Abstract

The Achievement of the CIBFSC indicator target in Public Health Center of Palembang City can be said to be not optimal because most of Public Health Center have not received 100% capitation payments because they cannot meet the three service commitment indicators. As many as 63% of Public Health Center  that do not meet CN indicators; 44% of Public Health Center did not meet the RPPRV indicators and 5% of Public Health Center did not meet the NSRR indicator (KCU Health BPJS Palembang, 2018). The purpose of this research was to analyze the Achievement Factors for Capitation Indicators Based on Fulfillment of Service Commitments (CIBFSC) in Public Health Center of Palembang City. The type of research used was quantitative research with cross sectional study. This research was a population sampling or total sampling, which was 41 CIBFSC Public Health Center program holders in Palembang City. The instruments used in this research included questionnaires, interviews, and observations with bivariate analysis. The results of this research showed that transmission (p = 0,000); clarity (p = 0.007); consistency (p = 0,000); commitment (p = 0,000); incentives (p = 0.056), SOP (p = 0.001); fragmentation (p = 0,000). Keyword : Achievement, CIBFSC, Public Health Center

Abstract

Pencapaian target indikator Kapitasi Berbasis Pemenuhan Komitmen Pelayanan (KBPKP) di Puskesmas Kota Palembang dinilai belum optimal karena sebagian besar Puskesmas belum menerima pembayaran kapitasi 100% karena tidak dapat memenuhi ketiga indikator komitmen layanan. Sebanyak 63% Puskesmas tidak memenuhi indikator Angka Kontak; 44% Puskesmas tidak memenuhi indikator Rasio Peserta Prolanis Rutin Berkunjung dan 5% Puskesmas tidak memenuhi indikator Rasio Rujukan Non Spesialistik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis Faktor Pencapaian Indikator KBPKP di Puskesmas Kota Palembang. Desain penelitian cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini total sampling, yaitu 41 pemegang program KBPKP Puskesmas Kota Palembang. Data dalam penelitian ini diambil melalui penyebaran kuesioner, wawancara, observasi dengan analisis univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan staf (p=0,000); informasi (p=0,001); wewenang (p=0,001); sarana prasarana (p=1,000). Ada hubungan antara staf, informasi, wewenang terhadap Pencapaian Indikator KBPKP di Puskesmas Kota Palembang. Tidak ada hubungan antara sarana prasarana terhadap Pencapaian Indikator KBPKP di Puskesmas Kota Palembang.

Abstract

AbstractCurrently, health problems in Indonesia are referred to as a double burden of disease because it is dominated by the development of Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) and on the other hand the incidence of infectious diseases that still occur. One of the strategic issues in the 2030 SDGs that must be a development priority in every country that requires cooperation in handling cross-sectors is NCDs, so a community-based NCDs control model is developed through Posbindu as a form of community participation as an effort to control risk factors independently and continuously. The role and function of Posbindu cadres are important as executors of NCDs risk factor control for the community. Therefore, to maximize the role of cadres in Posbindu, the Faculty of Public Health, University of Sriwijaya, empowers the Posbindu community through Posbindu cadres so that they can become self-reliant for the community to live healthily by increasing the capacity of Posbindu cadres. The community service team wanted to determine the effect of providing education and training to cadres on the knowledge and skills of Posbindu cadres in Bangun Jaya Village, Ogan Ilir Regency. The method used in this service is the education and training of 15 health cadres. Measurement of knowledge is done by using a questionnaire (pretest and posttest). The results of the activity showed that there was an increase in the knowledge and skills scores of cadres regarding Posbindu after education and intervention. However, there were also those with a fixed score. Continuous training is needed to improve cadres skills and optimize the community's active participation through Posbindu cadres.Keywords: Cadres, Posbindu, NCDs, Knowledge, Skills

