Abstract

This study aims to describe the classroom management skills of Akidah Akhlak teachers, the implementation of these skills in overcoming passive students, and the supporting factors that influence the effectiveness of learning at MTs PAB 4 Patumbak. The background of this research stems from the phenomenon of students who tend to be passive in Akidah Akhlak learning, which requires teachers to apply effective and innovative classroom management strategies. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The informants consisted of the Principal Principal, Akidah Akhlak teacher and students The data were analyzed through the stages of reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study reveal that the Akidah Akhlak teacher’s classroom management skills at MTs PAB 4 Patumbak were carried out through well-prepared lesson planning, the use of various methods (short lectures, discussions, role play, and questioning), and the utilization of visual and audiovisual media. The implementation of these skills proved effective in reducing student passivity, as indicated by increased engagement, greater willingness to ask questions, and active participation in discussions and simulations. The main supporting factors included the principal’s supervision, adequate learning facilities, teacher motivation to innovate, and students’ positive responses to the applied methods and media. In conclusion, the classroom management skills of Akidah Akhlak teachers play a crucial role in overcoming passive students and improving the overall quality of learning. Institutional support and sufficient learning facilities are significant factors that strengthen the effectiveness of these skills.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of investment policy and financing policy on firm value at PT PP (Persero) during the 2015–2024 period. Firm value is proxied by Price to Book Value (PBV), investment policy is measured by asset growth, and financing policy is measured by the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). This research employs a quantitative method using secondary data obtained from the annual financial statements of PT PP (Persero). The data analysis techniques include multiple linear regression analysis accompanied by classical assumption tests, partial tests (t-test), simultaneous tests (F-test), and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results show that, partially, investment policy has a positive and significant effect on firm value, as indicated by a t-value of 3.636 which is greater than the t-table value of 2.365 with a significance level of 0.008 < 0.05. Financing policy also has a positive and significant effect on firm value, with a t-value of 2.537 which is greater than the t-table value of 2.365 and a significance level of 0.039 < 0.05. Simultaneously, investment policy and financing policy have a significant effect on firm value, as indicated by an F-value of 6.933 which is greater than the F-table value of 4.737 with a significance level of 0.022 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.665 indicates that 66.5% of the variation in firm value can be explained by investment policy and financing policy, while the remaining 33.5% is influenced by other variables outside the research model.

Abstract

Early childhood is a crucial period, often referred to as the "golden age," where children possess a remarkable ability to absorb values and behaviors from their environment. This community service aims to instill moral and religious values in students at RA Faturrahman through the "Storytelling while Playing" method. The background of this activity is the challenge of teaching abstract religious concepts to active children who often find one-way verbal instruction boring. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, utilizing the data analysis model by Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña, which includes data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of this program demonstrate that integrating storytelling with interactive play significantly increases students' focus, enthusiasm, and understanding of moral messages. Through storytelling, children are introduced to positive role models, while the play sessions allow them to directly practice values such as honesty, empathy, and gratitude in a fun, pressure-free environment. The evaluation shows a positive shift in student behavior, where they become more active in social interaction and better at expressing moral values through simple actions. In conclusion, the storytelling while playing method is an effective and inspiring alternative for educators to build a strong character foundation and noble morals in children from an early age.

