Abstract

Pendahuluan: Kinerja pegawai berperan penting dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas sebagai fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan tingkat pertama. Keluhan pasien yang berkaitan dengan ketepatan waktu pelayanan, profesionalisme, dan kecepatan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan merupakan indikator yang memengaruhi tingkat kepuasan pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kinerja pegawai dengan kepuasan pasien di Puskesmas Manisa, Sidenreng Rappang. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel terdiri dari 98 responden yang dipilih menggunakan metode Cross Sectional Study. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, kuesioner, dokumentasi, dan studi kepustakaan, dengan analisis menggunakan uji chi-square melalui SPSS versi 21. Hasil: Hubungan antara kinerja pegawai dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien di Puskesmas Manisa Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0.000, karena nilai ini lebih kecil dari 0.05 (p < 0.05). Kesimpulan: Di Puskesmas Manisa Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang, sebagian besar pasien menilai kinerja petugas baik dan merasa puas terhadap pelayanan yang diterima.   Introduction: Employee performance plays a crucial role in improving the quality of healthcare services at Community Health Centers (Puskesmas), a primary healthcare facility. Patient complaints related to timeliness of service, professionalism, and speed in addressing needs are indicators that influence patient satisfaction levels. This study aims to determine the relationship between employee performance and patient satisfaction at Manisa Community Health Center, Sidenreng Rappang. Method: This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The sample consists of 98 respondents selected using the Cross Sectional Study method. Data collection techniques include observation, questionnaire, documentation and Library study with analysis using chi square test through SPSS version 21. Results: The relationship between employee performance and patient satisfaction levels at Manisa Community Health Center, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, showed a significance value of 0.000, as this value is less than 0.05 (p < 0.05). Conclusion: Manisa Community Health Center, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The majority of patients rated the staff's performance as good and were satisfied with the service they received.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong fasilitas kesehatan seperti Puskesmas untuk mengadopsi sistem pendaftaran online guna meningkatkan efisiensi layanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keberhasilan sistem terhadap implementasi pendaftaran online pasien rawat jalan di Puskesmas Manisa, Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional, melibatkan 87 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik simple random sampling dari total 687 pengguna layanan. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner yang disusun berdasarkan model DeLone dan McLean untuk variabel keberhasilan sistem (kualitas sistem, informasi, dan layanan), serta model Patrick L. Seddon untuk variabel implementasi (penggunaan sistem, kepuasan pengguna, dan efektivitas operasional). Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji regresi linear sederhana. Hasil: penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan sistem berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap implementasi pendaftaran online dengan nilai signifikansi p = 0.000 (< 0.05) dan nilai t hitung (9.614) lebih besar dari t tabel (1.988). Sebagian besar responden menilai kualitas sistem dan informasi tergolong baik, namun kualitas layanan masih perlu ditingkatkan. Simpulan: dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan sistem memegang peran penting dalam mendorong implementasi sistem pendaftaran online, sehingga perbaikan pada kualitas layanan dan edukasi digital bagi masyarakat perlu diutamakan untuk mendukung penggunaan sistem secara optimal.   Introduction: The development of information technology has encouraged health facilities such as health centers to adopt an online registration system to improve service efficiency. This study aims to analyze the influence of the success of the system on the implementation of online registration of outpatients at the Manisa Health Center, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. Methods: This study used a quantitative method with a cross-sectional design, involving 87 respondents who were selected through a simple random sampling technique from a total of 687 service users. The data collection instrument was in the form of a questionnaire compiled based on the DeLone and McLean models for system success variables (system quality, information, and services), and Patrick L. Seddon's model for implementation variables (system usage, user satisfaction, and operational effectiveness). Data analysis was carried out by simple linear regression test. Results: The study showed that the success of the system had a positive and significant effect on the implementation of online registration with a significance value of p = 0.000 (< 0.05) and a calculated t value (9,614) greater than the t table (1,988). Most respondents assessed that the quality of the system and information was relatively good, but the quality of service still needed to be improved. Conclusion: This study shows that the success of the system plays an important role in encouraging the implementation of the online registration system, so improvements in the quality of services and digital education for the community need to be prioritized to support the optimal use of the system.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Kelelahan mata adalah respon visual akibat penggunaan mata secara intensif dan berkelanjutan, yang tidak hanya dialami pekerja formal pengguna komputer, tetapi juga pekerja informal seperti penjahit. Pekerjaan menjahit yang menuntut fokus visual jarak dekat secara terus-menerus menjadi dasar dilakukannya penelitian ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kelelahan mata pada penjahit di Pasar Inpres Kwala Bekala Kota Medan tahun 2025. