sifat antiinflamasi dalam bentuk sediaan lotion. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas kombinasi prenatal yoga dan ekstrak daun bakung putih terhadap edema kaki pada ibu hamil trimester II dan III. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasi- eksperimental dengan rancangan one group pretest-posttest. Sampel sebanyak 25 ibu hamil dengan edema fisiologis dipilih secara purposive sampling di RSU Prima Husada Sidoarjo. Perlakuan berupa prenatal yoga seminggu sekali selama 4 minggu serta aplikasi topikal lotion ekstrak daun bakung putih selama 14 hari. Derajat edema diukur menggunakan skala pitting edema sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 18 responden (72%) mengalami edema tungkai derajat I. Uji Wilcoxon menghasilkan p = 0,000 (<0,05), dengan penurunan mean 0,88 dan penurunan median 1,00. Uji Shapiro-Wilk menunjukkan nilai p < 0,005, sehingga HI diterima. Kesimpulannya, prenatal yoga yang dikombinasikan dengan lotion Crinum asiaticum L. efektif dalam mengurangi edema kaki selama kehamilan dan dapat menjadi alternatif non-farmakologis yang aman untuk meningkatkan kenyamanan ibu. Swelling of the legs pregnancy women in the second and third trimesters occurs due to an increase in blood volume and uterinne pressure that obstruct venous return, The prevelance in East Java reached 31,9% (Health Office, 2018). Non-pharmacological management is considered safer, including prenatal yoga to improve circulation and Crinum asiaticum L. Leaf extract lotion with anti-inflammatory properties. This study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of combining prenatal yoga and Crinum asiaticum L. extract in legs edema pregnant women in the second and third trimesters. The methods used a quasi-experimental one group pretest-posttest design. A total of 25 pregnant women with physiological edema were selected by purposive sampling at RSU Prima Husada Sidoarjo. The intervention consisted of prenatal yoga once a week for four weeks and topical application of Crinum asiaticum L. leaf extract lotion twice and after the intervention. The result of the study showed that 18 respondens (72%) experienced grade I leg edema. The mean reduction was 0.88 and the median reduction was 1.00. The Wilcoxon signed statistical test, the p value is 0.000 (<0,05), so it can be concluded that H0 rejected and HI was accepted. In Conclusion, prenatal yoga combinated with Crinum asiaticum L. Lotion is effective in swelling legs edema during pregnancy and can serve as a safe, non-pharmacological alternative to enhance maternal comfort.

Abstract

The development of this web-based vaccine registration system aims to address the challenges of manual and telephone-based registration methods, while enhancing the efficiency and quality of vaccination services at the Food, Maritime, and Agriculture Sub-Department (KPKP) of South Jakarta. By leveraging information technology, this system offers an online registration platform that allows the public to access vaccination services without the need for physical presence. The application features a user-friendly interface, structured data management, and effective vaccination scheduling. The implementation of this system is expected to improve service punctuality, reduce queues, and facilitate data monitoring and management by KPKP staff. The results of the User Acceptance Test (UAT) indicate that all core functionalities operate as intended and are well-received by users, demonstrating the application's capability to deliver a faster, more accurate, and responsive solution for the vaccination registration process, thereby supporting accelerated vaccination efforts in the South Jakarta region.

Abstract

LIN Indonesia Sukses merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang penjualan produk kosmetik melalui berbagai platform e-commerce. Proses pengelolaan persediaan sebelumnya masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan spreadsheet, sehingga sering menimbulkan permasalahan seperti ketidaksesuaian data stok, kesalahan pencatatan, dan keterlambatan dalam penyusunan laporan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem inventory berbasis web yang dapat membantu perusahaan dalam mengelola persediaan secara real-time, akurat, dan efisien. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan pendekatan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan model Waterfall. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan framework Laravel dan basis data MySQL, serta diuji menggunakan metode Blackbox Testing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem inventory berbasis web yang dirancang mampu mempermudah proses pencatatan stok, transaksi, serta penyusunan laporan persediaan. Implementasi sistem ini terbukti dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, akurasi data, dan mendukung pihak manajemen dalam melakukan pengambilan keputusan yang lebih tepat dan cepat.

