Abstract

The future of Indonesia is determined by the quality of human resources, especially the millennial generation. In the context of facing the problem of fraud cases in Indonesia, of course we hope that the millennial generation is relatively more sterile from permissive values towards fraud behavior. A negative work environment (deviant workplace behavior) can affect employee performance in an organization. Fraudulent behavior will have an impact on the poor performance of millennial employees. This can also affect organizational performance in a company. Survey fraud conducted by AFCE (2019), that the biggest fraud perpetrators were employees with a percentage of 31.8% and 20% with an age group of 20 - 35 years. This means that most fraud perpetrators come from the millennial age group. This study aims to analyze the effect of deviant workplace behavior and work commitment on millennial employees with the implementation of anti-fraud strategies as a mediating variable at Permodalan Nasional Madani. This study uses quantitative research methods and this research data is taken using purposive sampling, meaning that the sample is based on certain characteristics, traits or characteristics. The number of samples in this study were 140 millennial employees at PT Permodalan Nasional Madani. The results showed that the performance of millennial employees has a significant effect on deviant workplace behavior and work commitment through the implementation of anti-fraud strategies.

Abstract

In an organization, industry, or situational activity, there are always rules or procedures that are correct for doing every job in an organization, industry, or event. This is known as an SOP (STANDARD Operational Procedure), according to the meaning SOP is used to manage employees or remind employees of good and correct operational procedures. SOPs are often heard in technology industries such as machinery, electricity, mining, and other technical issues. However, in fact SOPs are implemented in all areas of industry including banking. The banking industry certainly has SOPs for its employees, SOPs are carried out so that employees carry out work as they should, starting from behaving towards customers to financial calculations. The application of SOPs is also expected to be able to help improve service efficiency because SOPs are the best performance guidelines that are expected to be carried out by every employee. Efficiency is related to time, the indicator of achieving the word efficient is whether or not time is used. This study focuses on the influence of SOPs in increasing service efficiency in the banking industry. This study uses a qualitative method of literature study approach. This research resulted in an understanding that the application of SOPs can improve service efficiency in the banking industry because by adhering to SOPs, of course work can be completed in the best way and results.

Abstract

The existence of social conflict in the election of village heads affects all aspects of people's daily life which as a whole has an impact on social relations between communities. Family values and blood relations have faded and are very concerning. Knowing conflict management after the election of Kaduara Barat Village Head. The research method is the method used by researchers in collecting research data, such as interviews, observations, tests and documentation (Arikunto, S. 2002). The method used in this research is qualitative method. The following is an overview of indicators of conflict resolution carried out by the village head and community leaders to resolve and handle village head election conflicts in Kaduara Barat Village. Persuasion first, accommodation second, compromise third. When the Village Head Election goes smoothly and in an orderly manner, it results in an elected village head. Every candidate and his supporters must respect and honor the outcome of the decision. If there is a conflict between a candidate and his supporters, then the conflict is limited to a debate of ideas and opinions, not blind fanaticism and occurs before the election. After the election life returned to normal.

Abstract

There are many types of household waste. One of the wastes associated with cooking and trading activities is used cooking oil. Oil waste own impact bad for health body and environment. Therefore, that need done effort utilization oil waste become something useful for minimize waste oil waste as well as reduce pollution environment by converting into products that have added value. This is one of the goals from activity devotion this, incl increase knowledge public to impact use and disposal oil waste to health body and environment. The type of method used that is with give counseling in form socialization and description information about oil cooking. Participant looks enthusiastic with knowledge management of used cooking oil and motivate them to manage used cooking oil. Abstract