Abstract

Public health centers as public providers are required to provide optimal services to the community. This research analyzes the quality and performance improvement program at the Tanjung Api-Api Public Health Center. This research uses a case approach through interviews, observation, and document review. The activities were carried out from January to April 2022. Informants in the research included the head of the public health center, program holders, implementers, and all of the staff at the Tanjung Api-Api. The results of the activities are processed and presented in descriptive form. This research uses a project management approach which consists of the activity initiation stage, preparation, implementation, monitoring and supervision, and evaluation. The results found that the registration process was still manual, the condition of service rooms was limited, the behavior of health workers was not good, and service times and infrastructure were incomplete. It is hoped that the public health center will immediately carry out follow-up actions to minimize various complaints so that people who receive services can feel satisfied and this will impact optimal quality and performance.Keywords: Health Service, Patient Satisfaction, Performance, Project Management, Quality Improvement

Abstract

Pada tahun 2022 di Universitas Sriwijaya Indralaya tercatat kasus kecelakaan mengakibatkan 1 orang mahasiswa Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat Universitas Sriwijaya menjadi korban meninggal dunia dan 1 orang mahasiswa lainnya mengalami luka, dimana mahasiswa yang mengalami luka tersebut adalah pengemudi ojek online. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan sosialisasi penerapan Budaya Keselamatan Berkendara dikampus untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pengetahuan pengemudi akan pentingnya menjaga keselamatan dan keamanan dalam berkendara bagi pengemudi yang berada di lingkungan kampus Universitas Sriwijaya. Metode intervensi berpusat di Universitas Sriwijaya Indralaya. Hasil pengukuran kuisioner Pretest dan Post-test tentang penerapan Budaya Keselamatan Berkendara dikampus mengalami peningkatan dari 74% menjadi 100% setelah diberikan sosialisasi.

Abstract

Keberhasilan posyandu tergambar melalui cakupan kunjungan D/S. Berdasarkan data pada Agustus 2021, capaian angka D/S di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kebun Handil masih cukup rendah yakni 55,13%. Angka kunjungan ini belum sesuai standar, sehingga perlu dilakukan Upaya Peningkatan Pelaksanaan Posyandu Balita di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kebun Handil Kota Jambi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis upaya peningkatan pelaksanaan posyandu melalui PONETA (Program Posyandu Balita Online). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian mix method, dengan total sampling sebanyak 23 posyandu balita dan wawancara mendalam serta observasi pada petugas puskesmas dan petugas posyandu. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan mulai September hingga November 2021. Hasil kegiatan kemudian diolah dan disajikan dalam bentuk deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan manajemen proyek yang terdiri dari tahap inisiasi kegiatan, tahap perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan, tahap monitoring dan evaluasi dan pelaporan. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan didapatkan bahwa ditemukan berbagai kendala dalam pelaksanaan posyandu tersebut. PONETA, suatu program yang digunakan untuk memantau kondisi kesehatan balita secara online yang dapat diisi oleh orang tua yang memiliki balita setiap satu bulan sekali. Dalam implementasinya, PONETA masih memiliki berbagai hambatan. Diharapkan PONETA dapat dimanfaatkan dengan optimal sehingga dapat membantu dalam pengendalian dan pemantauan status gizi balita di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kebun Handil Kota Jambi.Kata Kunci: Manajemen proyek; posyandu; PONETA; pemantauan

Abstract

Penyakit Tidak Menular (PTM) masih menjadi salah satu isu penting dalam kesehatan masyarakat. Banyaknya kejadian PTM membuat peran deteksi dini menjadi vital untuk dilakukan. Petugas kesehatan sebagai garda terdepan mengambil peran signifikan dalam permasalahan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran petugas kesehatan dalam peningkatan deteksi dini PTM di Puskesmas Karya Jaya Kota Palembang. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang dilakukan pada bulan Maret 2025 dengan informan meliputi kepala puskesmas, penanggung jawab UKM, pemegang program PTM. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan telaah dokumen. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah content analysis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan variabel customer, PTM berfokus pada masyarakat yang berusia 15-59 tahun. Banyaknya cakupan sasaran di usia tersebut membuat peningkatan cakupan deteksi dini perlu diperkuat.  Sebagai communicator, petugas kesehatan berperan untuk menyampaikan semua informasi yang berkaitan dengan PTM melalui berbagai media. Sebagai motivator, petugas memiliki tugas untuk memberikan motivasi ke sasaran PTM untuk turut aktif dalam kegiatan PTM. Selain itu, petugas kesehatan bersama dinas kesehatan juga berperan sebagai fasilitator dalam kegiatan PTM dengan melibatkan pula kader kesehatan. Sebagai counselor, petugas memiliki peran untuk melakukan konseling secara pribadi terhadap pasien yang membutuhkan tindak lanjut dari hasil pemeriksaan PTM. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah petugas kesehatan memiliki peran penting dalam pengoptimalan deteksi dini PTM di wilayah kerja puskesmas.

