Abstract

The increasing trend of technological innovation in learning media, in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era makes it easier for students to access knowledge. Historical knowledge is vulnerable to becoming a pseudo-history which is usually narrated in connection with a historical heritage site. Students who do not have the ability to filter knowledge and are limited by direct access to the site will be vulnerable to being exposed to pseudo-history. This research aims to produce learning media that is suitable for use in the classroom. Media in the form of a virtual tour was chosen to facilitate access and improve metacognitive abilities as a filter for students. The research carried out was research and development (R&D) research with a 4-D approach, which was limited to the development stage due to time constraints. Data analysis based on the results of the media feasibility test assessment scores by curriculum expert validators and media expert validators. From a scale of 5, each score of 4.73 was obtained by curriculum experts. while a score of 4.82 was obtained by media experts. The research results show that virtual tour media is very suitable to be used as one of choice of learning media.

Abstract

This study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding the importance of the role of Internal Audit in the quality of financial statements reviewed from the Literature Study using 53 Sinta 2 journals and Scopus 4 indexed journals with a total of 57 journals. Here, we classify articles based on topics and this research uses the literature review method of the Sinta 2 journal and some from Scopus. The researcher reviewed research related to internal audits in Indonesia in Sinta and Scopus indexed journals., then a mapping approach (Charting the field) was carried out using a prism approach, matrix tables and previous research that strengthened this research. The results of the study found that the quality of financial statements was the most researched.  In addition, there is a research gap regarding the role of internal audit on the quality of financial statements as a proxy for Organizational Culture and Masculinity. It is evident that the results of previous studies are still inconsistent. Therefore, the researcher provides novelties that need to be reviewed regarding how Organizational Culture and Gender affect the quality of Financial Statements.

Abstract

The problem of student discipline is an important thing that must be considered. It is known that in the learning process there are various discipline problems committed by students such as skipping school, arriving late, disobeying school rules and regulations, not doing the assigned tasks, not focusing on learning, etc. often occur. If these various problems are left unchecked, they will interfere with the student learning process and have an impact on their learning achievement. This study aims to determine the problems of student discipline in grade V of SD Negeri 2 Ngampel during the learning process and its impact on learning achievement, as well as the efforts given by teachers in instilling the value of discipline towards students. This research was aimed at teachers and grade V students at SD Negeri 2 Ngampel. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques obtained from interviews, observations, questionnaires and documentation. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the discipline of grade V students at SD Negeri 2 Ngampel during learning is quite good. However, it needs to be improved again when viewed from several existing discipline problems. A teacher plays an important role in striving to instill the value of discipline to students so that the learning process can run effectively

Abstract

Economic growth in Central Java Province is influenced by various regional economic factors, such as the Regency/City Minimum Wage (UMK), labour force, Regional Original Revenue (PAD), and investment, which play an important role in increasing Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP). However, economic disparities between regions in the province require in-depth analysis to understand how these factors interact with each other and affect GRDP, as well as to formulate more equitable and sustainable development policies. This study aims to analyze the influence of the variables of Regency/City Minimum Wage (UMK), Total Labor Force (Work), Regional Original Income (PAD), Investment (Foreign Investment and Domestic Capital Investment) on Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) per capita in Central Java Province in 2022 and spatial analysis of these factors in 35 Regency / City in Central Java Province. The analysis is quantitative descriptive using regression analysis techniques and spatial analysis with statistical tests on the GeoDa program. The results show that all four variables, namely MSEs, labour force, PAD, and investment, have a significant influence on GRDP with probability values less than 0.05, indicating that these factors directly contribute to economic growth in Central Java. The pattern of economic concentration found mainly around urban areas, such as Semarang City, suggests an economic spillover effect that drives growth in the surrounding areas. These findings reinforce the important role of investment, PAD management, as well as job creation and MSE adjustment in supporting more equitable and sustainable economic development across the province. This study provides strategic insights for more equitable and sustainable economic development planning in Central Java Province.

Abstract

Masalah hukum mungkin timbul ketika prosedur pengalihan kepemilikan tanah atau rumah berlangsung kadang-kadang tanpa konfirmasi bank. Tanpa persetujuan bank, pengalihan hak tidak memberikan perlindungan hukum kepada pihak-pihak yang tidak termasuk dalam perjanjian bank. Notaris yang mempunyai kuasa untuk membuat akta-akta yang sah diperlukan bagi pihak-pihak yang melakukan pemindahan hak di luar bank. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tanggung jawab notaris dalam pembuatan akta take over rumah dalam menjamin kepastian hukum. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian normatif hukum. Menggunakan pendekatan undang-undang, yang memerlukan melihat undang-undang, peraturan, dan literatur terkait yang ada. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jika akta otentik yang dibuat oleh Notaris menyebabkan kerugian bagi pihak lain, maka Notaris bisa dimintakan pertanggungjawaban sesuai Pasal 85 Undang-Undang tersebut. Sanksi administratif, termasuk teguran lisan, tertulis, pemberhentian sementara, hormat, atau tidak hormat, bisa dikenakan. Penelitian ini penting karena menyoroti peran notaris dalam memastikan kepastian hukum dalam proses pengambilalihan rumah (take over).

