Abstract

Kliknik is a shop that sells medicines and vitamins. Kliknik operates on e-commerce at Tokopedia and Shopee. Kliknik's main problem is not achieving the target since March 2022. This is in line with the improving pandemic conditions in Indonesia. Compared with several pharmaceutical companies' net sales, the improving pandemic conditions do not affect a company's sales. It is necessary to propose a marketing mix that Kliknik can implement based on segmenting, targeting, and positioning analysis to achieve the specified Kliknik sales target. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. 97 respondent data was obtained, which could be analyzed. Segmentation analysis was done by using k-means clustering. Three clusters were obtained: general, loyal, and critical customers. Through a targeting process, loyal customers were selected as the target market for Kliknik Shop. The positioning statement for the Kliknik Shop is that loyal customers can always shop at the Kliknik because the Kliknik Shop appreciates the trust they have been given. The marketing mix proposal is general but still adheres to the 4P+2P+2C+3S marketing mix concept. The proposed marketing mix given is that Kliknik Shop can take part in some events held by e-commerce, Kliknik Shop admin can actively contact customers who have finished shopping via the chat feature in e-commerce and must be responsive to respond to all chats, comments, and discussions. Kliknik shops are also advised to create social media, Instagram, as a promotional media and extend store operating hours.

Abstract

Abstract. Marketing communications can be an effective form of communication channel to handle consumer complaints effectively and efficiently. By paying attention to the importance of marketing communications, companies can design more effective communication strategies to achieve their marketing goals, and can build strong customer loyalty. In this research, the method used is a quantitative method. According to Priyono (Sahir, 2021:13) "Quantitative research methods are scientific thinking in which there is a process of idea formation and ideas are implemented strictly using nomothetic principles and using deductive patterns." Marketing Communications (X) has a positive and significant influence on Customer Loyalty (Y) at PT. Citra Van Titipan Kilat (TIKI) Sumedang Branch with a total influence of 51.1% while 48.9% is the influence of other variables not examined in this research. Then, based on the t test, the calculated t is 9.679 and the degrees of freedom (nk-1) or 100-1-1 98 are obtained for the t table of 1.985 so that the calculated t > t table (9.679 > 1.985). This means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, so there is a positive and significant influence.

Abstract

This research discusses competency certification, which is official recognition for individuals who have met specific competency standards in a particular field or profession. This certification ensures that a person has abilities, knowledge, and skills by applicable industry or professional standards. Through certification, individuals can demonstrate that they have passed an objective assessment process and meet the requirements of the authorized certification body. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a literature research approach, focusing on secondary data analysis from scientific journals, articles, books, and relevant research reports. The results of the literature analysis show that competency certification significantly influences the quality of working conditions in Indonesia's workforce. This certification has been proven to improve the skills and knowledge of the workforce, which has an impact on increasing productivity and work efficiency. Certified workers generally get roles better suited to their abilities, a better work environment, and higher rewards and wages. In addition, competency certification also improves occupational well-being and safety by enhancing understanding of safety procedures and reducing the risk of work accidents. Overall, competency certification not only contributes to improving workers' quality of life but also creates a better and safer work environment, thereby enhancing the overall productivity and efficiency of the workforce.

Abstract

In the era of increasingly intense competition in the two-wheeled automotive industry, particularly in the electric motorcycle segment in Indonesia, various challenges have emerged for industry players. PT Astra Honda Motor (AHM), one of the major players in this industry, faces additional challenges due to quality issues related to the eSAF frame, which have impacted its reputation and sales. As an official Honda dealer, Daya Motor must tackle these challenges by maintaining and enhancing its sales amidst tightening competition and negative perceptions of the product. This research analyzes the factors influencing consumer repurchase interest at Daya Motor, focusing on three main variables: experiential marketing, service quality, and customer satisfaction with Structural Equation Modeling. The research methodology includes evaluating the impact of experiential marketing and service quality on customer satisfaction and their effects on customer loyalty and repurchase interest. The results of this study reveal that Daya Motor's customer loyalty level is low. Furthermore, customer satisfaction does not always lead to customer loyalty.

Abstract

Effectiveness denotes the extent to which management operations successfully achieve predetermined objectives. The profitability and sustainability of a firm are largely dependent on the efficiency of its workforce. Therefore, ensuring that the organization's resources function as efficiently as possible is essential. Factors affecting employee productivity include leadership style, job discipline, and supervision. This study aims to evaluate the influence of leadership style, work discipline, and work supervision on employee effectiveness at the Cirebon Regency Regional Secretariat Office in the General Section. This research was conducted at the General Section of the Cirebon Regency Regional Secretariat office. This research is categorized as causal associative research utilizing a quantitative methodology, signifying that the entire population serves as the sample for the study. The employed data sources consist of primary and secondary data, utilizing data collection methods such as questionnaires, observation, and documentation. Data analysis methodologies encompass instrument evaluation (validity and reliability assessments), descriptive percentage analysis, classical assumption verification, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing utilizing SPSS for Windows version 22.0. The study results indicate that the three independent variables have a significantly positive effect on the dependent variable. The results suggest that the t count for all variables exceeds the t table value of 2.051, demonstrating a significant effect of variable X1 on variable Y at 4.085, variable X2 on variable Y at 4.014, and variable X3 on variable Y at 3.310, with a significance level of α = 5% (p < 0.05). Additionally, the findings of the hypothesis test yielded a value of 35.532, which exceeds 2.975. The R Square value of 0.804 indicates that Leadership Style (X1), Work Discipline (X2), and Work Supervision (X3) account for 80.4% of the variance in Employee Performance (Y). The remaining 19.6% is influenced by unassessed variables. The R-value indicates a strong correlation between the three independent factors and the dependent variable in this study.
