These days, pre-sexual conduct stemming from promiscuity has become the norm for youths. Teens are more likely to be infected with HIV/AIDS and other STDs due to their lack of awareness of potential risks associated with sexual activity. The purpose of this study is to determine how health education affects teenagers' perspectives on stopping the spread of HIV/AIDS. This study was carried out at SMAS Riyadlul Jannah using a quasi-experimental one-group pre-post test design with quantitative research. In total, 74 persons were selected utilizing proportionate stratified random sampling and probability sampling procedures, with the study's population consisting of 286 students at SMAS Riyadlul Jannah. The Paired T Test is used to examine the primary data for the study, which was gathered through a questionnaire. The results of the research indicated that teens' excitement for stopping the spread of HIV/AIDS was influenced by health education (Pvalue=0.000). Teenagers' attitudes ranged from 59.51 to 78.24 on average before receiving health education to after receiving it. The goal of health education is to help people maintain and improve their own health by giving them the knowledge, attitudes, and practices they need Key words: HIV/AIDS, Education, Health, Adolescents

Workers in Indonesia of reproductive age have various health problems. Female workers are more vulnerable than male workers, where women will experience menstruation, pregnancy, and menopause, which will make them more vulnerable if exposed to various risk factors in the work environment. Research results (1) say that women who work as full-time workers (35.24%) will be at risk of experiencing reproductive health problems, one of which is menstrual cycle problems. The research aims to determine the descriptive analysis of reproductive quality in working women in the STIKes Respati environment. The type of research is quantitative with descriptive methods, where the population is mothers who work at STIKes Respati. The research showed that weight examination for TB to determine nutritional status through the BMI measurement category showed that 70% had normal nutritional status, as many as 10% of workers were in the underweight category, and 20% were in the obese category. Based on the results of this research, the level of education is in line with a woman's ability to manage her diet well, so it impacts her nutritional status. Based on gynecological history, it is also at an expected average level with no history of gynecological disease in the family, as much as 80%. Meanwhile, the stress level of workers shows that 80% of workers show normal conditions (not stressed), and 20% are in stress conditions starting from mild to moderate stress.

The 2022 Indonesian Nutritional Status Study survey reveals that the prevalence of stunting among children under five was 21.6%. In Central Java province, the rate was 20.8%, while in Brebes Regency, it reached 29.1% (the highest in Central Java). Stunting poses a significant nutritional challenge affecting the growth and development of young children. This issue is linked to factors such as malnutrition in pregnant women, adolescents, and nursing mothers, as well as the presence of infectious diseases in mothers. The well-being of young women is crucial, as they will become the next generation of parents, shaping the nation's future. By 2030, an estimated 68% of Indonesia's economic support will come from individuals of productive age, including current adolescents who will soon become parents. This cross-sectional observational study aimed to assess the effectiveness of assisting adolescents and pregnant women with anemia as an early stunting screening initiative. The data collection involved checking hemoglobin levels in adolescents and pregnant women, assisting those with anemia for 30 days, and then re-evaluating their hemoglobin levels. Univariate frequency distribution analysis indicated increased hemoglobin levels among adolescents and anemic pregnant women. Chi-square analysis resulted in a p-value of 0.04, suggesting that assisting adolescents and pregnant women as an early stunting screening effort effectively addresses anemia.

Breastfeeding is a crucial program with a significant impact on the health and nutrition of toddlers. Additionally, it also offers benefits for mothers. In 2018, the rate of exclusive breastfeeding in Central Java Province was 65.57%, while Karanganyar District stood at 62.3%. Various factors influence exclusive breastfeeding, including interpersonal relationships, mother and baby characteristics, environmental factors, support systems, institutional elements, and socioeconomic and cultural conditions. This study aimed to assess sociodemographic factors' influence on exclusive breastfeeding's success. It employed an analytic, cross-sectional approach and utilized purposive sampling, involving 55 mothers with infants aged 0-6 months who visited the Health Center for child immunization. The research instrument used was a closed questionnaire, and data analysis was conducted using logistic regression analysis with the SPSS version 16.0 program. The findings revealed that three of five sociodemographic variables—parity, education level, and maternal employment status—significantly affected exclusive breastfeeding. Sociodemographic factors influence exclusive breastfeeding success by 52.1%, indicating that 48.9% of other factors beyond the variables studied also play a role. These research results can inform the development of health education programs for pregnant women in their third trimester, focusing on exclusive breastfeeding in preparation for the breastfeeding period.

