Abstract

Persaingan toko sepatu olahraga di Kecamatan Buleleng semakin ketat akibat meningkatnya tren olahraga dan perkembangan e-commerce, yang menyebabkan fluktuasi penjualan di Toko Sporthouse. Perbedaan temuan penelitian terdahulu mengenai pengaruh store atmosphere dan brand image terhadap keputusan pembelian menunjukkan adanya research gap, serta belum adanya kajian pada toko sepatu lokal di Kecamatan Buleleng. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh store atmosphere dan brand image terhadap keputusan pembelian sepatu olahraga di Toko Sporthouse Kecamatan Buleleng. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 130 responden yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial store atmosphere berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Secara simultan, kedua variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi penelitian selanjutnya, baik melalui pengembangan variabel independen dan dependen, maupun perluasan objek serta lokasi penelitian di masa mendatang.

Abstract

Shooting free throw dalam permainan bola basket merupakan salah satu faktor penting yang harus dikuasi seorang pemain sebagai salah satu cara untuk mencapai kemenangan dalam sebuah pertandingan. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh media audio visual dalam meningkatkan hasil shooting free throw permainan bola basket. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian eksperimen dengan desain pretest-posttest one group design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 16 orang yang merupakan mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Jasmani Universitas Safin Pati. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan uji paired sample t-test. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu rata-rata skor dari shooting free throw saat pretest yaitu 4 dan posttest 7 dengan selisih peningkatan yaitu 3 serta didapatkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,050 yang berarti pengujian terhadap hipotesis dari penelitian ini diterima. Maka dapat disimpulkan jika media audi visual memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan hasil shooting free throw dalam permainan bola basket.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi Metode Wafa dalam Program Tahfiż di SDIT Nurul Iman Pondok Bambu dengan suatu usaha atau ikhtiar yang dilakukan oleh SDIT Nurul Iman Pondok Bambu agar mampu tercapai suatu tujuan guna menciptakan generasi insan yang Qur’ani melalui metode tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Metode kualitatif adalah metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk meneliti kondisi objek yang alami. Tujuan utama penelitian kualitatif adalah untuk memahami fenomena atau gejala sosial dengan cara memberikan pemaparan berupa penggambaran yang jelas tentang fenomena atau gejala sosial tersebut dalam bentuk rangkaikan kata yang pada akhirnya akan menghasilkan sebuah teori. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model Mile dan Huberman yang dilaukan secara interaktif dan berlangsung secara terus menerus sampai tuntas sehingga datanya penuh

Abstract

This study examines tourists’ perceptions of tourism destinations in the Tapanuli region as articulated in online spaces. Employing a qualitative approach, the research analyzes user-generated content in the form of online reviews, comments, and narrative descriptions collected from publicly accessible digital platforms. The findings indicate that tourists’ perceptions are shaped through a dynamic interaction between positive and negative narratives. Positive perceptions predominantly emphasize natural beauty, scenic landscapes, cultural richness, and emotional experiences of relaxation and tranquility. Conversely, negative perceptions frequently relate to inadequate sanitation, poor facility maintenance, accessibility constraints, and environmental management issues. These contrasting narratives coexist within online spaces, contributing to a multidimensional and continuously negotiated destination image. The study further demonstrates that online spaces function as influential arenas for the formation of collective perceptions, where tourists’ experiences are shared, evaluated, and amplified through digital interaction. The results highlight that the effectiveness of digital tourism promotion depends not only on technological visibility but also on the consistency between online representations and on-site conditions. This research contributes to the literature on digital tourism and destination image by providing empirical insights into how tourists’ perceptions are constructed in online environments and offers practical implications for more responsive and sustainable destination management strategies.

Abstract

Background: Emergency Room nurses generally have excessive workloads physically, in terms of skills and available time, which affects a person's emotions, thought processes, and conditions, causing work stress. Workload is a condition when there is an imbalance between a worker's abilities or capabilities and the demands of the work that must be completed. Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between workload and the level of work stress of nurses in the Emergency Room of Hospital X. Method: The research design used is quantitative with a cross-sectional approach. The sample was obtained using the total sampling technique, namely all 34 nurses in the Emergency Room of Hospital X. The instruments used were workload questionnaires and work stress questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out univariately and bivariately with the Chi-Square correlation test. Result: The results of the statistical test obtained a value (p-value = 0.001), so it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between workload and the level of work stress of nurses. Conclution: There is a relationship between workload and the level of work stress of emergency room nurses.

Abstract

Perjuangan kebebasan pers dan kesetaraan gender merupakan bagian penting dalam proses pembentukan demokrasi di Indonesia sejak masa kolonial hingga awal kemerdekaan. Dalam konteks tersebut, perempuan memiliki peran strategis melalui aktivitas jurnalistik dan gerakan politik untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang hak-hak dasar manusia. Salah satu tokoh perempuan yang berperan besar adalah Surastri Karma Trimurti (S.K. Trimurti ) , yang dikenal melalui gagasan serta perjuangannya dalam memperjuangkan kebebasan pers dan kesetaraan gender. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis secara mendalam kontribusi pemikiran S.K. Trimurti sebagai tokoh perempuan revolusioner dalam bidang jurnalistik, aktivisme politik, dan perjuangan kemerdekaan Indonesia. Fokus penelitian diarahkan pada bagaimana pemikiran beliau menjadi landasan penting dalam menjaga kedaulatan informasi, kebebasan berekspresi, serta martabat perempuan di tengah tekanan kolonial yang represif. S.K. Trimurti memanfaatkan media pers sebagai sarana perjuangan untuk menentang pembatasan kebebasan berpendapat sekaligus melawan ketidakadilan gender yang dipengaruhi sistem kolonial dan budaya patriarki. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan Analisis Wacana Kritis model tiga dimensi Norman Fairclough, yang mencakup analisis teks (mikro), praktik media (meso), dan praktik sosial-budaya (makro). Data diperoleh dari karya tulis asli, dokumentasi sejarah perjuangan S.K. Trimurti, serta didukung oleh sumber ilmiah yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa S.K. Trimurti secara konsisten mendorong perubahan pandangan terhadap budaya patriarki yang membatasi perempuan dalam konsep “konco wingking”. Ia juga menempatkan pers sebagai sarana pendidikan politik masyarakat untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran kritis. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kebebasan pers dan kesetaraan gender saling berkaitan, di mana pers menjadi ruang perjuangan hak perempuan sekaligus fondasi bagi terwujudnya demokrasi yang lebih adil di Indonesia.