Abstract

Currently, Indonesia is facing a triple burden problem, namely the incidence of infectious diseases, increasing cases of non-communicable diseases, and the re-emergence of types of diseases that should have been successfully overcome. It is called the Healthy Living Community Movement (GERMAS) so that everyone is aware, willing, and able to behave healthily. It is essential to introduce school-age children as one of the strategic target groups in developing healthy living behavior from an early age. Methods: The method of this community service activity is carried out by providing education about GERMAS using the innovative BAHAGIA fairy tale media, as well as providing a pre-post test questionnaire to measure changes in the level of knowledge in elementary school age children before and after being given education. Results: Participants in this community service activity were 34 class IV students at SDN 03 Kelekar. There was a significant difference in the respondents' knowledge scores before and after education was carried out using innovative BAHAGIA tales media. Conclusion: Community service activities were attended with great enthusiasm and active participation from all students. Abstract

Data from the Ogan Ilir District Health Office shows that the coverage of antenatal care services is still not optimal. Only around 60-70% of pregnant women make complete ANC visits (at least four visits during pregnancy) according to the standards set by WHO. Most pregnant women in the Ogan Ilir District enrolled in NHI fall into the Contribution Assistance Recipient (PBI) category. This suggests that contribution assistance is critical in improving access to health services for low-income pregnant women. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of JKN contribution assistance on the utilization of Antenatal Care (ANC) services in Ogan Ilir District. The research design was a cross-sectional study using secondary data from the Field Learning Experience by the Faculty of Public Health, Sriwijaya University in 2023. The population was all mothers with children under five, with purposive sampling with 342 respondents in Pemulutan District and Tanjung Batu District, Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatra. Univariate analysis was used to describe each variable, and bivariate analysis using Chi-Square Test. The results showed no effect of the variables (NHI contribution assistance, age of father and mother, education of father and mother, number of family members, number of children under five, history of illness, and family income) on ANC service utilization. This indicates the need for additional interventions to increase ANC service utilization in the area.

Abstract

Background: Kepemimpinan berperan untuk mengarahkan staf untuk mencapai standar mutu yang telah ditetapkan serta berpengaruh terhadap budaya mutu layanan Puskesmas. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pendampingan kepemimpinan di Puskesmas Simpang Timbangan dan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan budaya mutu di Puskesmas. Metode: Kegiatan pendampingan dilakukan menggunakan metode ceramah melalui penyampaian materi dan penayangan video interaktif serta diskusi kelompok melalui studi kasus. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 01 November 2024 di Puskesmas Simpang Timbangan dengan responden berjumlah 31 orang. Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan dengan melihat perbedaan tingkat pengetahuan tentang kepemimpinan dan budaya mutu sebelum dan sesudah intervensi melalui pengisian kuesioner pretest dan posttest. Hasil: Terdapat perbedaan tingkat pengetahuan responden sebelum dan sesudah intervensi serta responden mampu menyelesaikan studi kasus yang diberikan dengan baik. Kesimpulan: Kegiatan ini mendapatkan respon positif dari responden dan jajaran pimpinan Puskesmas serta terdapat  perbedaan tingkat pengetahuan tentang kepemimpinan dan budaya mutu sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Diharapkan kegiatan ini dapat mengembangkan kepemimpinan dan budaya mutu di Puskesmas Simpang Timbangan sehingga bermanfaat dalam upaya menjaga mutu layanan di Puskesmas.
