Abstract

This study aims to uncover and understand the values of character education, namely religious values, practical values, scientific values, moral values, and social values in the anime Haikyuu!! To The Top by Haruichi Furudate. The value of character education is very important for humanity. Messages and values of character education can be developed and obtained from various learning media, one of which is anime films. Anime Haikyuu!! To The Top is one of the works that contains the values of character education, so it needs to be analyzed against Islamic education which can function as the instillation of Islamic character values. This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of library research, using content analysis as a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written words rather than numbers. Therefore, this study contains data citations to provide a report presentation. From the results study so can concluded that values education the characters contained in the anime Haikyuu !! To The Top work Haruichi Furudate globally divided​ become five : Practical values include character values creative , value character Work hard , value character care social , values character religious and values disciplined character . Faith values include religious character values. Moral values include moral values . character not quite enough answer , value character care social and values character Discipline . Social values include the character values of appreciating achievement, the character values of social concern, the character values of loving peace, and the character values of being friendly/communicative. Scientific values include the character values of curiosity.

Abstract

The study of rhetoric in ancient Greece reveals a complex interplay between the history and ontology of rhetoric. The main focus is on the development of rhetoric as a communication practice and its influence on philosophical and political thought at the time. This study highlights the important role of rhetoric in the formation of Greek individual and social identities, as well as the construction of their social reality. By analyzing classical texts and historical documents, this study explores how rhetoric was used to strengthen and influence public decisions and shape worldviews. Through an ontological approach, this study also explores the basic concepts of truth, justice, and morality that underlie rhetorical practices at the time. Thus, a historical and ontological understanding of Greek rhetoric provides deep insights into the relationship between language, power, and truth in the context of ancient culture.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the integration of religion and science in Biology learning at SMA 4 Padangsidimpuan, by highlighting the problems, objectives, and application of qualitative research methods in analyzing the relationship between the two. The integration of religion and science in education is often considered difficult, especially in Biology lessons which are usually seen as contradictory to religious teachings. Therefore, this study aims to determine how Biology teachers at SMA 4 Padangsidimpuan connect religious values ​​in science teaching, and how students respond to this approach. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews with Biology teachers, and analysis of curriculum documents and teaching materials applied. In addition, interviews were also conducted with students to determine their views and attitudes towards Biology learning that combines religious elements. The results of the study indicate that Biology teachers at SMA 4 Padangsidimpuan integrate religious values ​​with Biology materials by connecting the natural phenomena studied with religious concepts, such as creation by God, the balance of nature, and human responsibility in protecting the environment. The methods used include discussion, reflection, and providing real examples that link religious teachings with scientific theories. In conclusion, the integration of religion and science in Biology learning at SMA 4 Padangsidimpuan provides a more comprehensive understanding for students, where they not only learn scientific concepts, but also appreciate the relationship between science and religious teachings in their lives. This approach enriches students' insights and fosters positive attitudes towards both fields.

Study This aim For understand The views of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers at State Islamic Senior High Schools (MAN) and Private Islamic Senior High Schools (MAS) regarding the Independent Learning Independent Campus (MBKM) program , with focus on aspects philosophy , methodology and implementation in context Islamic Education . Approach qualitative used in study this , with collect data through interview deep from Several Islamic Religious Education teachers at various MAN/MAS in Indonesia. Findings study show that Islamic Education teachers view MBKM philosophy as A initiatives that give freedom and flexibility in the learning process , enabling student For Study in accordance interest and potential they . In case methodology , they confess challenge in apply a more approach open and based experience , such as outdoor learning​ class . Although Thus , the implementation of MBKM in the eyes Islamic Religious Education lessons are still limited , especially related with learning based projects and collaborations between institution education . PAI teachers have an opinion that even though MBKM has potential For increase quality education , there is need will more training and support​ intensively so that the methods and curriculum applied in accordance with characteristics religious education . Abstract

