Abstract

This research aims to analyse the influence of the work environment and leadership style on work motivation and organizational commitment as well as analysing the influence of work motivation on organizational commitment at PT. Reliable Success by Jepara. This research design uses descriptive and quantitative analysis methods. The population used in this research is all employees of PT. Reliable Success Karya Jepara as many as 224 people. Based on the established criteria, 142 respondents were used as samples in this study. The results of this research are as follows: 1) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on the work motivation of PT employees. Reliable Success by Jepara. 2) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the work motivation of PT employees. 3) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on the organizational commitment of PT. Handal Sukses Karya Jepara. 4) Leadership style has no significant effect on organizational commitment. 5) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of orientation, competence and entrepreneurial strategy on the performance of Muria coffee MSMEs by mediating competitive advantage in the Muria Kudus Coffee Cluster. This research is descriptive statistics by testing hypotheses. The sample was 150 business actors. The sampling technique used Purposive Sampling. Data collection used in this research was the questionnaire method. Instrument testing uses validity tests, reliability tests and normality tests. Analysis of the data used (SEM) Structual Equation Modeling which is operated through the AMOS program. Based on the results of hypothesis testing in this study, it shows that (1) entrepreneurial orientation has no effect on the performance of MSMEs (2) entrepreneurial competence has an effect on the performance of MSMEs, (3) entrepreneurial strategy has an effect on the performance of MSMEs, (4) orientation has an effect on competitive advantage, ( 5) entrepreneurial competence influences competitive advantage, (6) entrepreneurial strategy influences competitive advantage, (7) MSME performance influences competitive advantage. Competitive advantage is able to mediate entrepreneurial orientation on MSME performance but its influence is weak, competitive advantage is able to mediate entrepreneurial competence on MSME performance but its influence is weak and competitive advantage is able to mediate entrepreneurial strategy on MSME performance but its influence is weak

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of online customer reviews and brand image on purchasing decisions with consumer trust as an intervening variable at VJO Café and Bistro. The population in this study were customers of VJO Café and Bistro Kudus. The sample consisted of 120 respondents. Data analysis uses Structural Equation Modeling. The research results show that online customer reviews have a positive and significant effect on consumer trust, brand image has a positive and significant effect on consumer trust, online customer reviews have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, brand image has a positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions, consumer trust has an effect positive and significant on purchasing decisions. Consumer trust can be a mediating variable in the relationship between online customer reviews and purchasing decisions, and consumer trust can be a mediating variable in the relationship between brand image and purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Etika Kerja, Komitmen Karyawan, Kecerdasan Emosional, dan Konflik Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Indomaju Textindo. Variabel dependen pada penelitian ini adalah Kinerja Karyawan (Y) dan variabel independen adalah Etika Kerja (X1), Komitmen Karyawan (X2), Kecerdasan Emosional (X3), dan Konflik Kerja (X4). Populasi dan sampel penelitian adalah 40 karyawan pada PT. Indomaju Textindo Kota Kudus. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis PLS (Partial Least Square) melalui Software SmartPLS 3.0 dan aplikasi SPSS 27 Dimana secara parsial diolah dengan teknik analisis PLS sedangkan secara simultan diolah dengan aplikasi SPSS 27. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) etika kerja secara parsial berpengaruh poistif terhadap kinerja karyawan; (2) komitmen karyawan secara parsial berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan.; (3) kecerdasan emosional secara parsial berpengaruh poistif terhadap kinerja karyawan; (4) konflik kerja secara parsial berpengaruh poistif terhadap kinerja karyawan; (5) etika kerja, komitmen karyawan, kecerdasa emosional, dan konflik kerja secara simultan berpengaruh poistif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci: Etika Kerja, Komitmen Karyawan, Kecerdasa Emosional, Konflik Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Jenang Kudus Armina is one of the famous jenang production companies in Kudus is a typical food from the Kudus area which is much liked by the wider community. This research aims to identify and analyze the influence of Toxic Leadership, Organizational culture, work stress and workload on employee loyalty at the Jenang Kudus Armina company. The sampling technique uses the Non-Probability Sampling method with Saturation Sampling Technique (Saturated Sample) Questionnaires were distributed via Google form to 48 employees at Jenang Kudus Armina. The data analysis used SPSS. Based on the analysis results obtained, some of the respondents were 33 female or 69,75%, while the remaining 15 were male or 31,25 %  with all respondents domiciled in holy areas. The results of this research show that it has a negative effect on employee loyalty. Jenang Kudus Armina merupakan salah satu perusahaan produksi jenang terkenal di kudus. Sampai saat ini jenang kudus adalah makanan khas daerah kudus yang banyak disukai oleh masyarakat luas.penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasidan menganalisis pengaruh Toxic Leadership, Budaya Organisasi, Stress Kerja dan Beban Kerja terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan perusahaan Jenang Kudus Armina. Kuesioner disebarkan melalui google form kepada 48 karyawan yang ada di Jenang Kudus Armina. Teknik pengambilan sampling menggunakan metode Non-Pobability Sampling dengan Teknik Saturation Sampling (Sampel Jenuh) Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang diperoleh, bahwa Sebagian responden bejenis kelamin Perempuan sejumlah 33orang atau 69,75% sedangkan sisanya berjenis kelamin laki-laki sejumlah 15 orang atau 31,25% dengan semua responden berdomisili Kudus. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa berpengaruh negatif terhadap loyalitas karyawan.