The rapid and increasingly intense economic competition has driven companies from various sectors, including the banking sector, to actively compete in providing the best services and adopting the latest technologies. This is closely related to the utilization of available resources, one of which is human resources. The role of human resource management is crucial for the sustainability of an organization, influencing organizational performance, strategy implementation, and the achievement of established goals. Human resources become a primary factor in driving companies towards achieving high performance. Performance serves as an indicator of how well actions or policies can attain the company's goals and manifest the vision and mission of the organization. This concept is grounded in the strategic planning of the organization or company. This study employs a quantitative approach and aims to investigate the level of job satisfaction and its impact on employee performance as an intervening variable. Participants in this study are employees working at PT X, with a total sample size of 105 respondents. Data analysis is conducted using SPSS and Smart PLS version 3 software. The findings from this research demonstrate noteworthy effects: emotional intelligence holds a notable impact on job satisfaction, emotional intelligence significantly affects employee performance, job-related stress significantly influences job satisfaction, work-related stress significantly impacts employee performance, and job satisfaction significantly affects employee performance.

Abstract

Pandemi global yang disebabkan oleh penyakit Corona (COVID-19)telah melanda seluruh negeri dan serangan virus menyebar berdampak besar dan serius bagi kehidupan manusia. Kebanyakan aspek penting, seperti di bidang kesehatan, pendidikan, ekonomi, Politik dan keamanan telah mengalami banyak perubahan. Individu terisolasi di daerah atau di mana dia tinggal, jadi ini memungkinkan umat manusia masuk dalam kesedihan dan kekhawatiran yang besar. Manusia tidak ada lagi bebas berinteraksi dengan orang lain karena semuanya serba dibatasi. Publik jarak atau biasa dikenal dengan istilah social distancing atau pembatasan jarak fisik telah dirancang dengan mengurangi interaksi tatap muka antara masyarakat luas, karena orang Individu cenderung menjadi pembawa atau bahkan menularkan virus menjadi pasien yang terinfeksi tanpa gejala (Wilder-Smith & Freedman, 2020). Agar roda perekonomian tetap berputar, salah satu upaya pemerintah Indonesia dalam mencegah meluasnya penyebaran Covid-19 adalah melakukan perubahan pada sistem kerja, khususnya pekerjaan Juga dikenal sebagai bekerja dari rumah (WFH). adalah salah satu istilah teleworking, dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan kerja umum dilakukan di kantor kemudian diubah menjadi di rumah atau di luar perusahaan, sehingga karyawan tidak harus pergi ke kantor untuk bertemu tatap muka dengan pekerja lain (Ashal, 2020). Sampel penelitian adalah karyawan perusahaan PT. Bank Sahabat Sampoerna dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 150 responden. Abstract

The sustainable sports training program is the government's effort to create quality athletes through a training approach from an early age. This program is divided into three stages, namely the Sustainable Achievement Sports Development (POPB) aimed at athletes under the age of 15, the Student Sports Training Center (PPOP) for junior and senior high school students, and the Student Training Development Center (PPLM). The aim of this program is to group athletes based on age, select potential athletes, and develop their abilities from an early age. In order for athletes in PPOP to achieve their best performance, it is necessary to regulate the management of available resources and ensure that their motivation continues to grow. In this context, athletes are considered as human capital that needs to be empowered. This approach is in accordance with the concept of human resource management, where humans are considered as the most important assets in achieving organizational goals (Aslam et al., 2014). This study used a quantitative method involving 201 respondents. Analysis was performed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of this study reveal several things: This study used a quantitative method with a total of 201 respondents. With the analytical tool used, namely using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of this study are in the reward hypothesis has a positive relationship to motivation found that reward has a significant positive relationship to motivation. In the hypothesis that facilities and infrastructure have a positive relationship to motivation, it is found that facilities and infrastructure do not have a positive relationship to motivation. In the hypothesis that coaching has a positive relationship to motivation, it is found that coaching has a significant positive relationship to motivation. In the hypothesis that there is a positive influence between motivation on Performance Satisfaction. It is found that motivation has a significant positive relationship with performance satisfaction. In the reward hypothesis, it is found that reward has a positive relationship with performance satisfaction.

