Abstract

Lake Perintis as a tourist attraction is a form of environmental service that provides economic value This study aims to obtain an overview of the Development of the Perintis Lake Tourism Area in Increasing Community Income by the Department of Tourism, Youth and Sports of Bone Bolango Regency. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive research type. Data collection techniques are carried out by Observation, interviews, Research and Documentation. The results of this study conclude that in terms of promotion aspects on social media that are not yet optimal, the promotion only stopped at the time of the inauguration of the 2024 Pioneer Lake tourism, this resulted in a lack of information available to tourists about the Bone Bolango Regency Pioneer Lake tourism. The condition of the facilities also still needs to be added and there are several facilities that will be repaired and need attention from the Bone Bolango Regency Government. The budget is not yet optimal, due to the limited funds allocated, causing various aspects of management, such as improving facilities and adding facilities, promoting environmental maintenance, and improving tourism services, to not run optimally. It is recommended that creative and integrated promotion be increased by utilizing social media and digital technology so that the appeal of Perintis Lake is increasingly widespread. The need to improve and add supporting facilities such as parking areas, green open spaces, and culinary and lodging facilities to improve the comfort and experience of tourists. The need to optimize the budget by increasing fund allocation, transparent financial management, and expanding cooperation with various parties, including local economic actors and local governments, to support sustainable development and increase the economic value of the Perintis Lake tourist area.

Abstract

Pada era zaman modern ini teknologi berkembang sangat pesat, masyarakat semakin dimudahkan dalam melakukan aktivitas sehari-hari hal yang sangat kita rasakan yaitu bertukar kabar melalui media sosial. Dengan begitu pesatnya perkembangan pada era modern ini, kejahatan didunia maya juga semakin bertambah seperti menyalahgunakan media sosialnya menghina atau mencemarkan nama baik seseorang. Konten media sosial yang mengandung penghinaan dianggap sebagai perbuatan melawan hukum dalam hukum perdata. Penghinaan, sebagai bentuk perbuatan melawan hukum dapat menyebabkan kerugian materiil dan immaterial. Didalam hukum perdata pencemaran nama baik memiliki karakteristik dan penanganan. Meskipun KUHPerdata menyebutkan penghinaan sebagai perbuatan melawan hukum secara umum, pasal-pasal khusus seperti Pasal 1372-1380 KUHPerdata mengatur penghinaan secara khusus dan memberikan landasan untuk tuntutan ganti rugi. Pembuatan konten media sosial yang mengandung penghinaan dapat dikenai pertanggungjawaban perdata yang melibatkan gugatan ganti rugi. Gugatan tersebut mencakup kerugian materiil dan immaterial yang diatur dalam ketentuan KUPerdata. Penentuan besarnya ganti rugi dapat ditentukan oleh Hakim berdasarkan penilaian atas kerugian yang diderita oleh pihak yang terhina.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the direction of educational planning in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era by emphasizing the importance of curriculum adjustment and strengthening teacher competency in facing technological disruption and the demands of the 21st century. The research was conducted with a qualitative approach through a literature study method, using primary and secondary literature covering educational policies, scientific journals, and regulations on the linearity of teacher diplomas. The results of the study indicate that the success of educational planning depends not only on an adaptive curriculum, but also on teacher professionalism and the application of student-centered and community-based learning methods. Technology integration, strengthening digital literacy, and 21st century skills are key components in designing a relevant and competitive education system. Thus, educational planning in the digital era must be flexible, collaborative, and responsive to social change and the needs of the future world of work.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat dalam pelayanan kesehatan di puskesmas pembantu Desa Sidomukti Kecamatan Mootilango Kabupaten Gorontalo. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dengan sejumlah informan, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam pelayanan kesehatan di puskesmas pembantu desa sidomukti belum berjalan optimal sehingga menimbulkan persepsi negatif pada masyarakat. Diantaranya mengenai fasilitas yang ada masih belum memadai seperti ruangan yang sempit, tempat duduk yang terbatas, toilet yang sudah rusak, dan beberapa lainnya. Selanjutnya mengenai daya tanggap petugas kesehatan juga masih kurang karena adanya keterbatasan petugas kesehatan yang hanya terdiri 1 bidan dan 1 perawat tanpa ada petugas khusus bagian administrasi inilah yang menghambat jalannya pelayanan kesehatan, hal ini juga terlihat dari kedisiplinan petugas kesehatan yang masih kurang di mana masih ada beberapa petugas yang belum menjalankan tugasnya dengan baik sehingganya membuat pelayanan kesehatan yang ada di puskesmas pembantu tidak berjalan dengan optimal. Adapun hal-hal yang disarankan yaitu perlunya penambahan fasilitas, penambahan petugas kesehatan khususnya pada bagian administrasi sehingganya dapat mempercepat pelayanan yang ada, dan perlunya pengawasan terhadap kedisiplinan petugas kesehatan puskesmas pembantu agar pelayanan kesehatan dapar berjalan dengan lancar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Electronic Word of Mouth (e-WOM) dan ulasan online terhadap kepercayaan mahasiswa dalam melakukan pembelian produk di marketplace. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada kenyataan bahwa aktivitas belanja online di kalangan mahasiswa semakin meningkat, terutama bagi pengguna aktif platfrom seperti Shopee, Tokopedia, dan TikTok Shop. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 45 mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen angkatan 2023 di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Univeritas Muhammadiyah Makassar. Analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linear berganda. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa review online memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepercayaan mahasiswa, sedangkan e-WOM tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan secara individual. Namun apabila dilihat secara keseluruhan, kedua variabel tersebut berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap kepercayaan mahasiswa dalam berbelanja secara online. Hasil ini mengidentifikasikan bahwa kualitas dan keandalan informasi yang tersedia dalam format digital, khususnya ulasan dari pengguna, sangat berperan dalam membentuk kepercayaan mahasiswa terhadap transaksi di dunia maya. Penelitian ini memberikan saran bagi pelaku bisnis digital untuk lebih memperhatikan kualitas ulasan dan e-WOM guna meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen, khususnya dikalangan mahasiswa.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the condition of the computer network infrastructure and the extent to which the infrastructure supports the implementation of cloud computing at SMPN 19 Kajang Bulukumba. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to describe and analyze the condition of the computer network infrastructure and its support for the implementation of cloud computing at SMPN 19 Kajang Bulukumba, with key informants such as the Principal, IT staff, ICT teachers, and school operators selected through purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, direct observation of network facilities and cloud-based learning activities, and documentation such as RPS and training reports. Data analysis was carried out using the Miles and Huberman model through inductive reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions, with data validity strengthened through triangulation and member checks. This study found that the computer network infrastructure at SMPN 19 Kajang Bulukumba has been built since 2019 with the support of the Education Office, including LAN networks, fiber optic internet connections, and supporting devices, although there are still obstacles in Wi-Fi coverage and hardware quality. Cloud computing such as Google Classroom and Google Drive have been used since the pandemic, but their implementation has not been maximized due to the limitations of teachers' digital literacy and students' devices. Observations show that some computers are outdated, Wi-Fi distribution is uneven, and server rooms are not equipped with good cooling systems and cable management. Although school documentation reflects digital development efforts, teacher participation in training is still limited, so the existing infrastructure only supports cloud computing to a limited extent and requires further improvement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas kebijakan E-Tilang (Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement/ETLE) yang diterapkan oleh Direktorat Lalu Lintas (Dirlantas) Polda Gorontalo. Latar belakang penelitian ini dilandasi oleh pergeseran sistem penegakan hukum lalu lintas dari metode konvensional ke metode elektronik sebagai bagian dari transformasi digital pelayanan publik. Meskipun implementasi E-Tilang telah berjalan sejak tahun 2021 di Gorontalo, pelaksanaannya masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan seperti kurangnya sosialisasi, tingginya angka pelanggaran lalu lintas, serta terbatasnya infrastruktur pendukung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pemahaman masyarakat terhadap sistem E-Tilang masih rendah, sosialisasi belum merata, dan jumlah kamera ETLE aktif masih terbatas. Hal ini berdampak pada rendahnya efektivitas kebijakan secara keseluruhan. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan strategi implementasi yang lebih terstruktur, peningkatan sarana dan prasarana, serta edukasi publik yang berkelanjutan agar tujuan dari kebijakan E-Tilang dapat tercapai secara maksimal

