Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational culture and work environment on employee loyalty with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at RS ‘Aisyiah Kudus. The population in the study was 95 non-medical employee with a total sample of 76 employee with purposive sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis using SmartPLS. The results of this study concluded (1) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at RS ‘Aisyiyah Kudus, (2) Work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at RS ‘Aisyiyah Kudus, (3) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at RS ‘Aisyiyah Kudus, (4) Work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at RS Aisyiyah Kudus, (5) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at RS ‘Aisyiyah Kudus. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Work Environment, Job Satisfaction, Employee Loyalty

Abstract

Kajian ini terdapat tujuan dalam analisis beda abnormal return pada indeks LQ45 dengan melihat perbedaan average abnormal return sebelum serta seusai hari libur Idul Fitri serta libur Tahun Baru periode 2016-2022. Kajian ini ialah jenis penelitian kuantitatif dan memakai pendekatan event study. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan objek penelitian pada saham indeks LQ45 yang termuat pada Bursa Efek Indonesia sekitar periode 2016-2022. Periode pengamatan pada kajian ini sekitar 10 hari, yakni mencakup 5 hari sebelum peristiwa dan 5 hari seusai peristiwa. Dalam menguji hipotesis dipakai paired sample t-test dan paired sample Wilcoxon signed ranks test.Hasil penelitian event libur Idul Fitri memakai uji paired sample Wilcoxon signed ranks test menunjukkan hasil bahwa tidak adanya beda abnormal return pada saham indeks LQ45 yang menunjukkan tidak diketahui adanya beda AAR pada hari libur Idul Fitri periode 2016-2022. Sedangkan uji paired sample t-test pada event libur Tahun Baru menjelaskan hasil bahwa adanya perbedaan abnormal return pada saham indeks LQ45 yang menunjukkan terlihat adanya perbedaan AAR pada hari libur Tahun Baru periode 2016-2022 Berdasarkan penelitian ini, bagi investor diharapkan tidak hanya menjadikan momentum hari libur Idul Fitri serta libur Tahun Baru sebagai patokan untuk berinvestasi, tetapi juga harus mempertimbangkan hal-hal lain diantaranya yaitu kinerja perusahaan dari tahun ke tahun, kondisi makro ekonomi serta politik yang ada di Indonesia maupun di dunia. Pada penelitian selanjutnya, diharapkan untuk menggunakan event hari libur lainnya untuk melihat adanya reaksi pasar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect price earning ratio, debt-to-equity ratio, return on assets,  current ratio on stock retur. The objects chosen in this study were textile and garment companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2022. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The sample selection using purposive sampling which yielded 58 samples. This study uses secondary data. The data analysis method used is Descriptive Statistics, Classical Assumption Test, Hypothesis Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that: (1) price earning ratio does not affect the stock return, (2) debt-to-equity ratio ratio does not affect the stock return, (3) return on assets does positive and significant influence the stock return, (4) current ratio does negative and significant influence the stock return, (5) price earning ratio, debt-to-equity ratio, return on assets, and current ratio simultaneously positive and significant affect the Stock Return.