Abstract

Tingginya angka kejadian anemia pada remaja putri disebabkan masih banyak remaja putri yang tidak terbiasa mengkonsumsi tablet Fe saat menstruasi. Hal ini disebabkan pengetahuan tentang pentingnya mengkonsumsi tablet Fe pada remaja putri masih rendah. Selain masalah anemi, masih banyak masyarakat belum memahami tentang pentingnya mencuci tangan yang baik dan benar untuk mencegah penularan penyakit oleh sebab itu tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah melakukan sosialisasi tentang cara mencuci tangan yang baik dan pentingnya mengkonsumsi Tablet Fe. Kegiatan ini di lakukan di Rumah penuntun Muhammadiyah Banda Aceh pada tanggal 11 Februari 2023. Sasaran kegiatan adalah remaja putri pada Rumah Penuntun Muhammadiyah Banda Aceh sebanyak 36 orang. Metode yang dilakukan adalah dengan pemaparan materi dan pemutaran video. Kegiatan ini diharapkan terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan remaja putri tentang cara mencuci tangan yang baik dan benar serta pentingnya mengkonsumsi Tablet Fe. Hasil yang didapat terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan secara signifikan sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan sosialisasi, Nilai Post test lebih tinggi dari nilai Pre test. Hasil Uji T- Tes menunjukkan hasil pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan remaja putri Rumah Penuntun Muhammadiyah tentang cara mencici tangan yang baik dan benar serta pentingnya mengkonsumsi Tablet Fe dengan nilai P=0,000.

Abstract

Public health center Subdistrict Jatinegara potential experience fire building because exists activities that can cause fire building , such as use fires in laboratories and kitchens as well as use of B3 with properties easy ignite or explode in parts generator maintenance . This research aims to find out evaluation risk fire building Public health center Subdistrict Jatinegara East Jakarta 2022 with an identification process danger , identification risk , analysis risk and evaluation risk . Evaluation risk fire carried out at the Community Health Center Subdistrict Jatinegara in September-December 2022 using qualitative methods referring to AS/NZS 4360 of 2004. From the identification results danger is known that source the dangers that exist in the health center Subdistrict Jatinegara originate from tools and auxiliary materials Work as well as work processes . From the identification results risks with the JSA form are known that danger the risky cause wound burnt , deformed still until death . From the results of the analysis risk obtained conclusion that level risk fire at the health center Subdistrict Jatinegara are in the risk category extreme , and after done evaluation risk , the results obtained are: risk fire at the health center Subdistrict Jatinegara is very high or in the red zone and can be concluded that unacceptable risk . The researcher 's suggestion to give is to control the dangers that exist in the health center Subdistrict Jatinegara needs a hierarchy of control, routine do simulation fire involving all elements in the Puskesmas Subdistrict Jatinegara and routine do supervision to system protection existing fire

Abstract

Information technology is now always experiencing a rapid increase in its use, one example is the website. Website is a collection of web pages, summarized in a domain, which is located in the World Wide Web (WWW) on the internet. This information media is useful in various fields, one of which is in agriculture. Where the information provided can help farmers in providing better results. One of the problems in agriculture that can be seen is related to the tropical climate in Indonesia. This greatly affects environmental conditions and can cause farmers to experience crop failure. One solution that can be done in this scope is with a plant factory. Where the plant factory is a technological concept that facilitates the formation of the right and good environment for plant growth, easy to control, does not require large land and is applied indoors. In its application, the plant factory still has shortcomings related to its information media. In this study, a monitoring website dashboard was designed to function as a medium of information on the plant factory. In system design, where the website is built using several components such as HTML, PHP, MySQL and Laravel Framework. To determine the performance of the system, testing is carried out with the black box method which aims to test on application details such as the appearance of the application, functions in the application, and the suitability of the function flow with the desired process then with the system usability scale (SUS) method. Where the measurement of the quality of web-based information systems, to evaluate the level of user satisfaction with the system services.