Abstract

Implementasi usaha jasa akademi renang di Kota Palembang menjadi relevan seiring meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya keterampilan berenang sebagai aspek kesehatan, keselamatan diri, dan pembinaan prestasi olahraga sejak usia dini. Namun, masih terdapat keterbatasan layanan pelatihan renang yang terstruktur, profesional, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi usaha jasa Oceana Swim Academy (OSA) sebagai akademi renang non-formal yang menyediakan program pelatihan renang berjenjang bagi berbagai kelompok usia di Kota Palembang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan dukungan data kuantitatif melalui survei minat masyarakat, observasi lapangan, dokumentasi kegiatan usaha, serta analisis kinerja bisnis selama periode Juli 2025 hingga Januari 2026. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa OSA memiliki tingkat penerimaan pasar yang tinggi, ditunjukkan oleh minat masyarakat sebesar 80% terhadap kursus renang dan 78% responden bersedia mendaftar program pelatihan. Implementasi strategi pemasaran, kualitas pelatih bersertifikat, variasi program kelas, serta pengelolaan operasional yang efisien berkontribusi terhadap pertumbuhan jumlah peserta, peningkatan pendapatan, dan laba usaha yang positif. Selain itu, OSA berperan dalam meningkatkan literasi olahraga renang, membentuk karakter peserta, serta membuka peluang lapangan kerja. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa Oceana Swim Academy layak dan berkelanjutan sebagai model usaha jasa akademi renang yang profesional, adaptif, dan berorientasi pada kebutuhan masyarakat di Kota Palembang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis aspek hukum dagang dalam kemitraan usaha start-up kreatif di Kota Bandung dengan fokus pada kepastian hukum, pengaturan kontrak bisnis, serta perlindungan kekayaan intelektual dalam ekosistem ekonomi kreatif digital. Pertumbuhan pesat start-up kreatif mendorong terbentuknya berbagai kemitraan antara pelaku usaha, investor, komunitas kreatif, platform digital, dan pemerintah daerah. Namun, perkembangan model bisnis digital sering kali melampaui kerangka hukum dagang konvensional sehingga menimbulkan tantangan dalam aspek legalitas dan perlindungan hukum. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis empiris dengan mengombinasikan analisis normatif terhadap regulasi hukum dagang dan data empiris yang diperoleh melalui wawancara, studi dokumentasi, serta studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar pelaku start-up telah menyadari pentingnya legalitas usaha dan kontrak tertulis, namun kualitas pengaturan kontrak, perlindungan kekayaan intelektual, serta literasi hukum bisnis masih bervariasi. Penelitian ini menegaskan perlunya regulasi hukum dagang yang lebih adaptif, peningkatan literasi hukum bagi pelaku usaha kreatif, serta penguatan perlindungan kekayaan intelektual guna mendukung keberlanjutan kemitraan usaha start-up kreatif

Abstract

Praktikum pengamatan mitosis pada ujung akar bawang merah (Allium cepa) merupakan kegiatan penting dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA), khususnya pada materi pembelahan sel. Namun, penggunaan pewarna sintetis seperti safranin dan asetokarmin memiliki keterbatasan dari sisi keamanan, biaya, serta dampak lingkungan. Artikel ini bertujuan mengkaji pemanfaatan pewarna alami sebagai alternatif dalam praktikum identifikasi mitosis akar bawang merah serta perannya sebagai media pembelajaran IPA yang kontekstual dan ramah lingkungan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kajian eksperimen sederhana berbasis praktikum laboratorium pendidikan dengan membandingkan hasil pewarnaan alami dan sintetis. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pewarna alami mampu menampilkan fase-fase mitosis secara cukup jelas dan mendukung pembelajaran bermakna. Pemanfaatan pewarna alami juga meningkatkan kesadaran peserta didik terhadap konsep sains berkelanjutan. Dengan demikian, pewarna alami berpotensi menjadi media pembelajaran IPA yang efektif, ekonomis, dan berbasis green laboratory.