Abstract

Profit Loss Sharing (PLS) plays a crucial role in determining the potential value of profits in Islamic banking. The PLS profit-sharing system indicates the success or failure in the financing investments undertaken by the banks. To generate profits from the financing investments, it is essential to have a reliable and sustainable risk management. In this study, the risk management variable will be comprehensively examined in relation to its impact on supporting the implementation of PLS systems (mudharabah and musyarakah) on financial performance. The analytical method employed is quantitative analysis with the support of the E-Views application program. The research sample includes 11 Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia, with an observation period from 2017 to 2022. The research analysis results demonstrate that mudharabah financing and musyarakah financing have a positive influence on financial performance. Risk management weakens the influence of mudharabah financing and musyarakah financing on financial performance. In terms of direct influence, risk management exerts the strongest impact compared to mudharabah financing and musyarakah financing. Mudharabah financing has the smallest impact on the value of financial performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan dan strategi saluran distribusi terhadap keberhasilan kewirausahaan dengan keunggulan bersaing sebagai mediasi pada sentra kopi muria kudus. Penelitian ini adalah bersifat deskriptif statistik dengan menuji hipotesis. Sampel sebanyak 110 orang pelaku usaha. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling Pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuesioner. Uji Instrumen menggunakan uji validitas, uji reabilitas, dan uji normalitas. Analisis data yang digunakan (SEM) Structual Equatuion Modeling yang di operasikan melalui program AMOS. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) orientasi kewirausahaan tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap keunggulan bersaing,(2) strategi saluran distribusi berpengaruh langsung terhadap keunggulan bersaing, (3) orientasi kewirausahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan kewirausahaan,(4) strategi saluran distribusi berpengaruh langsung terhadap keberhasilan kewirausahaan, (5) keunggulan bersaing berpengaruh langsung terhadap keberhasilan kewirausahaan. Keunggulan bersaing mampu menjadi mediasi dari pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap keberhasilan kewirausahaan dan keunggulan bersaing mampu menjadi mediasi pengaruh strategi saluran distribusi terhadap keberhasilan kewirausahaan tetapi pengaruhnya lemah.Kata kunci : Orientasi Kewirausahaan, Strategi Saluran Distribusi, Keberhasilan Kewirausahaan, Keunggulan Bersaing

Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to understand and examine the effect of service quality and marketing on customer loyalty at Bank BKK Dawe Branch by considering customer satisfaction as an intervening varable. The method used is through the spread of quesinaries distributed to 100 customers of Bank BKK Dawe Branch. The data obtained were analyzed with SEM using the AMOS 24 analysis tool. The findings of this study confirm the following: (1) Quality of service has a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction, (2) relationship marketing also has a positive and positive effect on customer satisfaction, (3) quality of service contributes positively and significantly to customer loyalty, (4) relationshipsship marketing also had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, and (5) customer satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and work stress on job satisfaction with work spirit as an intervening variable at PT. Duwa Atmimuda Kudus. The population in this study were all employess of PT. Duwa Atmimuda Kudus has 304 employees. The sampling technique in this research used a purposive sampling technique consisting of 173 respondens. The data analysis used is SEM operated though the AMOS 24 program. The results of this study show that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on work morale, work stress has a positive and significant effect on work morale, leadership style has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work stress has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and work spirit has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.Keywords: leadership style, work stress, job satisfaction, work spirit

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of motivation, organizational climate, career development on organizational commitment and job satisfaction as an intervening variable on CV. Maya Antique. The research method used is a quantitative method using primary data. For data collection, 112 employees were processed using SEM-Amos. The results of the research analysis show that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (1) Organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (2) Career development has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (3) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment (4) Organizational climate has no significant effect on organizational commitment (5) Career development has no significant effect on organizational commitment (6) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment (7).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of social media marketing, live music facilities and store atmosphere on purchasing decisions through brand image as an intervening variable. The object of research is a coffee shop in the city of Jepara. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were consumers of coffee shops in Jepara whose number was unknown and the sample for this study was 150 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used non-probability sampling, namely purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using SEM AMOS 24 software. The results of this study were social media marketing had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions and brand image, live music facilities had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions and had a positive and insignificant effect on brand image, store atmosphere had a negative effect and not significant to the purchase decision and has a positive and significant effect on brand image, brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. brand image cannot mediate the influence between social media marketing and live music facilities and purchase decisions, brand image can mediate the influence between store atmosphere and purchase decisions.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh shopping lifestyle, fashion involvement dan hedonic shopping value terhadap impulse buying pada pelanggan Tiktok Shop (studi kasus pada remaja Kudus). Variabel yang digunakan terdiri dari variabel independen yang terdiri dari shopping lifestyle, fashion involvement dan hedonic shopping value serta variabel eksogen impulse buying. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh remaja Kudus. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 168 responden yang dipilih dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan didapatkan hasil shopping lifestyle, fashion involvement dan hedonic shopping value berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap impulse buying serta shopping lifestyle, fashion involvement dan hedonic shopping value berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap impulse buying.