Stunting is a global health problem affecting 165 million children around the world. The prevalence of stunting in Indonesia reached 21.6% in 2021. Four children were identified as stunted (12.1%), and 29 were normal (87.9%) in PAUD Adelwais in March-April 2023. Moringa leaves are one intervention that can be used to prevent stunting. Moringa oleifera (Moringa plant) is a widely and easily cultivated plant in Indonesia with the potential to be an ergonomic, cheap, and nutritious supplemental food. Many communities have widely used Moringa plants. The research aimed to determine the efficacy of Moringa leaf pudding in preventing child stunting. A quasi-experimental one-group pre-test and post-test approach was used as the research design. A total sample of 33 children were selected as respondents to the survey. The research results show that the consumption of Moringa leaf pudding effectively increases the height and weight of the children significantly, with a p-value of 0.000 ( 0.05). However, there was no statistically significant change in the body mass index with a p-value of 0.310 ( 0.05). There is a decrease in the prevalence of stunting in the PAUD Adelwais children, which decreased to 2 children (6.1%). Conclusion: Pudding with Moringa leaves is an effective intervention for preventing stunting in children.

The physiological process of menstruation, which happens periodically in women, has been impacted by reproductive hormones, specifically progesterone and estrogen. Dysmenorrhea, or pain during menstruation, is one of the issues with teenage reproductive health during that time. The purpose of the research was to identify the variables associated with primary dysmenorrhea. This type of study was quantitative, with an analytic survey method and a cross-sectional approach in which the research data used primary data This study used 72 samples to represent the population of female junior high school students. The chi-square test was the data source. The study's findings a correlation between primary dysmenorrhea and physical activity (p value 0.005), menarche age (p value 0.033), and nutritional status (p value 0.044). The incidence of primary dysmenorrhea among female students at SMP Negeri 2 Mesuji in 2023 was shown to be correlated with physical activity, age at menarche, and dietary status. Adolescents should take responsibility for the key modifiable dysmenorrhea causes, like exercise routines and nutritional status, by learning more and adopting a healthy lifestyle.

Breast milk production is crucial for mothers to provide exclusive breast milk to their babies. Holistic care in midwifery offers an alternative or complementary approach to conventional medical treatment. It aimed to enhance the health of postpartum mothers through education and various health services, recognizing that health issues are not solely physical and can be addressed through non-medical interventions. This study investigated the impact of Hypnolactation and self-talk on breast milk production in postpartum mothers. The research utilized a quasi-experimental design, specifically, a pretest-posttest with a control group. The holistic care model implemented communication science techniques to promote relaxation, deep breathing, positive suggestions, and confidence building in postpartum mothers. The study was conducted in the Meteseh Boja Kendal village area from June to August 2023. The analysis employed paired testing, with a sample of 35 out of 42 postpartum mothers selected through purposive sampling. The results revealed that 100% of mothers who received Hypnolactation achieved sufficient breast milk levels, whereas 66.7% of those who practiced self-talk achieved the same, with 33.3% having inadequate levels. Hypnolactation demonstrated greater efficacy in enhancing breast milk production in the Meteseh Boja Kendal area. Applying hypnolactation and self-talk increased the secretion of endorphins, prolactin, and oxytocin, potentially influencing the mother's breastfeeding ability and the body's capacity to produce breast milk. Future research should consider using action research methods, expanding sample coverage over an extended period, and examining additional factors such as postpartum mothers' dietary intake.

The weight of the newborn is a risk factor for perineal tearing when spontaneously delivered. This is because the perineum is not strong enough to withstand stretching of the baby's head when the baby weighs a considerable amount. According to the data obtained from Talang Public Health Center, in the number of births in January - October 2021, 28% of mothers experienced perineal rupture during vaginal delivery. This study aimed to determine the relationship between newborn weight and the incidence of perineal rupture. A quantitative with a correlational design was used in this research. The data was collected from January to May 2022 in Talang Public Health Center. The sample used in this research was 119 mothers who gave birth. We used secondary data and analyzed it using SPSS with the chi-square statistical test. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that there is no significant relationship between the birth weight of the baby and the incidence of perineal rupture in Talang Health Center with the value of p = 0.650 α = 0.05. This may be due to other factors such as maternal, fetal, birth, and birth assistance factors. Hopefully, this research will provide health workers and the community with knowledge so pregnant women can have regular ANC visits to monitor fetal development.