Abstract

This study discusses the ethical practices of legislators and public responses to a controversial policy regarding the increase of housing allowances for members of the DPR, which triggered large scale demonstrations in August 2025. The policy was perceived by the public as inconsistent with the government’s mission of budget efficiency, leading to a wave of distrust. The purpose of this research is to analyze the ethical practices of legislators in policymaking, to examine public responses to the policy, to explore its implications for the quality of the relationship between citizens and their representatives, and to formulate strategies for improving the political ethics of legislators to ensure more transparent and accountable legislative processes. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method by analyzing literature, official documents, media reports, and digital data from social media. The data were critically analyzed to illustrate the dynamics of the relationship between legislators’ ethics and public responses to DPR’s controversial policies. The findings show that DPR’s ethical practices were primarily oriented toward internal organizational interests, while neglecting public sensitivities to socio-economic conditions. This led to public responses that escalated from peaceful criticism to anarchic demonstrations, accompanied by the “17+8 points” demands. Digital activism and the role of influencers further amplified public pressure, making this issue highly visible in the public sphere. The study concludes that the August 2025 demonstrations reflect a crisis of political ethics and the legitimacy of legislators. This crisis can only be addressed through ethical reforms that place citizens at the center of representation. Without serious reform, DPR risks further losing its social legitimacy.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the extent to which interactivity in live streaming, perceived usefulness, and trust in the platform influence Generation Z's purchase intention in the context of social commerce in Indonesia. This study used a quantitative approach through a survey method with 150 purposively selected participants. The participants were aged 18 to 28, actively using social commerce platforms for at least the past six months, had participated in product live streaming sessions, and had experience or desire to shop through the platform. Prior to multiple linear regression analysis, the data were tested through a series of classical assumption tests including normality, heteroscedasticity, and multicollinearity tests. The results showed that all instruments used met the criteria for validity, reliability, and statistical assumptions. Overall, the three independent variables were proven to have a significant effect on purchase intention. Partial analysis also showed that each variable had a positive effect, meaning that the more active the interaction in live streaming, the greater the perceived benefits for users, and the higher the level of trust in the platform, the stronger Generation Z's purchase intention in the context of social commerce.

Abstract

Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) sektor fashion yang berada di Kota Medan berkontribusi terhadap perekonomian daerah, tetapi sektor ini juga memiliki tantangan tersendiri, salah satunya menurunnya kinerja usaha yang dapat dilihat dari menurunnya jumlah pelanggan dan pertumbuhan laba yang tidak stabil. Penelitian ini ditulis untuk menganalisa pengaruh Orientasi Kewirausahaan dan Inovasi terhadap Kinerja Usaha Fashion di Kota Medan. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian penulis berjumlah 108 UKM sector fashion di Kota Medan khususnya di Kecamatan Medan Johor, Medan Kota dan Medan Maimun. Penelitian juga memakai pendekatan teknik sampel jenuh, sehingga dapat menjadikan seluruh pupulasi sebagai sampel. Data penelitian dianlisis dengan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Orientasi Kewirausahaan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Usaha. Demikian juga dengan variabel inovasi yang ditemukan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Usaha. Pengujian simultan melihat bahwa orientasi kewirausahaan dan inovasi bersama-sama berkontribusi signifikan meningkatkan kinerja usaha fashion di Kota Medan..

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi yang digunakan oleh guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAIBP) dalam membentuk akhlak siswa di SMP Tri Dharma Palembang. Guru PAIBP berperan penting tidak hanya dalam menyampaikan pengetahuan agama, tetapi juga dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai moral dan budi pekerti kepada peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara serta menggunakan desain studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru PAIBP menerapkan berbagai strategi pembelajaran seperti keteladanan (uswah hasanah), pembiasaan religius, pendekatan personal, dan bimbingan spiritual. Strategi tersebut mampu menumbuhkan sikap disiplin, tanggung jawab, dan sopan santun siswa. Implementasi dari hasil penelitian ini tampak dalam kegiatan rutin keagamaan di sekolah seperti salat berjamaah, doa bersama, serta interaksi sosial yang lebih santun antar siswa. Dengan demikian, strategi guru PAIBP berkontribusi nyata dalam membentuk akhlak mulia peserta didik melalui pembelajaran yang humanis, religius, dan kontekstual.