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter merupakan dasar bagi suatu bangsa untuk mampu bertahan ditengah perkembangan zaman. Bangsa yang memiliki karakter kuat akan mampu mencapai puncak peradaban dunia. Saat ini banyak anak muda mengalami penurunan karakter akibat pergaulan yang tidak tepat sehingga berakhir di Lembaga pembinaan khusus anak kelas IIA Bandung. Tujuan pembinaan adalah kegiatan untuk meningkatkan kualitas, ketakwaan kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, intelektual, sikap dan perilaku, pelatihan keterampilan, profesional, serta kesehatan jasmani dan rohani. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan berupa data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa anak binaan di LPKA IIA Bandung mengalami banyak tantangan dalam proses pembiasaan karakter religious. Hal ini terjadi karena mereka tidak terbiasa untuk melakukan kegiatan berbasis keagamaan sebelumnya. Dengan meningkatnya karakter religius anak binaan berbasis pesantren, diharapkan akan menjadi lebih produktif dan menjadi warga negara bertanggung jawab terhadap diri sendiri, keluarga dan masyarakat. Dengan demikian, hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam pengembangan program pembinaan karakter di lembaga-lembaga serupa, serta memberikan rekomendasi untuk peningkatan kualitas pembinaan karakter religius di Indonesia.

Abstract

Dalam industri energi, khususnya pada perusahaan seperti PT PLN (Persero), Capital Expenditure (Capex) berperan dalam pengembangan infrastruktur dan peningkatan kapasitas produksi. Memahami dampak prioritisasi Capex terhadap kinerja keuangan dan operasional perusahaan sangat penting untuk mengoptimalkan strategi investasi dan memastikan keberlanjutan finansial serta efisiensi operasional yang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan tentang bagaimana strategi Capex dapat memengaruhi rasio keuangan utama seperti Total Asset Turnover, Return on Investment (ROI), dan Debt to Asset Ratio. Metodologi penelitian ini melibatkan penggunaan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi linear sebagai teknik utama untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel Capex dan rasio keuangan. Metode ini dipilih karena kemampuannya untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengukur hubungan antara variabel independen (Capex) dan variabel dependen (rasio keuangan), serta untuk mengevaluasi dampak prioritisasi Capex terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Data yang digunakan meliputi laporan tahunan dan laporan keuangan PT PLN dari tahun 2019 hingga 2023 yang dianalisis untuk menentukan pengaruh Capex terhadap efisiensi operasional dan struktur keuangan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa prioritisasi Capex secara signifikan meningkatkan efisiensi penggunaan aset, tercermin dalam rasio Total Asset Turnover yang lebih tinggi, sementara dampaknya terhadap ROI tidak signifikan. Selain itu, perubahan dalam Debt to Asset Ratio tidak menunjukkan perubahan yang signifikan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting mengenai efektivitas strategi investasi Capex dan implikasinya terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan, serta menyoroti perlunya perencanaan investasi yang lebih baik untuk mencapai hasil yang optimal dan berkelanjutan dalam konteks perusahaan energi.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis dampak penyuluh dalam proses pendidikan yang bertujuan untuk mengubah kesadaran dan perilaku (pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan) manusia ke arah yang lebih baik sehingga mereka menjadi berdaya dan dapat mencapai kehidupan yang lebih baik dan sejahtera. Teknik pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan data kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Peran penyuluh pertanian dalam menjalankan tugasnya sudah tergolong baik artinya peran penyuluh sudah baik dan bisa memposisikan dirinya sebagai mitra dan fasilitator peternak dengan melakukan peran yang sesuai antara lain sebagai pembimbing, organisator dan konsultan. Penilaian peternak terhadap peran penyuluh sebagai pembimbing dengan skor rata-rata 2,46 dalam kategori baik, penilaian peternak terhadap peran penyuluh sebagai organisator dengan skor rata-rata 2,4 berada dalam kategori baik dan penilaian peternak terhadap peran penyuluh sebagai konsultan dengan skor rata-rata 2,46 berada dalam ketegori baik.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the level of self-efficacy among students at SMPN 9 Blitar. This study uses a self-efficacy measurement scale developed by the researcher. The research sample, consisting of 79 students, was selected through purposive random sampling. The data analysis method used descriptive statistics using SPSS. The scale used in this study is the self-efficacy scale. The results indicated that 75 students were in the high self-efficacy category, while 4 students were in the moderate self-efficacy category. These findings can assist counselors in designing effective guidance and counseling programs to help students at SMPN 9 Blitar achieve their developmental tasks optimally.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of anti-corruption education at Ma'had al-Jami'ah UIN Maliki Malang. This research includes field research, which is included in the type of qualitative research using descriptive methods. Data collection techniques in this research include documentation review, observation, and interviews. The number of samples used in this research was 100. Qualitative data analysis techniques use three-step data analysis technique theory, namely condensing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions or verification. The research results show that the anti-corruption education center at Ma'had al-Jami'ah UIN Maliki Malang implemented the insertion of relevant learning material. Apart from that, ma'had culture is an important instrument for building students' clean character and integrity. Positioning the integrative-inclusive anti-corruption education model based on Qami' al-Thughyan's book material more applicatively as a learning approach.
