Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini di latar belakangi karena dalam membudidayakan tanaman caisim secara hidroponik tentu harus mengetahui bagaimana cara budidaya tanaman caisim di Cv.Faruq Farm Payakumbuh dan bertujuan untuk melihat berapa besar pendapatan pada budidaya tanaman caisim ini. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan  pada Budidaya Tanaman Caisim di Cv.Faruq Fram Payakumbuh secara Hidroponik  dapat diterapkan dengan prosedur sesuai dengan ketentuan dimana dapat menjadi wadah bagi mahasiswa sebagai pengetahuan teknologi yang tepat guna. Adapun hasil penelitian pada Budidaya Tanaman Caisim di Cv.Faruq Fram diperoleh hasil perhitungan jumlah biaya investasi usaha budidaya tanaman caisim sebesar Rp 200.000,-, biaya tetap sebesar Rp 2.000.000,- biaya variabel Rp 6.180.000,- dan kemudian di peroleh biaya penyusutan peralatan selama satu tahun priode produksi Rp 292.500.- dan penerimaan yang diterima oleh Cv.Faruq Fram selama satu tahun priode produksi sebesar Rp 3.000.000,-.Dengan menggunakan analisis Break Event Point(BEP) titik impas usaha ini layak untuk di usahakan di sebabkan hasil analisis BEP >1 maka usaha ini dinyatakan layak. Kata kunci: Analisis, Pendapatan, Budidaya Caisim, Hidroponik

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the farmers’ perception of qualified seed in Aceh Besar regency, the factors that influenced the farmers’ perception of qualified seed and relationship between the farmers’ perception and adoption level of qualified seed in Aceh Besar regency. This research hypothese used a quantitative descriptive method. The respondents are 51 farmers taken from six villages in four subdistricts in Aceh Besar regency. The unit analysis consisted of four subdistricts in Aceh Besar regency with 51 respondents. The results obtained that (1) respondents have a good perception about a qualified seed, (2) the ages, educational backgrounds, the wide of lands, status of lands, and experiences were the internal factors that influenced the farmers’ perception of a qualified seed, (3) adopted level of farmers’ perception was high meanwhile adoption of innovation of respondents was classified into early majority

Abstract

Tujuan umum dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dampak dari penerapan sistem PsPSP pada usaha tani kakao yang ada di Kecamatan Juli Kabupaten Bireuen. Secara khusus penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kendala-kendala dalam penerapan sistem PsPSP (Panen sering, Pemangkasan, Sanitasi dan Pemupukan) pada usaha tani kakao untuk peningkatan  produksi kakao. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode survei di mana penentuan lokasi ditentukan secara purposive (sengaja) di Kecamatan Juli Kabupaten Bireuen. Data primer didapatkan dari responden melalui observasi dan wawancara terstruktur (kuesioner), sedangkan data skunder diperoleh dari berbagai instansi yang ada kaitannya dengan penelitian ini. Data dianalisis secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif   dengan beberapa alat analisis sesuai dengan kebutuhan penelitian ini  yang kemudian dideskripsikan dalam hasil penelitian sehingga menghasilkan gambaran kendala dari penerapan sistem PsPSP usaha tani kakao di Aceh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara penerapan seluruh pelaksanaan sistem PsPSP dalam meningkatkan produksi kakao belum optimal. Secara berurutan kegiatan pemangkasan dan sanitasi  masih dirasakan kendalanya, sedangkan kegiatan panen sering dan pemupukan tidak dirasakan kendala yang berarti oleh petani. Perlu ditingkatkan kemampuan petani khususnya keterampilan dalam penerapan sistem PsPSP untuk meningkatkan produksi kakao.

Abstract

The performance of agricultural extension workers is the result of work achieved by agricultural extension officers in North Aceh Regency in accordance with the duties and responsibilities given to him for the achievement of agricultural extension goals that have been set. This study aims to analyze the performance of agricultural extensionists in North Aceh district and to determine the relationship of extension characteristics with the performance of agricultural extensionists in North Aceh Regency. The analysis method used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative. The results showed that the performance of agricultural extensionists in North Aceh District was very good with an average index value of 81.32%. There are two significant relationships between the characteristics of extension, namely the age and working period of the extension with the performance of extension workers at the stage of agricultural extension preparation with a significant value below 0.05 which is 0.039. The correlation coefficient is negative (-) which means that there is an indirect relationship between the age and working life of the extension and the performance of the extension.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the farmers who are generally less educated and have amindset that is difficult to be invited to change. The aim of the study was to analyze theimpact of the social characteristics of farmers on rice production in North Aceh district.The data used is a cross section taken in February 2012 based on the growing season in2011. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed thatsocial characteristics turns rice farmers consisting of age, education, number ofdependents and simultaneously farming experience no significant effect on riceproduction in the district of Sawang. While partially, age and farming experiencesignificant effect on the level of confidence of 10% of the rice production.

