Abstract

Bullying is one of the most prevalent social problems in schools and has a negative impact on students’ development. This study aims to analyze the role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in preventing bullying behavior through the inculcation of Islamic moral values at MTs Miftahus Syafa’ah. This research employed a qualitative approach with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that PAI teachers act as educators, mentors, and role models in instilling Islamic morals based on ḥablum minannās (respecting peers, politeness, mutual assistance, refraining from mocking, and avoiding harm). The strategies applied include Islamic education learning, habituation, religious activities, and teacher role modeling. The study also identified several obstacles, such as limited teaching strategies, weak supervision, and the influence of students’ social environment. This research emphasizes that the inculcation of Islamic moral values can serve as an effective preventive strategy against bullying, thereby fostering a religious, harmonious, and conducive school climate.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of halal knowledge, brand image, and price on the decision to purchase YOU cosmetics among studentsat the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Jambi. The research method used is quantitative. The data source used is primary data in the form of a questionnaire using a 1-5 Likert scale with 90 respondents, namely students who use YOU cosmetics at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Jambi, actively in 2025. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Data processing was conducted using SPSS 25 software. The results of this study indicate that the brand image and price variables have a positive and significant influence on the purchase decision of YOU cosmetics among students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Jambi, while the halal knowledge variable at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Jambi, while the halal knowledge variable does not influence the decision to purchase YOU cosmetics. YOU Beauty is a local Indonesian cosmetics brand known for offering high-quality beauty products at affordable prices.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy of BSI Oto financing products in attracting public interest in Jambi City at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Jambi Sipin Bakaruddin. The research employed a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that the implemented marketing strategy encompasses the application of the marketing mix (7P), namely quality products based on murabahah contracts, competitive pricing, strategic branch locations, promotion through cooperation with dealers and digital media, professional services, transparent financing processes, and representative physical evidence of facilities. The main obstacles encountered are the low level of public understanding of sharia-based financing and intense competition with conventional financing institutions. The proposed alternative strategies include intensifying public education, optimizing digital promotion, and strengthening partnerships with vehicle dealers. This research is expected to serve as a reference for the development of sharia financing marketing strategies.

Abstract

This study discusses the accessibility of persons with disabilities in the Neha Hub public space in Cilandak, South Jakarta. Although regulations regarding the rights of persons with disabilities have been established through Law Number 8 of 2016, their implementation in public facilities is still not optimal. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method through field observations, interviews with managers, and literature studies to identify existing conditions and compare them with accessibility standards. The results show that various facilities at Neha Hub, such as the entrance area, parking lot, toilets, creative space, and prayer room, do not meet universal design standards that are friendly to persons with disabilities. The obstacles encountered include narrow circulation spaces, the use of inappropriate flooring materials, the absence of ramps, tactile paving, informative signage, and special toilet facilities for persons with disabilities. These findings confirm that there is still a gap between regulations and implementation in the field. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the need to redesign public facilities and infrastructure to be more inclusive through the application of universal design so that public spaces can be accessed fairly and comfortably by all levels of society, including people with disabilities.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Halal Production Process (HPP) and strategies that can be applied in its implementation at Warung Pempek Lita Puri Masurai II, Muaro Jambi. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed using the SWOT analysis method. The results show that Warung Pempek Lita has applied halal principles in every stage of production, including raw material selection, processing, packaging, and distribution. Furthermore, the SWOT analysis identified four strategies to strengthen the implementation of HPP in order to increase consumer trust: (1) SO Strategy (Strength-Opportunities): strengthening product image by highlighting the use of fresh ingredients without preservatives and maintaining a clean, independent production process; (2) WO Strategy (Weakness-Opportunities): applying for training and mentoring from halal institutions such as MUI or LPPOM to enhance the owner’s knowledge of halal standards and the Halal Assurance System (SJPH); (3) ST Strategy (Strength-Threats): educating consumers that pempek is produced independently and carefully in accordance with halal principles to foster customer loyalty despite tight competition; (4) WT Strategy (Weakness-Threats): separating the production kitchen from the household kitchen, even in a simple form, as a commitment to halal principles and improved production hygiene..