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan studi kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional . Populasi dan sampel terdiri dari seluruh penjahit di lokasi penelitian yang berjumlah 35 orang yang dipilih dengan teknik sampling total . Data kelelahan mata diukur dengan kuesioner ASQ-17. Pengumpulan data usia, riwayat refraksi mata, dan lama kerja dilakukan melalui wawancara, sedangkan jarak melihat objek diukur menggunakan meteran dan pengukuran diukur menggunakan Multifunction environment meter krisbow 4 in 1 KW06-291 . Analisis data menggunakan uji Fisher Exact . Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 26 penjahit (74,3%) mengalami kelelahan mata, dengan pusing atau sakit kepala menjadi gejala yang paling banyak dirasakan. Uji statistik menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara riwayat refraksi mata ( p-value = 0,050), jarak melihat objek ( p-value = 0,015), lama kerja ( p-value = 0,030), dan tingkat pencahayaan ( p-value = 0,001) dengan kelelahan mata. Simpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara riwayat refraksi mata, jarak melihat objek, lama kerja, dan tingkat pencahayaan dengan kelelahan mata pada pekerja penjahit di Pasar Inpres Kwala Bekala Kota Medan tahun 2025. Penjahit disarankan agar menggunakan kacamata yang sesuai dengan refraksi mata saat bekerja, mengatur jarak dalam bekerja, melakukan relaksasi mata, mengatur tata letak meja kerja menjahit, dan dapat menambah kembali sumber pencahayaan pada kios kerja untuk mengurangi terjadinya kelelahan mata.   Introduction: Eye fatigue is a visual response due to intensive and continuous eye use, which is not only experienced by formal computer users but also informal workers such as tailors. Sewing work that requires continuous close visual focus is the basis for this study. This study aims to determine the factors related to eye fatigue in tailors at the Kwala Bekala Inpres Market, Medan City in 2025. Methods: This study is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional approach. The population and sample consisted of all 35 tailors at the study location who were selected using a total sampling technique. Eye fatigue data were measured using the ASQ-17 questionnaire. Data collection of age, history of eye refraction, and length of work was carried out through interviews, while the distance to see objects was measured using a tape measure and lighting was measured using a Multifunction environment meter Krisbow 4 in 1 KW06-291. Data analysis used the Fisher exact test. Results: The results showed that 26 tailors (74.3%) experienced eye fatigue, with dizziness or headaches being the most common symptoms. Statistical tests showed a relationship between the history of eye refraction (p = 0,050), viewing distance of objects (p = 0,015), length of work (p = 0,030), and lighting level (p = 0,001) with eye fatigue. Conclusion: There is a relationship between the history of eye refraction, viewing distance of objects, length of work, and lighting level with eye fatigue in tailor workers at the Kwala Bekala Inpres Market, Medan City in 2025. Tailors are advised to use glasses that suit their eye refraction when working, adjust the working distance, do eye relaxation, adjust the layout of the sewing work table, and can add lighting sources to the work stall to reduce the risk of eye fatigue.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Pasien HIV positif memerlukan kepatuhan terhadap terapi Antiretroviral (ARV) untuk mengendalikan penyakit yang dideritanya. Namun, di Kota Ternate, kepatuhan terhadap ARV masih rendah karena kekhawatiran terhadap efek samping, stigma, depresi, dan keterbatasan akses pelayanan kesehatan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menganalisis hubungan antara self-efficacy, perencanaan tindakan (action planning), dan perencanaan coping (coping planning) dengan kepatuhan ARV pada pasien HIV positif di Kota Ternate, Maluku Utara. Metode: Penelitian observasional dengan desain potong lintang (cross-sectional) ini menggunakan teknik stratified random sampling pada pasien HIV positif di lima pusat layanan, dengan analisis data menggunakan uji Spearman. Hasil: Sebagian besar responden berusia 19–49 tahun (94,9%), berjenis kelamin laki-laki (69,1%), berpendidikan SMA (57,3%), bekerja sebagai wiraswasta (24,2%), dan memiliki pendapatan di bawah Rp1.000.000 per bulan (33,1%). Selain itu, self-efficacy (p=0.000; r=0.404), perencanaan tindakan (p=0.000; r=0.399), dan perencanaan coping (p=0.000; r=0.265) memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kepatuhan ARV. Kesimpulan: Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa self-efficacy, perencanaan tindakan, dan perencanaan coping berperan dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan ARV pada pasien HIV positif.   Introduction: HIV-positive patients require adherence to Antiretroviral therapy (ART) to control their disease. However, in Ternate City, ARV adherence remains low due to side effect fears, stigma, depression, and limited health service access. Therefore, this study analyzes the correlation between self-efficacy, action planning, and coping planning with ARV adherence in HIV-positive patients in Ternate City, North Maluku. Method: An observational, cross-sectional study used stratified random sampling of HIV-positive patients at five service centers, with data analyzed using the Spearman test. Results: Most respondents were aged 19-49 (94.9%), male (69.1%), held a high school education (57.3%), were self-employed (24.2%), and earned under 1 million rupiah per month (33.1%). Furthermore, self-efficacy (p=0.000; r=0.404), action planning (p=0.000; r=0.399), and coping planning (p=0.000; r=0.265) were significantly associated with ARV adherence. Conclusion: These findings suggest that self-efficacy, action planning, and coping planning benefit ARV adherence in HIV-positive patients.