Abstract

Agricultural commodities have supply chain flows from upstream to downstream, namely from producers to consumers. The need for vegetables in the city of Surakarta must be met by the surrounding area because of the limited agricultural land in the city of Surakarta itself. One of the vegetable commodities supplied is cucumber. Therefore, it is important to know the flow of the cucumber supply chain in the Central Market of Surakarta City. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The research location was chosen purposively, namely the Central Market of Surakarta City (Pasar Gede and Pasar Legi). The sampling technique used snowball sampling to collect informants consisting of farmers, collectors, wholesalers and retailers and incidental sampling with the Slovin formula so that the number of respondents was 77 traders. Data collection techniques using interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression test. The results of this study are 1) there are 6 flows of goods in the supply chain with farmers, collectors, wholesalers, retail traders andconsumers, the financial flow is divided into 2, namely early and late repayment and the flow of information occurs in 2 directions, namely information from farmers to traders. (cucumber availability and transaction mechanisms) and from traders to farmers (price developments). 2) the majority of traders supply cucumbers of 350 - 586 kg. 3) thefactors that have a significant effect on the supply volume of cucumbers in the Central Market of Surakarta City areprice, profit, transportation, supplier area and quality.

Abstract

Aceh Utara is an area of rice production centres in Aceh Province which has a large contribution in fulfillment food needs of community. Even though, doest guarantee the high level of prosperity of rice farmers in Aceh Utara. The research aims to analyze prosperity level rice farmers in Aceh Utara.The research implemented in Sawang District, Lhoksukon, and Baktiya as an area of rice production centers in Aceh Utara. The sample in this research were 60 farmers who do rice farming and analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis based on prosperity indicators of farmers namely the level of structure of farmer's household income, structure of household food consumption, performance level of household food security, the level of purchasing power of farmer households, and the development of the farmers' exchange rate. Analysis results from indicators of income strusture, structure of household food consumption, performance level of household food security show that the level of prosperity of farmers is still low while seen from the level of purchasing power of farmer households, and the development of the farmers' exchange rate already well

Abstract

Beragam penggunaan minyak nabati pada makanan menyebabkan permintaan cenderung meningkat setiap tahunnya. CPO merupakan salah satu minyak nabati yang paling banyak dikonsumsi di dunia. Salah satu produsen terbesarnya adalah Indonesia dengan salah satu konsumennya adalah China. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisa faktor- faktor yang memengaruhi ekspor CPO Indonesia ke China pada tahun 1990 sampai 2015. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Error Correction Model (ECM) untuk mengetahui faktor yang berpengaruh pada jangka panjang dan jangka pendek. Variabel yang diamati yaitu volume ekspor CPO Indonesia oleh China dengan faktor  yang memengaruhi antara lain waktu, harga CPO Internasional, harga barang subsitusi (minyak kedelai), dan bea ekspor (Malaysia dan Indonesia). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa volume ekspor CPO Indonesia ke China dipengaruhi oleh bea ekspor CPO Indonesia secara negatif dan signifikan baik dalam jangka panjang maupun pendek.

Abstract

North Bengkulu Regency is one of the freshwater fishery producing areas in Indonesia  Bengkulu Province. Forty percent of Bengkulu Province's total freshwater fish production  is from North Bengkulu. The fishery center in North Bengkulu is in the District of  Padang Jaya and has been designated as a freshwater fishery Minapolitan area. Type  Tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) is one type of fish that is in great demand  by the community to be cultivated, because Tilapia has sufficient tolerance  high relative to the environment as well as its relatively fast growth. Purpose  This research is: (1) Analyzing the amount of business income Tilapia  and, (2) Analyzing the efficiency level of Tilapia rearing business. Determination of the location in  this research was conducted intentionally (purposive). The population in this field study is  tilapia farmers totaling 150 farmers. Determination of the number of respondents in the field study  This is the Simple Random Sampling method. The average value of Tilapia fish production in  Marga Sakti Village is 1.817 Kg/MT so that the total revenue received by farmers  Tilapia an average of Rp. 33.608.333/ MT and the value of fish farmers' income  The average tilapia in Marga Sakti Village is Rp. 18,192,229/MT. So that the value of  The average R/C ratio per stocking season is 2.28. This shows that the effort  Tilapia cultivation with a calm water pond system in Marga Sakti Village is categorized as suitable for cultivation  cultivated because the amount of expenditure on cultivation business costs is smaller than  with acceptance.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis pendapatan peternak sapi Aceh. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode survei dan analisis pendapatan peternak pada berbagai pola usaha di Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usaha ternak sapi Aceh cukup menguntungkan.Ada perbedaan pendapatan pada usaha ternak sapi Aceh, berdasarkan manajemen danskala usaha. Pada usaha peternakan sapi Aceh pola 2 ekor, peternak memperoleh pendapatan sebesar Rp. 2.617.000/tahun, pada pola usaha 3 ekor, diperoleh pendapatan sebesar Rp. 4.913.000/tahun, dan usaha ternak sapi Aceh pola 5 ekor, diperoleh pendapatan sebesar Rp. 11.580.000/tahun. Semakin besar skala usaha, maka semakin besar peroleh pendapatan di tingkat peternak.