Abstract

Remaja merupakan kelompok usia transisi menuju dewasa yang rentan terhadap perilaku seksual berisiko apabila tidak memiliki pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi yang memadai. Kurangnya pemahaman mengenai anatomi reproduksi, kontrasepsi, dan Infeksi Menular Seksual (IMS) dapat memengaruhi perilaku seksual remaja. SMA Negeri 2 Kefamenanu menjadi lokasi penelitian untuk menilai hubungan antara pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi dan perilaku seksual remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi dengan perilaku seksual remaja pada siswa- siswi kelas XII SMA Negeri 2 Kefamenanu. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain analitik dengan pendekatan cross- sectional. Sampel terdiri dari 257 siswa-siswi kelas XII yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur dan dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji Chi-Square dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,05. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden memiliki pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi tinggi (89,9%). Sebanyak 84,4% responden memiliki perilaku seksual tidak berisiko. Hasil uji Chi-Square menunjukkan nilai p < 0,001, yang berarti terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi dengan perilaku seksual remaja. penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi dengan perilaku seksual remaja. Semakin tinggi pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi, semakin rendah kecenderungan remaja melakukan perilaku seksual berisiko. Oleh karena itu, edukasi kesehatan reproduksi perlu ditingkatkan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to explore students’ perspectives on the role of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in supporting academic and social activities in higher education. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed using content analysis of academic sources, including journal articles, scholarly books, conference proceedings, and research reports obtained from reputable databases. The findings indicate that students generally perceive ICT positively, particularly in enhancing learning flexibility, access to information, academic collaboration, and learning motivation. Nevertheless, several challenges were identified, including disparities in digital literacy, limited technological infrastructure, digital distraction, and concerns related to students’ well-being and learning balance. In addition, ICT use among students extends beyond academic purposes, functioning as a medium for social interaction and entertainment that may influence learning productivity. These findings suggest the need for inclusive and strategic ICT implementation that emphasizes digital literacy development, pedagogical effectiveness, and student-centered approaches. By incorporating students’ perspectives as primary ICT users, higher education institutions can foster more equitable, effective, and sustainable digital learning environments.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among Influencer Credibility, Attitude Toward Influencers, and Impulse Buying within the context of live streaming commerce. As live streaming increasingly becomes an important digital marketing channel, understanding the psychological mechanisms that drive consumers’ spontaneous purchasing behavior is essential. This study specifically focuses on the role of influencer credibility in shaping consumer attitudes and triggering impulse buying decisions during live streaming interactions. This research employed a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. Data were collected from individuals who had previously made purchases through live streaming commerce using an online questionnaire distributed via Google Forms. A purposive sampling technique was applied, resulting in 108 valid responses. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares. Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 3.2. Measurement validity and reliability were assessed through outer model analysis, while hypothesis testing and mediation analysis were conducted using inner model evaluation. The results indicate that Influencer Credibility has a positive and significant effect on Attitude Toward Influencers and Impulse Buying. Furthermore, Attitude Toward Influencers is found to have a significant direct effect on Impulse Buying. These findings confirm that influencer credibility not only directly stimulates impulse buying behavior but also indirectly influences it through the formation of positive consumer attitudes toward influencers. In conclusion, this study demonstrates that influencer credibility and consumer attitudes play critical roles in driving impulse buying in live streaming commerce. The findings contribute to the literature on digital marketing and consumer behavior by highlighting the importance of credible influencer communication. Practically, the results suggest that businesses and influencers should prioritize credibility-building strategies to enhance the effectiveness of live streaming marketing activities.

Abstract

Complementary therapies (CTs) are increasingly used by nurses in wound care, especially in rural settings where cultural practices and limited resources shape clinical decisions. In Indonesia, traditional remedies such as herbal salves and natural compresses are frequently integrated into daily care, yet the lived experiences of nurses delivering such care remain underexplored. Guided by Jean Watson’s Theory of Human Caring, this study aimed to explore how nurses in Tanjung Anom Village, Deli Serdang, experience and perceive their role in providing wound care using complementary therapy. A qualitative, interpretive phenomenological approach was used. Seven registered nurses working in community and primary healthcare settings in Tanjung Anom were purposively selected. In-depth, semi-structured interviews were conducted face-to-face between November and December 2025. Data were analyzed thematically using Braun and Clarke’s six-step framework with the assistance of NVivo 12. Member checking, audit trails, and peer debriefing ensured trustworthiness. Four central themes emerged: (1) Healing Rooted in Culture—nurses embraced traditional therapies as culturally sensitive care; (2) Bridging Two Worlds—nurses navigated between professional training and indigenous knowledge; (3) Care Beyond Wounds—therapies were seen as relational and holistic interactions; and (4) Ethical Tightrope—nurses expressed concerns about safety, legality, and lack of formal protocols. These themes revealed a conceptual model in which nurses act as cultural mediators, integrating complementary care while preserving patient trust and professional ethics. Nurses in rural Indonesia integrate complementary therapies into wound care not merely for efficacy, but as an expression of holistic, culturally responsive nursing. This study highlights the importance of acknowledging and supporting these practices through education, policy development, and ethical frameworks, especially in underserved areas. Complementary wound care should be recognized as a legitimate, relational, and contextually grounded dimension of professional nursing.