Abstract

Pendidikan abad ke-21 menuntut peserta didik untuk memiliki kreativitas, kemandirian, serta kemampuan beradaptasi terhadap berbagai perubahan sosial, ekonomi, dan teknologi. Dalam konteks ini, sekolah dasar berperan penting dalam membentuk dasar kemampuan tersebut sejak dini, termasuk dalam menyiapkan peserta didik agar mampu berpikir inovatif, mandiri, serta memiliki jiwa kewirausahaan yang berakar pada nilai-nilai lokal. Namun, realitas di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran di sekolah dasar masih didominasi oleh pendekatan kognitif yang berfokus pada hafalan dan pencapaian akademik semata. Kondisi ini menyebabkan siswa kurang mendapatkan kesempatan untuk mengembangkan potensi kreatif dan mandiri melalui pengalaman belajar yang bermakna dan kontekstual. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran proyek kewirausahaan berbasis kearifan lokal dalam menumbuhkan kreativitas dan kemandirian siswa sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan menelaah berbagai hasil penelitian yang relevan terkait pendidikan kewirausahaan, penerapan kearifan lokal, serta pengembangan kreativitas dan kemandirian pada anak usia sekolah dasar. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan proyek kewirausahaan berbasis kearifan lokal memberikan pengalaman belajar yang autentik, di mana siswa terlibat langsung dalam proses merancang produk, memecahkan masalah, dan berinovasi berdasarkan potensi daerah mereka. Selain itu, keterlibatan dalam proyek juga melatih kemampuan pengambilan keputusan, tanggung jawab, dan kerja sama, yang merupakan aspek penting dari kemandirian. Nilai-nilai budaya seperti gotong royong, kerja keras, kejujuran, dan tanggung jawab yang terkandung dalam kearifan lokal turut memperkuat pembentukan karakter serta identitas budaya siswa. Dengan demikian, integrasi antara kewirausahaan dan kearifan lokal dapat menjadi strategi efektif untuk menumbuhkan kreativitas, kemandirian, dan karakter siswa sekolah dasar yang siap menghadapi tantangan abad ke-21.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mengubah pola interaksi di lingkungan pendidikan, termasuk dalam diskusi kelas yang kini banyak dilakukan secara daring. Fenomena ini menimbulkan dinamika baru dalam kesantunan berbahasa, yang menjadi aspek penting untuk menjaga keharmonisan dan efektivitas komunikasi. Artikel review ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kesantunan berbahasa siswa dalam diskusi kelas daring dengan menggunakan pendekatan pragmatik. Penelusuran literatur dilakukan terhadap artikel jurnal nasional dan internasional yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2020 hingga 2025, yang membahas kesantunan, interaksi digital di kelas, serta perspektif pragmatik dalam komunikasi daring. Hasil telaah menunjukkan bahwa bentuk kesantunan berbahasa siswa dalam diskusi daring mencakup pemilihan kata yang sopan, penggunaan strategi mitigasi, dan penyesuaian gaya bahasa dengan norma budaya maupun konteks akademik. Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kesantunan antara lain norma budaya, keakraban antarpartisipan, peran guru sebagai moderator, serta fitur teknologi seperti chat box dan emoji yang dapat memperkuat atau melemahkan kesantunan. Kajian pragmatik memberikan kerangka analisis yang komprehensif untuk memahami maksud tuturan dan dampak sosialnya dalam konteks pembelajaran daring. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan literasi pragmatik dan etika berbahasa digital bagi siswa, guru, dan pengembang platform pembelajaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengalaman pelanggan, kualitas layanan, dan persaingan harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan ShopeeFood di Kota Medan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengguna ShopeeFood di Kecamatan Medan Amplas, Kota Medan, dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria pengguna aktif yang telah melakukan minimal tiga kali transaksi dalam tiga bulan terakhir. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner, sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, pengalaman pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kualitas layanan juga terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Demikian pula, persaingan harga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan ShopeeFood di Kota Medan. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel independen tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, dengan kontribusi pengaruh yang cukup tinggi. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan pengalaman pelanggan yang menyenangkan, peningkatan kualitas layanan yang konsisten, serta penerapan strategi harga yang kompetitif merupakan langkah penting untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan memperkuat posisi ShopeeFood di tengah persaingan industri layanan pesan-antar makanan yang semakin ketat.

Abstract

Education plays a crucial role in shaping students’ character and personality, one of which is implemented through scouting Extracurricular activities. However, its implementation in elementary school often faces obstcles such as limited resources and monotonous training methods. The research employed a qualitative approach using Partcivatory Action Research (PAR), wich involved ctcles of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The findings revealed that collaboration between KKN students and teachers significantly enhanced students’ values of discipline, responsibility, independence, leadership, cooperation, and self confidence through varied scouting activities such as contextual methods, songs, games, and marching drills. Teachers served as mentors and evaluators, while students contributed creativity and motivation, making the activities more enganging and effective. Thus, scouting functions as an effective medium for implementing pancasila-based character education when carried out collaboratively and consistently in elementary school

Abstract

The development of digital technology has had a major impact on the economic sector, especially on Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) which are the backbone of the local economy in Indonesia. The digitalization of MSMEs allows for increased operational efficiency, market expansion, and higher competitiveness. The Covid-19 pandemic has accelerated the transformation of digital MSMEs as a strategy for economic adaptation and recovery. However, obstacles such as low digital literacy and limited human resources are still the main challenges. The community service program in the form of a seminar "Digital Smart MSMEs, Economically Developed Villages Grow" in Wanasari Village using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method aims to improve the understanding and digital capabilities of the local community. The results show a significant increase in the use of social media, e-commerce, business management tools, and digital marketing strategies by MSME actors. Digitization of MSMEs plays an important role in improving the welfare of the village economy by creating new jobs, expanding access to national and international markets, and strengthening food security through collaboration between sectors. Thus, digitalization is not just a technological advancement, but an instrument of inclusive and sustainable economic development strategies in this modern era.
