Abstract

In 2019, the achievement indicator for the percentage of children aged 0-11 months who received complete basic immunization was 82.9%, (below the National target of 93%), this year's achievement increased compared to the achievement in the past 3 years, this is in line with the 2019 target. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge, perception and support from husbands on interest in carrying out complete basic immunization for babies in the Silat Hilir Health Center working area, West Kalimantan in 2023. Using analytical descriptive with a cross sectional approach. The population used in this research were mothers who had babies in the Silat Hilir Health Center working area, West Kalimantan. The sampling technique involved a total sampling of 87 mothers of babies. The results of the research show that there is a relationship between knowledge (P-value 0.000), perception (P-value 0.000), and husband's support (P-value 0.000) on interest in carrying out complete basic immunization for babies in the Silat Hilir Health Center working area, West Kalimantan in 2023. Conclusion there is a relationship between knowledge, perception and husband's support for interest in carrying out complete basic immunization for babies in the Silat Hilir Health Center working area, West Kalimantan in 2023. Suggestions for mothers of babies to be able to increase their knowledge and understanding of the benefits and importance of providing complete basic immunization to babies, So it is hoped that this increase in knowledge can change bad perceptions into good ones and increase immunization coverage for babies

Abstract

Background: Nipple abrasions are a common complication in the lactation process, especially for primiparous postpartum mothers. This condition is often caused by the first experience of breastfeeding and a lack of knowledge about correct techniques. Objective: This study aimed to analyze the relationship between the knowledge of primiparous postpartum mothers about breastfeeding techniques and the incidence of nipple abrasions at PMB Dian Dwi Anggraeni. Methods: This research used a correlational analytical design with a cross-sectional approach. The sample consisted of 30 primiparous postpartum mothers. The independent variable was knowledge of breastfeeding techniques, and the dependent variable was the incidence of nipple abrasions. The data were analyzed using the Chi-Square statistical test. Results: The results showed that the majority of respondents had poor knowledge (18 respondents or 56%) and most experienced nipple abrasions (18 respondents or 60%). The Chi-Square test yielded a significance value (p-value) of 0.000, which is less than 0.05. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between the knowledge of primiparous postpartum mothers about breastfeeding techniques and the incidence of nipple abrasions at PMB Dian Dwi Anggraeni. This indicates that low knowledge contributes to the high incidence of nipple abrasions

Abstract

This study will look at the leadership style of the village head Sergius Sareng during his tenure so that he was again entrusted by the Wolomotong village community to become village head for three periods from 1995-2000 and 2000-2008 and was re-elected as the third period village head in 2022-2028 with 827 votes, out of a total of 1,250 voters. Leadership style is divided into 3 parts, namely participatory leadership style, delegative leadership style, democratic leadership style and transactional leadership as explained earlier that Mr. Sergius Sareng has served as village head for 3 periods for 19 years Sergius Sareng who served as village head can be categorized as successful in leading and bringing about changes in Wolomotong Village such as the construction of the wodonwair road, The construction of 2 SDNs and the mandatory 1 kk realized 80 percent in the field of public health, namely the construction of the wodon wair polindes and the agricultural sector, namely the expansion of nutmeg and vanilla specialty trading crops, the expansion of electricity networks to remote hamlets and RT, RW which made the trust of the Wolomotong Village community even stronger and voted again in the next election period. In his leadership, Sergius Sareng created a good relationship with the village community in the form of fair treatment of all groups of people without discriminating between members of the organization, social and economic status. Good relations in.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of bribery and gratuity offenses and analyze the form of law enforcement against bribery and gratuities in corruption cases in Indonesia in the future.  The method used is the normative or doctrinal research method. In this study, the implementation of the bribery and gratuity offense (ius constitutum) applied is Article 5 paragraph (2) jo Article 5 paragraph (1) of Law No.31/1999 as amended by Law No.20/2001 concerning the Eradication of Corruption Crimes (PTPK Law) with the occurrence of simultaneous regulations (concursusu idealis), so that law enforcement both Police Investigators, Prosecutors, and KPK must apply article 12 letter a or b. The results of this study show that in several Court Decisions such as Decision Number 10/PID. SUS-TPK/2021/PT DKI jo Decision Number 234 K/Pid.Sus/2009 jo Decision Number 286/Pid-Sus-TPK/2016/PN SBY, one of the articles that is often charged by prosecutors, namely Article 5 paragraph (2) compared to using Article 12 letter a or b, even though there is a basis for criminal ballasty, namely by using positions and joint regulations so that the right article to be used is Article 12 letter a or b

