Abstract

This study aims to analyze this influence of product innovation, product quality and brand image on marketing performance at PT Wings Food product. The increasing intensity of business competition drives companies to implement affective marketing strategies in order to maintain and improve their performance. This reseach uses a quantitative approach with descriptive and verification methods. The population of this study consists of consumers of PT Wings Food product residing in Villa Mutiara Gading 2 Housing, Bekasi, North Tambun. With a sample size of 136 respondents, determined using the Slovin formula. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linier regression analysis. The result show that both partially and simultaneously, product innovation, product quality and brand imagae significanty influence marketing performance. Therefore, the company should contionue to innovation, maintain product quality and strengthen its brand image in order to remain competitive and echance marketing performance.

Abstract

The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into the cryptocurrency ecosystem has emerged as a transformative phenomenon that promises enhanced efficiency, heightened security, and innovation across digital financial systems, while simultaneously presenting significant ethical and regulatory challenges. This study aims to identify and synthesize recent scholarly findings concerning the application of AI in the realm of cryptocurrency by examining strategic opportunities, inherent risks, and the regulatory complexities that arise from the convergence of these two technologies. Employing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach based on the PRISMA 2020 protocol, this research analyzed 36 academic articles published between 2020 and 2025, sourced from leading databases. The review reveals four core thematic categories: AI-driven market prediction and automated trading, the use of AI in fraud detection systems, identification of ethical risks and algorithmic bias, and the evolving policy responses to AI–crypto integration. This article offers a conceptual contribution by integrating the Technology Acceptance Model, Diffusion of Innovations, and FinTech Governance frameworks to provide a holistic understanding of the adoption and governance dynamics of these technologies. The findings are expected to serve as a strategic reference for policymakers, technology developers, and the academic community in formulating adaptive, ethical, and sustainable digital governance strategies..

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which workload, compensation, and work-life balance influence employee performance and their impact on PT Pitjarus Teknologi. The background of this research is based on the phenomenon of declining employee performance, as indicated by lateness, excessive workload, unsatisfactory compensation, and an imbalance between work and personal life. This research employs a quantitative method with a descriptive and verification approach. The population in this study consists of all employees of PT Pitjarus Teknologi located in Bekasi City. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Data were collected through the distribution of a questionnaire via Google Forms, with a total sample of 60 respondents, and analyzed using SmartPLS 4.0 statistical software. The results of the study show that the workload variable partially has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance; the compensation variable also has a positive but not significant effect; while the work-life balance variable partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that there are other factors that positively and significantly influence employee performance.

Abstract

Providing quality services is one of the main objectives of banking services and efforts to maintain the number of customers. This research was conducted to determine the effect of service quality and customer value on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. This study uses a quantitative method with an explanatory survey approach. The object of the research is the savings of currency savings customers at the bjb bank KCK Banten. The study sample was taken as many as 87 people with accidental sampling technique. Data analysis in this study using the SEM-PLS method. Hypothesis test results show that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, customer value has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer value has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, but customer satisfaction has no effect on customer loyalty. The mediation test results conclude that customer satisfaction is not able to provide mediation on the effect of service quality on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to influence the Influence of Workload on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as an Intervention Variable at PT Data Prima Solusi using a quantitative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 63 employees at PT Data Prima Solusi and analyzed using Smart PLS software to test validity, reliability, and relationships between variables. The analysis shows that workload significantly influences employee job satisfaction, with a coefficient value of 0.575 and a p-value of 0.000 (p <0.05), workload also has a direct significant influence on employee performance, with a coefficient of 0.514 and a p-value of 0.000, however, job satisfaction does not significantly influence employee performance (coefficient 0.138, p-value 0.385) and does not mediate the influence of workload on performance (coefficient 0.079, p-value 0.474). The results of this study suggest that management should routinely evaluate workload distribution, improve communication between superiors and subordinates, and foster a culture of collaboration to create a harmonious environment. These findings are expected to inform recommendations for workload management and improving employee satisfaction and performance within the company

Abstract

Human resources are one of the key factors in determining the operational success of an organization or company. This study aims to determine the influence of work environment and individual characteristics on employee performance. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach with the assistance of SPSS software. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, in which the entire population is used as the sample, consisting of 50 employees. The results of the study show that partially, the work environment has a significant influence on employee performance. Meanwhile, individual characteristics do not have a significant effect on performance. Simultaneously, the work environment and individual characteristics can influence employee performance; however, the most dominant influence comes from the work environment. Therefore, companies need to pay more attention to creating a conducive work environment in order to optimize employee performance.

Abstract

This study discusses the Study of Vocal Techniques in the song "Cemburu" by Dewa 19 interpreted by Musiqmates. The purpose of this study is to find out how MusiqMates interprets Vocal Techniques in the song "Cemburu". The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data were obtained through observation of audio recording analysis, video analysis, as well as interviews and literature studies related to vocal techniques. The results of the study show that Musiqmates' interpretation uses several Vocal Techniques such as Chest Voice, Belting Voice, Vibrato and Voice dynamics that are slightly different from the original version, creating a new nuance. This difference shows the existence of artistic freedom in the interpretation of the song as well as a deep understanding of the character of the song by Musiqmates. This study is expected to be useful for the field of vocal interpretation science in Indonesian popular music, and provide contributions to artists, especially solo singers, band vocalists, vocal coaches, and students or students majoring in music/vocal. can contribute to the study of vocal interpretation in Indonesian popular music.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and examine the influence of company size, liquidity, and dividend policy on firm value. This research employs quantitative methods. The data sources used are secondary data, consisting of annual financial reports of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the years 2019-2023. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, resulting in 120 observational data samples. Data processing in this study used IBM SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 26 software. The results of this study indicate that company size does not significantly influence firm value, liquidity significantly influences firm value, and dividend policy significantly influences firm value.