Abstract

This study explores the significant role that local cultural traditions, particularly village rituals, play in strengthening community identity in an era of rapid globalization and cultural homogenization. Through a qualitative descriptive methodology utilizing library research, this research examines how traditional ceremonies and customs serve as essential mechanisms for preserving cultural heritage, fostering social cohesion, and reinforcing collective identity among community members. The study analyzes various dimensions of village rituals, including their historical evolution, symbolic significance, social functions, and contemporary adaptations. Findings indicate that village rituals operate as powerful instruments of cultural preservation and identity formation by creating shared experiences, reinforcing value systems, establishing intergenerational connections, and adapting to changing socio-economic conditions while maintaining their core cultural essence. This research contributes to our understanding of how local traditions can be sustained and leveraged as vital resources for community resilience and cultural distinctiveness in the face of modernizing influences. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan sari daun papaya (SDP) ke dalam pengencer Tris-kuning Telur (T-KT) terhadap kualitas semen babi persilangan landrace dan duroc. Materi yang digunakan adalah semen segar dari babi jantan persilangan landrace dan duroc berumur 1,5 tahun dengan kondisi sehat dan terlatih untuk penampungan semen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental dengan rancangan acak lengkap yang terdiri atas enam perlakuan dan lima ulangan, yaitu: T-KT (P0), SDP, (P1) T-KT+0,5% SDP, (P2) T-KT+1% SDP, (P3), T-KT+1,5% SDP (P4), T-KT+2% SDP, dan (P5) TKT+2,5% SDP. Semua perlakuan disimpan dalam coolbox pada suhu 15–20ºC. Variabel yang dilihat adalah motilitas, viabilitas, abnormalitas, dan daya tahan hidup spermatozoa. Evaluasi dilakukan setiap 12 jam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan P5 (penambahan SDP 2,5%) pada penyimpanan selama 36 jam memberikan hasil terbaik (P<0,05) dibandingkan dengan perlakuan lainnya, dengan nilai motilitas 44,00±2,23% viabilitas 51,90±2,63%, abnormalitas 5,50±0,70%, dan daya tahan hidup selama 45,60 jam. Disimpulkan bahwa penambahan 2,5% SDP dalam pengencer Tris-kuning telur menghasilkan kualitas semen cair babi persilangan yang lebih baik dibandingkan perlakuan lainnya.

Abstract

Organizational change is inevitable in a dynamic business environment characterized by technological advancements, market shifts, and increasingly complex customer demands. The success of these changes is highly dependent on the role of Human Resource Management (HRM). The study purpose was to explore the strategic role of HRM in navigating organizational change, focusing on five key aspects: identifying major challenges, developing effective adaptation strategies, optimizing employee engagement and skills, improving communication to reduce uncertainty, and balancing the needs of both the organization and its employees. Materials and methods: A mixed-method approach was employed, incorporating quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews. Data were collected from a purposive sample of employees, managers, and external stakeholders involved in organizational change. The surveys examined employee perceptions of HR strategies, while in-depth interviews with HR managers provided insight into the role of leadership in facilitating change. Data analysis included qualitative theme identification and quantitative statistical analysis, yielding a comprehensive understanding of how HR strategies impact employee adaptation to organizational shifts. Results: The results indicate that modern businesses are moving toward value-oriented models, integrating financial goals with social and environmental impacts. Companies are increasingly focusing on employee well-being, reflecting its direct influence on productivity and organizational sustainability. The study found that effective HR strategies, such as fostering transparent communication, offering continuous learning opportunities, and promoting employee participation in decision-making, are crucial for reducing resistance and enhancing adaptation to change. Conclusions: In conclusion, the research highlights the critical role of HRM in driving successful organizational change. Through systematic planning and employee engagement, HRM helps businesses navigate external pressures while promoting innovation, efficiency, and long-term sustainability. The study contributes to the growing understanding of how modern organizations balance financial performance with broader social and environmental responsibilities.
