Abstract

This article discusses the basic concepts of education quality as an effort to comprehensively understand how quality principles are applied in various educational contexts, both general and religious. This study focuses on a conceptual analysis of the meaning, principles, and strategies for improving education quality based on relevant literature. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature review method involving analysis of 26 scientific articles published between 2020 and 2025. These articles were obtained through Google Scholar and Publish or Perish using the keywords “education quality management,” “basic concepts of quality,” and “school quality improvement.” After screening and selection, five main articles were analyzed in depth to identify themes and interrelationships between concepts. The results of the study show that the concept of quality covers aspects of planning, implementation, supervision, and evaluation that are oriented towards the satisfaction of education customers—namely students, parents, and the community. The Total Quality Management (Hasnadi, 2021) and School-Based Management (Junindra et al., 2022) approaches have proven to be effective in creating a sustainable culture of quality. In addition, the integration of spiritual values and Kaizen principles (Latif & Sesmiarni, 2024; Zulkarnain, 2023) enriches the ethical dimension of educational quality management.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the implementation of the Integrated Tax and Retribution Information System (SIMPATTI) on the quality of public services at the Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency (BPPRD) of Jambi City. The study used a quantitative approach involving 51 respondents who were active users of the SIMPATTI application. Research data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires and structured interviews, then analyzed using a simple linear regression method with the help of SPSS software version 31. The results of the analysis indicate that the implementation of SIMPATTI has a positive and significant effect on improving the quality of public services. This effect is evident in aspects of service speed, ease of access to information, and the level of taxpayer satisfaction with the services provided. These findings confirm that the digitalization of the regional tax system through SIMPATTI is able to create public service governance that is more efficient, transparent, and responsive to community needs, thereby supporting improved bureaucratic performance and public trust in local government.

Abstract

This study examines the innovative marketing strategies implemented by Warung Pecel Kediri Bu Mawar in Pasuruan City in an effort to maintain its existence amidst increasingly competitive culinary business. The main issue raised is how traditional culinary businesses can survive and thrive through adapting effective and sustainable marketing strategies. This study uses Kotler's 4P marketing mix theoretical framework (product, price, place, promotion) and the Theory of 9 Dimensions of Business Success as the basis for analysis. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation. The results show that improving product and service quality, menu innovations that are responsive to health trends and consumer preferences, the use of digital media for promotion, competitive pricing, and strategic location selection are key factors in maintaining business sustainability. The integration of digital technology, such as the use of social media and online food ordering applications, has proven effective in expanding market reach, especially among young consumers. The study's conclusion confirms that the combination of product innovation, adaptive promotion, competitive pricing, and the right location is crucial for maintaining the competitiveness and existence of traditional culinary businesses. The practical implications of this research provide strategic guidance for culinary business actors in facing market dynamics and increasing business sustainability through continuous marketing innovation and adaptation.