Abstract

Type 2 diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disease characterized by increased blood glucose levels or hyperglycemia caused by insulin resistance. One of the biggest risk factors for type 2 diabetes mellitus is obesity. Excessive fat accumulation in obesity results in an inflammatory process that results in damage to insulin as a regulator of sugar in the blood. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between obesity and type 2 diabetes mellitus in the working area of  Kebun Sikolos Health Center, Padang Panjang City in 2021. This research is an observational analytic study with a case control research design that examines the relationship between obesity and type 2 diabetes mellitus in the working area of Kebun Sikolos Health Center, Padang Panjang City in 2021. The sample of this study was 78 people consisting of 39 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus as the case group and 39 patients who did not suffer from diabetes mellitus as the control group were obtained using a simple random sampling technique. Data collection in this study used medical record data. Data analysis used the Chi-Square test. The results of this test obtained a significance value (p-value) of 0.007 (p <0.05). The p-value is less than 0.05 (0.007 <0.05) so the test decision is H0 is rejected, which means there is a relationship between obesity and type 2 diabetes mellitus in the working area of Kebun Sikolos Health Center, Padang Panjang City in 2021. The conclusion obtained is that there is a relationship between the two variables, namely obesity and type 2 diabetes mellitus. The incidence of obesity is more common in people with type 2 diabetes mellitus compared to those who do not suffer from diabetes mellitus

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality and location on customer interest at Jihan Product Workshop. In the face of an increasingly competitive workshop industry, improving service quality and selecting the right location have become crucial factors in retaining and attracting customers. The research adopts a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. Primary data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 117 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Square (PLS) Method With The Help Of SmartPLS version 4.0. The results of the analysis show that both service quality and location have a positive and significant effect on customer interest. These findings indicate that optimal service and a strategic workshop location can increase customers’ interest in using the service offered by Jihan Product Workshop.

Abstract

The rapid technological advancement in Indonesia, particularly in online motorcycle taxi services, has been remarkable. One online ride-hailing application that has successfully gained popularity is Maxim, offering efficient and convenient transportation services to its users. Consumers are increasingly considering customer reviews and service quality when deciding to use online motorcycle taxi services. This research aims to analyze the extent to which customer reviews and service quality influence the interest in using the Maxim online ride-hailing application, with brand trust acting as a mediator. Using a quantitative method, this study collected data from respondents in the Bekasi region.The findings indicate that customer reviews and service quality have a significant impact on interest in usage, mediated by brand trust. Therefore, service providers need to ensure robust strategies to enhance positive customer reviews and maintain excellent service quality to build strong brand trust, thereby increasing user interest

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee productivity at Mitsutama Technology Cikarang Utara. The research method used is an associative method with a quantitative approach. The type of data used is primary data obtained through interviews and questionnaires, while secondary data is obtained from information that already exists in the company that supports this research and comes from previous research such as books, journals, articles, and the like. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with the census sampling method, namely all members of the population totaling 40 employees are used as research samples. The data analysis technique used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS) which is processed with Smart PLS software. The results of the study indicate that work motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. Thus it can be concluded that work motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, both directly and indirectly.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of climate change and competition level on the performance of GrabBike drivers in Bekasi. The background of this research is based on the fact that GrabBike drivers, as field workers, are highly vulnerable to external factors such as weather conditions and increasing competition among fellow partners. The research method used is quantitative with an associative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 97 respondents selected using non-probability sampling with a quota sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using SPSS version 24, including validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study are: 1) Climate change (X1) has no positive and no significant effect on GrabBike driver performance (Y); 2) Competition (X2) has a positive and significant effect on GrabBike driver performance (Y); 3) Climate change (X1) and competition (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on GrabBike driver performance (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Brand Ambassador and Brand Image on Consumer Satisfaction mediated by Purchase Intention of Azarine products among Generation Z. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling, based on Hair's formula. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 115 respondents. The results show that Brand Ambassador and Brand Image have a significant positive influence on Purchase Intention. Purchase Intention is proven to have a significant positive effect on Consumer Satisfaction. In addition, Brand Ambassador has a significant positive effect on Consumer Satisfaction of Azarine products among Generation Z, while the influence of Brand Image on Consumer Satisfaction is positive but not significant.
