According to research, the brain of someone who is active (likes to think) will be healthier overall than people who don't or rarely use their brains. Dementia is quite common in the elderly, affecting about 10% of the age group over 65 years and 47% of the age group over 85 years. About 10-20% of dementia cases are reversible or treatable. Decreased ability of the brain and body makes the body easy to fall sick, senile and frustrated. Even so, this decrease can be corrected by doing Memory Training with Mnemonic Techniques. Mnemonic is a special trick that is used as a mental "hook tool" to enter information items into one's mind so that it can improve memory. Based on the problems with the elderly in Waru Hamlet, the solutions offered to partners are: Making the elderly mentally and physically healthy, by creating a pleasant atmosphere for the elderly, Increasing enthusiasm and concentration and memory of the elderly, Adding insight by training Memory Training with Mnemonic Techniques, so that can be practiced independently after service activities end. Hypertension is a common disease not only in the older age group but also in the productive age group. Various health problems will arise if the hypertension that occurs cannot be controlled properly. Controlling hypertension requires high awareness and adequate skills in self-care management. A family approach needs to be taken to provide more optimal results. Empowering families who are aware of hypertension through acupressure and progressive muscle relaxation carried out in this activity can increase family knowledge and skills in controlling hypertension. The family has a good understanding of hypertension and is able to practice acupressure and progressive muscle relaxation well. Families can teach and accompany family members who suffer from hypertension regarding controlling their hypertension in their daily lives on a regular basis. Abstract

Stunting incidents currently tend to increase, especially in the Sonorejo sub-district. Stunting can occur due to less than optimal nutritional intake. Stunting can be prevented by processing food from Moringa oleifera L. leaves. No one has cultivated it and does not know the benefits of Moringa leaves for health, especially for preventing stunting. The target of this service is to empower the community in cultivating Moringa plants, producing Moringa leaf-based food preparations and marketing the processed products. The outputs achieved are copyright, scientific publications in accredited journals and mass media publications. Methods for implementing activities include counseling, practice and evaluation. Empowerment was carried out for PKK and Posyandu cadres in Sonorejo Village, parents of stunted toddlers and farmer groups. Counseling takes the form of understanding stunting, how to prevent it by introducing Moringa leaf-based food preparations, and how to cultivate Moringa. Practical activities include making Moringa leaf-based preparations, packaging and marketing methods. Moringa cultivation is done by cuttings and seeds. Evaluation of activities can be concluded that there has been an increase in community knowledge and an increase in community empowerment.