Abstract

Preaching is essentially an act of faith performed by Muslims, such as preachers, media, messages, audiences, methods, and responses. One way to carry out da'wah is by reading literary works. To ensure that da'wah can achieve its goals and objectives optimally. Literature is a product of art that discusses human values and how to use language to express life. The purpose of this research is to discover and analyze Tere Liye's novel "Si Anak Pemberani" to identify the Islamic values contained within it, such as courage, honesty, patience, responsibility, and social concern, and how these values can be used as messages of Islamic preaching in terms of faith, sharia, and morality. The method used is descriptive qualitative research with content analysis. The research results show that Tere Liye's novel "Si Anak Pemberani" predominantly contains moral messages (akhlak) such as courage, honesty, responsibility, and social concern. The novel can be categorized as da'wah bil qalam, a written medium that is effective in conveying Islamic values contextually to young readers.

Abstract

This study, entitled "The Relationship Between Fathers' Roles and the Moral Development of Adolescents in Neighborhood Associations (RT) 29 and 40, Jakabaring District, Palembang," aims to determine the role of fathers in raising adolescents and the relationship between fathers' roles and the moral development of adolescents in RT 29 and RT 40, Jakabaring District. This study used a quantitative approach with a correlational approach. The sample size for this study was 30 respondents. Simple random sampling was used for the study, and a questionnaire was used for data analysis. SPSS version 20 was used for data processing with a product-moment correlation. The validity test level was 0.361 and the reliability test level was 0.7. The results of this study indicate that the level of fathers' role in raising adolescents is classified as moderate. 77% of adolescents received moderate scores for moral development. Meanwhile, 66% of adolescents received moderate scores for moral development. There was a significant relationship between the father's role and adolescent moral development, with a product-moment correlation of 0.771 and a significance level of 5%. The results of this study indicate a relationship between the father's role and adolescent moral development.

Abstract

The rapid expansion of digital technologies has reshaped the structure and dynamics of the tourism sector, particularly in destinations that rely on local economic and cultural resources. This study examines how digital business ecosystems influence the development of locally based tourism by focusing on digitally mediated interactions among local actors, platforms, and tourists. Employing a qualitative netnographic approach, the research analyzes publicly available online content from social media platforms, digital marketplaces, and travel-related online communities. The findings reveal that digital platforms function as central nodes that enable market access, value co-creation, and narrative construction for local tourism actors. Digital storytelling and interactive engagement enhance visibility and economic opportunities; however, benefits are uneven due to disparities in digital literacy, infrastructure, and platform dependency. The study also identifies socio-cultural implications, including increased cultural visibility alongside risks of commodification and misrepresentation. These findings highlight that digital transformation in tourism is not solely a technological process but a socio-economic and cultural one that requires inclusive governance and capacity-building. The study contributes to the literature on digital ecosystems and community-based tourism by providing empirical insights into how digitalization shapes local tourism development and sustainability.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang representasi konflik antara hukum dan vigilantisme dalam film Sheriif: Narko Integrity dengan fokus pada relasi moral antara karakter Sheriff dan Nazri. Film ini dipilih karena menghadirkan persoalan keadilan secara kompleks dan tidak hitam-putih, melalui pertarungan batin antara aparat penegak hukum ditengah kegagalan sistem hukum melindungi korban. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis semiotika Roland Barthes melalui tahapan denotasi, konotasi, dan mitos. Teori representasi Stuart Hall digunakan sebagai kerangka utama untuk membaca pembentukan makna hukum dan vigilantisme dalam film, sedangkan teori konflik sosial digunakan sebagai pendukung untuk memahami pertentangan antara individu dan struktur institusional. Metodologi penelitian ini bersifat interpretatif-deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi teks visual dan naratif terhadap adegan-adegan kunci yang merepresentasikan hukum, vigilantisme dan konflik moral antar tokoh. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hukum direpresentasikan sebagai institusi yang sah secara prosedural tetapi lambat dan terbatas dalam menghadirkan keadilan secara substantif. Vigilantisme Nazri ditampilkan sebagai respons emosional atas kegagalan hukum, bukan sebagai solusi ideal. Sheriff direpresentasikan sebagai simbol hukum yang berjuang menjaga integritas institusi, sementara Nazri sebagai figur yang terjebak antara trauma dan profesinya sebagai polisi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa film tidak memihak secara mutlak pada hukum maupun vigilantisme, tetapi menempatkan keduanya sebagai dua kutub moral yang sama-sama problematis hingga keadilan dipahami sebagai konflik antara aturan dan nurani manusia.
