Abstract

Language has a fundamental role in human life, not only as a means of communication, but also as a reflection of a person's character, attitude, and noble conduct. Good, polite, and positive speech can strengthen social relationships, increase motivation, and maintain harmony in daily interactions. One concrete form of positive speech is praise. Sincere praise for one's appearance, work, or achievements can increase self-confidence, motivation, and enthusiasm to continue developing. This article is prepared through a literature review by examining various sources, including books, national and international journals, and lecture materials related to noble conduct. The discussion focuses on the importance of positive speech in giving praise for performance, work, and achievement, with reference to theories of psychology, communication, and character education. Theories used include Maslow, Herzberg, DeVito, Lickona, Fredrickson, Seligman, Deci & Ryan, as well as contemporary research on positive emotions and appreciation. The results show that praise plays an important role in creating a healthy academic and professional atmosphere, strengthening social bonds, and supporting the formation of a positive organisational culture. However, praise must be given proportionally and sincerely so as not to create a manipulative or excessive impression. Thus, getting into the habit of saying kind words, being kind, and being sincere can help to build a positive organisational culture. However, praise must be given proportionally and sincerely so as not to create a manipulative or excessive impression. Thus, getting used to saying kind, polite, and positive words is a real form of noble conduct that is relevant in personal, academic, and work life.

Abstract

Stunting prevention socialization is one of the important efforts to improve the nutritional quality of pregnant women and toddlers. This study aims to determine the village government’s strategy, the role of Posyandu cadres, the support of midwives, and the participation of parents in the zero stunting program in Kuta Parit Village. The method used was qualitative interviews with key informants including the village head, village officials, Posyandu cadres, village midwives, sub-district health workers, and parents of toddlers, as well as field observations during the socialization activities. The results showed that the main strategy of the village was the provision of supplementary food (PMT) and nutrition education for pregnant women and toddlers, supported by village fund allocation and regular coordination with the community health center (puskesmas). Posyandu cadres played a role in routine monitoring and nutrition education, while midwives provided nutrition consultations and regular pregnancy check-ups. Parents of toddlers acknowledged the benefits of PMT, cadre guidance, and student community service (KKN) socialization in increasing their knowledge about balanced nutrition and stunting prevention. Based on these findings, the stunting prevention program in the village can be strengthened through enhanced socialization, cadre training, and cross-sectoral coordination.

Abstract

Globalization has significantly transformed economic, political, legal, social, and cultural dimensions worldwide, including Indonesia as a developing country. The rapid development of information and communication technology has accelerated integration into global markets and posed both opportunities and challenges for national legal systems. This article analyzes the impact of economic globalization on corporate law reform in Indonesia using a normative legal research method with a literature review approach. The discussion highlights that globalization compels legal reform through institutional, instrumental, and cultural changes, particularly in corporate governance, investment, and intellectual property protection. Findings indicate that Indonesian corporate law must adapt to global standards while maintaining national identity and constitutional values based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution. Strengthening legal harmonization, ensuring legal certainty, and fostering responsive law are essential to optimize the benefits of globalization while safeguarding national economic interests.

Abstract

The issue of waste is a major problem faced by the community in Tanjung Pinggir Village, Siantar Martoba District. The existence of a waste bank in the village has not been able to fully address environmental problems caused by the accumulation of plastic waste and household waste in the form of used cooking oil. This Community Service Program (KKN) was carried out with the aim of raising public awareness of the importance of protecting the environment through an ecotheology approach. The implementation methods included processing used cooking oil into aromatherapy candles for teenage girls and mothers, and processing plastic waste into paving blocks for teenage boys and fathers. The results of the activities showed that the community was receptive and actively involved in processing waste into useful products. Aromatherapy candles and paving blocks are not only a solution for waste reduction, but also have the potential to be developed into micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) for the local community. The ecotheology approach, through the understanding that humans are caliphs on earth who are obliged to preserve it, is able to provide a religious dimension to pro-environmental activities. Thus, this activity contributes to community empowerment while supporting sustainable development.