Abstract

Advances in technology have encouraged Indonesians to use the internet, but the utilization of the internet for the business purposes in Semarang MSMEs has only reached 60% of the total MSMEs. Meanwhile, organizations need the internet or social media to adjust to existing the market dynamics. The aim of this study is to analyze the influence of Social Media Use to Work, Total Quality Management, Organizational Culture on Organizational Performance. The population is digital food processing MSMEs with a sample of 100 MSMEs obtained through distributing questionaries using purposive sampling technique. The result indicate that SMUW, TQM, and OC have a positive effect on OP. The managerial implication is MSMEs need to utilize social media effectively by creating interesting content, apply TQM principles by understanding customer needs, and build a positive organizational culture by setting a clear vision and missions to improve organizational performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether celebrity endorsements, brand image and product quality affect consumer trust and consumer trust affect purchasing decisions. The object of this research is the consumers of the Larissa Aesthetic Center Semarang. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 150 respondents with a purposive sampling technique, in which the researcher determined certain criteria to select consumers who would be used as respondents. These criteria make not all consumers of the Semarang Larissa Aesthetic Center able to be respondents in this study. The data analysis method uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a confirmation approach and uses the AMOS program. The results of the analysis in te study are as follows: (1) celebrity support had a negative and significant effect on consumer trust. (2) brand image has a positive but not significant effect on consumer trust (3) product quality has a negative but not significant effect on consumer confidence (4) celebrity endorsement has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (5) brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (6) product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (7) consumer trust has a negative but not significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh shopping lifestyle, fashion involvement, positive emotion, promosi dan diskon terhadap impulse buying. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data digunakan dengan membagikan kuesioner 120 responden pada Mahasiswa Manajemen Angkatan 2019. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling nonprobability sampling dengan jenis Sampling Purposive. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji f, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial shopping lifestyle, positive emotion, dan promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap impulse buying, tetapi fashion involvement dan diskon berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap impulse buying. Sedangkan secara simultan shopping lifestyle, fashion involvement,positive emotion,promosi dan diskon berpengaruh terhadap impulse buying.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of lifestyle, financial literacy, and financial attitude on financial management among students receiving the Indonesia Smart Card scholarship in the Management Economics Study Program at Abulyatama University. The research is motivated by the importance of effective financial management among students facing limited financial resources and increasing lifestyle pressures. The independent variables in this study include lifestyle, financial literacy, and financial attitude, while the dependent variable is financial management. A quantitative approach with a survey method was employed. The research population consisted of 227 students, with a sample of 69 students from the Management Economics Study Program at Abulyatama University. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The research hypotheses propose that lifestyle and financial attitude have a significant positive effect on financial management, while financial literacy has an insignificant effect. The results reveal that lifestyle has a significant positive influence on students’ financial management, financial literacy does not significantly affect financial management, and financial attitude has a significant positive effect on financial management. These findings indicatethat financial behavior and attitudes play a more dominant role in financial management than financial knowledge alone. This study contributes to the literature on personal financial management, particularly in the context of scholarship recipient students. The findings emphasize the importance ofdeveloping positive financial attitudes and controlling lifestyle patterns to enhance students’ financial management.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of income stability and debt policy on dividend policy in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The study uses a quantitative approach, using secondary data from companies' annual financial reports during the observation period. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression, with classical assumption testing for normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity to ensure the validity of the regression model. The results show that income stability has a positive and significant effect on dividend policy, indicating that companies with more stable income tend to have greater ability and confidence in distributing dividends to shareholders. Conversely, debt policy has a negative, significant effect on dividend policy, meaning that the higher the debt level, the lower the tendency for companies to distribute dividends due to increased financial obligations. Simultaneously, income stability and debt policy have a significant effect on dividend policy. The findings of this study have implications for corporate management in formulating optimal dividend policies that take into account income stability and funding structure. In addition, the results of this study can be considered by investors when making investment decisions.