Abstract

This study is meant to look at how financially strong PT. BPR Artha Nugraha, a rural bank, is. It uses the CAMEL method, which checks Capital, Assets, Management, Equity, and Liquidity, as required by Bank Indonesia's regulations, specifically BI DIR Decree Number 30/12/KEP/DIR from April 30, 1997. The research uses a descriptive quantitative approach to give a detailed look at the bank's performance. The data used comes from the bank's audited financial reports for the years 2018 to 2020, which were officially released by the Financial Services Authority (OJK). Also, the study gathered primary data by talking directly with people from the bank to learn more about the company's background, how it's run, and other important operational details.The CAMEL method was used tolcheck and look at the main performance indicators of the bank, which include capital adequacy, asset quality, management ability, profitability, and liquidity. Each of these areas was assessed using the standards set by BanklIndonesia to figure out how strong and stable the bank is overall. The study found that PT. BPR Artha Nugraha got alCAMEL score of 87.60 in 2018 and 2019, and 87.50 in 2020. These scores show that the bank kept a “healthy” condition for three straight years. So, it can be said that PT. BPR Artha Nugraha had good financial stability, strong management, and continued ability to operate well during the 2018–2020 period.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the physical work environment and Occupational Safety and Health (K3) on the risk of work accidents among employees of PTPN III Kebun Cikasungka Pabrik Kelapa Sawit 2 Cigudeg Bogor. The research method used is associative quantitative with a survey technique through the distribution of questionnaires to 77 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 22. The results show that the physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on the risk of work accidents (tcount 5.893 > ttable 1.993; sig. 0.000 < 0.05). Occupational Safety and Health (K3) also has a positive and significant effect on the risk of work accidents (tcount 14.086 > ttable 1.993; sig. 0.000 < 0.05). Simultaneously, both variables significantly influence the risk of work accidents (Fcount 98.213 > Ftable 3.120; sig. 0.001 < 0.05), with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.726. This indicates that 72.6% of the variation in the risk of work accidents can be explained by the physical work environment and Occupational Safety and Health (K3), while the remaining 27.4% is influenced by other factors outside this research. Thus, the better the physical work environment conditions—including lighting, air circulation, cleanliness, and equipment layout—and the more optimal the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) through the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), K3 training, and supervision of procedures, the lower the risk of work accidents will be. Therefore, the company is advised to improve the quality of the physical work environment and strengthen the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) standards to create a safe, productive, and sustainable work environment.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of management practices in the non-formal education institution Bimbingan Belajar (Bimbel) Progress99 located in Krapyak, Pekalongan. The focus of this research is on how the institution applies management functions such as planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and controlling in its operational activities. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving the manager, tutors, and students. The results show that Bimbel Juragan99 has applied management principles in a simple yet effective manner. The learning programs offered include private, semi-private, and regular classes, which are adjusted according to students’ needs and characteristics. Although the institution still faces limitations in facilities and uses a manual administrative system, it continues to grow due to adaptive promotional strategies and the entrepreneurial spirit of its manager. Thus, the consistent application of good management practices plays an essential role in ensuring sustainability and improving the quality of educational services in non-formal tutoring institutions.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study to find out the direct and indirect influence between social media marketing, product riview on brand awareness through purchase decision on the consumer of The Originote products. The use of research to prove the correlation between all variables. Data collection is done through a survey with a Google form questionnaire. The population in this study was a consumer who used Skincare products based in DKI Jakarta province, aged 17 and over. A sample of 105 respondents has been collected. To test validity and reliability using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). Based on the results of the research, of the 5 hypotheses accepted: social media marketing has a positive influence on brand awareness, product riview has a positively influenced brand awarness, social media marketings have a positive impact on purchase decision, productivity riview have a negative influence upon purchase decision and brand Awareness has a negative impact on buy decision. The results of this research are expected to provide insights for skin care products to better understand the needs of customer face skin and continue to provide quality, safe, and affordable products to consumers.

Abstract

The development of social media, particularly TikTok Shop, has transformed digital marketing patterns by providing opportunities for companies to reach consumers directly through influencers. However, excessive promotional practices for SSSKIN products carried out by internal influencers have raised consumer doubts about the authenticity of product claims and impacted brand image. This condition emphasizes the importance of product quality and influencer credibility in shaping brand perceptions in the minds of consumers. This study aims to determine the effect of influencer marketing and product quality on the brand image of PT. Abil Mannaf Perkasa through the TikTok Shop platform. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive-verification approach. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 95 TikTok users who have purchased SSSKIN products. Analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that product quality has a positive and significant effect on brand image, while influencer marketing does not have a significant effect partially. Simultaneously, both variables have a significant effect on brand image formation. These findings confirm that product quality is a major factor determining positive consumer perceptions of a brand, so companies need to maintain product quality consistency to maintain consumer trust and a good brand image.

Abstract

This study examines how Earnings per Share (EPS), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Return on Assets (ROA) affect the stock prices of technology companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange over the 2020–2024 period. The research employs a quantitative methodology utilizing panel data regression analysis. Samples were determined through a purposive sampling approach, limited to firms that consistently published comprehensive annual reports throughout the observation years, resulting in a total of 12 companies. The findings reveal that ROA has a significant positive relationship with stock prices, whereas EPS and DER do not demonstrate any statistical significance. Collectively, these three variables have a meaningful effect on stock price fluctuations, reflected in an Adjusted R² value of 0.2789. The outcomes imply that within Indonesia’s technology sector, investors perceive the efficiency of asset management as a more credible signal than traditional indicators such as EPS and DER. This research contributes to the existing body of knowledge by emphasizing industry-specific factors influencing stock price formation and provides valuable recommendations for investors and regulators in assessing the financial performance of technology firms.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance with work engagement as a mediating variable at PT. Rimba Hutani Mas. The research applies a quantitative explanatory approach with a survey method involving 80 employees as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS software. The results reveal that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on both work engagement and employee performance. Furthermore, work engagement also demonstrates a positive and significant influence on employee performance and partially mediates the relationship between transformational leadership and employee performance. These findings indicate that inspirational, intellectual, and individualized leadership behaviors enhance employees’ enthusiasm, dedication, and absorption at work, which in turn lead to higher performance outcomes. The study contributes theoretically by reinforcing the transformational leadership model as an effective driver of employee engagement and performance within the forestry industry context. Practically, the results suggest that PT. Rimba Hutani Mas should strengthen leadership practices that emphasize vision, motivation, and personal attention to foster a more engaged and productive workforce.