Abstract

This research aims to address economic globalization based on Pancasila. This type of research is juridical research, drawn from a literature review. The results of this study conclude that Indonesia's most appropriate stance in facing economic globalization is to adhere firmly to the Pancasila ideology and the 1945 Constitution (especially the original text and the spirit of the economic articles therein) as the main guideline in all fields. Economic globalization is like a strong current that brings both opportunities and threats; to filter this current, Pancasila must be used as a filter and foundation in the formulation of every policy. Actively fighting for a just global economic order. A national stance does not mean isolation; Indonesia must instead participate in international forums to encourage reform of more balanced global rules. Thus, the ideals of Indonesian independence to contribute to creating world peace and social justice (the Preamble to the 1945 Constitution) can be realized. This stance is evident, for example, in Indonesia's support for WTO reform to take into account the interests of developing countries, and the G20 initiative for a fair global digital tax. Indonesia can be the moral voice of Pancasila in the midst of the global economic arena.

Abstract

Remote work introduces complex challenges for employees and HRD, especially in communities driven by voluntary participation and superficial interest. Unlike other formal organizations, which have clear, measurable, and definite objectives, communities depend heavily on individual motivation, which is prone to fluctuation. Miscommunication, fluctuations in participation, and digital fatigue threaten individual productivity, requiring proactive HRD responses. This study explores the challenges of managing remote human resources in communities and how HRD responds to maintain engagement and performance. Conducted on Novo Club Batch 2, the study uses a qualitative case study approach. Data were gathered through observation, in-depth interviews with eight informants, and document analysis. The results show that Novo faces structural, participatory, and communication challenges with HRD responses ranging from reactive to adaptive. Viewed through Buhman’s communication strategy cycle, these insights underscore the importance of continuous adaptation in community-based HR management. Additionally, the principles of Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the 7C of communication serve as supporting lenses to understand how HRD responses can be aligned and delivered effectively. This study sheds light on HRD responses in this context and calls for further investigation into adaptive strategies that can strengthen remote management practices.

Abstract

Woolwich massage is a stimulation for breastfeeding mothers that provides a sense of relaxation and comfort, thereby increasing prolactin hormones and breast milk production, which is the main source of nutrition for babies. Exclusive breastfeeding for the first six months, followed by complementary foods until the age of two, plays an important role in the growth of babies, including weight gain. This study aims to determine the relationship between postpartum mothers' knowledge of Woolwich massage and infant weight gain at the Alisah Clinic in 2025. The study design uses an analytical approach with total sampling techniques, involving the entire population of 30 postpartum mothers who underwent Woolwich massage. The results show that the majority of mothers had poor knowledge (14 people, 46.7%), while a minority had good knowledge. The majority of infants did not experience weight gain, namely 23 infants (76.7%), while 7 infants (23.3%) experienced weight gain. Statistical testing at a 95% confidence level yielded a p-value of 0.00 < 0.01, indicating a significant relationship between postpartum mothers' knowledge of Woolwich massage and infant weight gain. The conclusion of this study confirms that postpartum mothers' knowledge influences the success of Woolwich massage in supporting infant growth. It is recommended that postpartum mothers routinely perform Woolwich massage to increase breast milk production, thereby stimulating growth and becoming an important factor in infant weight gain.

Abstract

Plagiarism in higher education institutions represents a serious challenge that can undermine academic integrity and diminish the quality of graduates. This study aims to examine the implementation of honesty values within anti-corruption education as a preventive measure against plagiarism among students at Universitas PGRI Delta Sidoarjo. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that the internalization of honesty values in academic activities, through an anti-corruption education curriculum, significantly contributes to the development of students’ moral awareness. Learning processes that emphasize integrity, responsibility, and critical attitudes toward manipulative actions foster autonomous anti-plagiarism behavior. Therefore, anti-corruption education integrated with the value of honesty not only shapes ethically grounded students but also serves as a vital instrument in creating an academic culture that is clean and accountable.