This study discusses the factors that influence the decline in the marriage rate in Padangsidimpuan, nowadays many people including the government, historians, and the general public, are paying attention to the decline in the marriage rate. This downward trend is increasingly visible in several areas in Indonesia, such as Padangsidimpuan. Many factors influence the decline in the number of marriages. Humans are by nature social creatures, who cannot live alone without the help of others. Therefore, humans are created in pairs to be able to share emotional and physical. Marriage as a basic social institution not only reflects the relationship between two individuals, but also has a significant impact on social structure, family sustainability, and the welfare of society as a whole. The decline in the number of marriages can cause various problems and the economy. There are certain factors that contribute to this change, such as shifts in values ​​or economic factors. Knowing the views on this is important to formulate appropriate policies and find effective solutions. In this article, the research method used is the writing method using library research by collecting various sources of library studies.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of education in strengthening students’ character and moral development in schools. Character education is an essential aspect of the learning process because it not only focuses on academic achievement but also on shaping students’ ethical awareness, social responsibility, and positive behavior. In the modern era, students face various moral challenges influenced by technological development, social media, and changing social values. Therefore, education is expected to play a strategic role in guiding students to develop strong character and ethical behavior. This research employed a qualitative approach using a library research method. Data were collected from various sources, including books, academic journals, and relevant educational literature. The data were analyzed using content analysis to identify key themes related to character education, teacher roles, school environment, and family influence. The findings show that education has a significant role in shaping students’ character through the integration of moral values in learning activities. Teachers act as role models, while schools provide environments that support the practice of ethical behavior. Family support is also essential in strengthening value consistency in students’ daily lives. However, challenges such as limited curriculum time, lack of teacher training, and negative influences from technology still exist. The study concludes that character education requires collaboration between schools, teachers, parents, and society to effectively build students with strong moral values and responsible behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the implementation of gender equality values ​​in the management of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at SD Negeri 200508 Padangsidimpuan. The main focus of the problem studied is how gender equality values ​​are implemented in PAI learning, whether there is a tendency for gender bias, and how teachers' efforts are to create a fair learning atmosphere for male and female students. The results of the study indicate that although there is no formal policy regarding gender equality in PAI learning at SD Negeri 200508 Padangsidimpuan, teachers have tried to create classes that are free from gender discrimination. Some of the steps implemented include equal time division, providing equal opportunities for all students to speak and ask questions, and teaching the importance of respecting each other without distinguishing between genders. However, several challenges, such as the existence of gender stereotypes that are still developing in society and limited educational facilities that support, affect the effectiveness of the implementation of gender equality principles. In conclusion, although teachers have tried to integrate gender equality values ​​in Islamic Religious Education learning, there is a need for increased training for teachers and improvements to the curriculum that are more responsive to gender issues to realize more inclusive learning at SD Negeri 200508 Padangsidimpuan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of social media use on learning motivation of students at SMPN 3 Natal. The method used is quantitative descriptive with a survey approach to 100 students. The results of the study indicate that students who use social media wisely have higher learning motivation. However, excessive use has a negative impact on concentration and academic achievement. In conclusion, social media can be an effective learning tool if used properly..

Abstract

The education system during the time of the Prophet Muhammad SAW had a very important role in shaping the character and morals of Muslims. At that time, education was carried out with a very integral approach, not only covering aspects of religious knowledge, but also moral and social aspects. One of the most prominent educational institutions during the Prophet's time was Kuttab, which functioned as a place to teach reading, writing, as well as basic religious knowledge such as the Koran and Hadith. Apart from that, the mosque also functions as a very strategic educational center, not only as a place of worship, but also as a place to study religious, social and cultural knowledge. In the mosque, the Prophet Muhammad SAW conveyed Allah's revelations, taught his friends, and provided guidance in various aspects of life. With this approach, education during the time of the Prophet Muhammad SAW succeeded in creating a society that had strong religious knowledge, noble morals, and was able to adapt to the times. This article will examine in more depth the role of Kuttabs and Mosques as centers of education during the time of the Prophet Muhammad SAW and their impact on the development of the Islamic education system that exists today.

Abstract

This study explores the integration of gender equality into curriculum development within the context of Islamic education at the elementary level. Employing a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through interviews, document analysis, and classroom observations at an Islamic elementary school known for its progressive curriculum initiatives. The findings reveal that while there is a growing awareness among educators regarding the importance of gender equality, its implementation in teaching materials and classroom practices remains limited and often reinforces traditional gender roles. Curriculum documents tend to portray male figures more dominantly, while female figures are underrepresented or confined to domestic roles. However, some educators have begun introducing alternative narratives and expressed openness to professional development on gender-sensitive pedagogy. This study concludes that integrating gender equality into Islamic education requires collaborative curriculum reform, culturally contextualized training, and alignment with core Islamic values. The results contribute to broader efforts in promoting inclusive education and offer practical insights for policymakers, educators, and curriculum developers.