Abstract

Current study aims to investigate the role of distribution channels and promotional activities in increasing customer satisfaction and creating customer loyalty. This study was conducted at PT Kongruen Medika Nasional targeting the population, namely all customers of PT Kongruen Medika Nasional as many as 268 outlet leaders. Through the simple random sampling method and sample calculation, 75 outlet leaders were obtained as respondents. Empirical data were collected through a 10-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using the PLS-SEM approach. The study findings prove that customer satisfaction can be created through a good distribution system and properly implemented promotional activities. Furthermore, high loyalty can also be created through a good distribution system, good promotional activities, and high satisfaction. An interesting finding in this study is that customer satisfaction is proven to be able to act as a mediating construct between the relationship distribution to loyalty and the promotion of loyalty. This study is able to make a positive contribution to the literature and for PT Kongruen Medika Nasional in increasing customer loyalty and satisfaction through determining the right distribution channels and implementing good promotions.

Abstract

This qualitative study explores the role of English as a tool for tourism promotion in Central Sulawesi, Indonesia, through a linguistic perspective using a library research approach. The research identifies how English enhances destination appeal, facilitates cross-cultural communication, and supports digital marketing strategies. Findings reveal that English proficiency among local tourism stakeholders significantly improves service quality and tourist satisfaction. However, limited language skills and perceptions of English as a foreign language pose challenges. Bilingual promotional materials and strategic language use in social media are critical for global outreach. The study recommends language training and optimized digital content to strengthen Central Sulawesi’s tourism competitiveness.

Abstract

Bali's local wisdom-based spiritual tourism in Ubud faces various challenges due to globalization and the growing influence of foreign healing methods. This study aims to analyze strategies for strengthening the role of local instructors in preserving and developing traditional Balinese spiritual practices. Using SWOT analysis, this research evaluates internal and external factors affecting the sustainability of local instructors' roles. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with influential cultural figures and local spiritual practitioners. The findings indicate that strengthening the role of local instructors can be achieved through human resource capacity building, digital technology utilization for promotion, and regulations protecting traditional spiritual practices. Additionally, collaboration with various stakeholders, including the government and the tourism sector, is essential to ensure the sustainability of culture-based spiritual tourism in Bali.
