Jurnal Pendidikan Ekonomi, Perkantoran dan Akutansia (JPEPA) is a research base journal published by the Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta Indonesia. The scope and focus are related to research in the fields of economics, accounting, administration and also the study of economic education such as microeconomics, macroeconomics, development studies, behavioural economics, office administration, finance, leadership management, marketing, accounting and research on education in economics. The journal also publishes articles related to banking studies, small and medium enterprises, the stock market, teaching models for economic studies. It also publishes studies on development policies. According to its scope, Jurnal Pendidikan Ekonomi, Perkantoran, dan Akuntansi (JPEPA) welcomes multidisciplinary articles related to economic research, office administration, accounting, and economic education. The journal focuses on economic research and education with a quantitative and qualitative approach. There are many more problems related to economic studies and educational issues. Therefore, Jurnal Pendidikan Ekonomi, Perkantoran, dan Akuntansi (JPEPA) only publishes original research on economics, Office administration, accounting and economic education in Indonesia and abroad. The journal aims to publish scientific articles from researchers from Indonesia and other countries.

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of entrepreneurial knowledge, creativity, and family environment on the entrepreneurial interests of SMK Negeri 2 Sukabumi students. This research is a causal associative research with a quantitative approach and uses a survey method. The population in this study were students of SMK Negeri 2 Sukabumi. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique with certain considerations so that the population in this study was 326 students and a sample of 77 students who had been calculated using the Slovin formula with 10% equality. The data analysis technique used in this study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is calculated using SmartPLS software version 3.3.9. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurship knowledge has a positive and significant effect on students' interest in entrepreneurship, creativity has a positive and significant effect on students' interest in entrepreneurship and the family environment has a positive and significant effect on students' interest in entrepreneurship.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the need for achievement and self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intention amongst students of the Faculty of Economics in Jakarta State University class 2017 and 2018. This study employs a quantitative method using the questionnaire instrument. Data is obtained from 216 respondents comprising the class of 2017 and 2018 students. The model in this study uses a path analysis model. The analytical technique used in this study uses the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) model which is operated with the SmartPLS version 3.0 program for hypothesis testing. This study found that the need for achievement and self-efficacy positively and significantly affected entrepreneurial intention. These results showed that students will have high entrepreneurial intentions if they have a strong drive in individual characteristics to try hard and perform various tasks as well as possible in order to fulfill needs by setting goals and having individual confidence in their abilities to do various jobs effectively. Persistent in order to achieve the goals that have been planned and can complete them.]]>

<![CDATA[Advances in technology in the financial sector, namely fintech payments in the current digital era, can be a challenge to adapt in everyday life. And it is undeniable that the generation that grew up with technology has very different expectations and experiences in using digital media than previous generations. This study aims to determine the effect of digital economic literacy and financial inclusion on the ability to use fintech payments through financial inclusion for the MSMEs of the baby boomers generation based on valid data. Data collection was carried out in this study using quantitative techniques with data analysis techniques Path Analysis throughquestionnaires. The number of samples studied were 160 SMEs of the baby boomers generation in South Tangerang City in 2022. The research variable data was in the form of primary data consisting of the ability to use fintech payments (Y), digital economic literacy (X1) and financial inclusion (X2). The results of the study show that digital economic literacy has a positive effect on the ability to use fintech payments; financial inclusion has a positive effect on the ability to use fintech payments; digital economic literacy has an indirect effect on the ability to use fintech payments through financial inclusion.]]>

<![CDATA[Given the importance of the role of the community to pay taxes in their participation in bearing state financing, citizen awareness is required to fulfill their state obligations. Apart from awareness as citizens, most people do not fulfill the obligation to pay taxes, especially in the Central Jakarta City area. This study aims to determine the effect of perceptions of tax rates, tax payment methods and tax sanctions on taxpayer compliance in paying motor vehicle taxes. This research was conducted at the Central Jakarta City SAMSATOffice. The number of samples in this study were 234 respondents with the sampling method using the random sampling method. Collecting data in this study using quantitative techniques through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The analysis used in this study uses IBM SPSS version 24.0. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that tax rates and tax payment methods have no significant effect on taxpayer compliance, while tax sanctions have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance in paying motor vehicle taxes at the Central Jakarta City SAMSATOffice.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Diversity, Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior in State Vocational High School Teachers in South Jakarta. The research method used is a survey method using a descriptive approach with the population used are State Vocational School teachers in South Jakarta. This research model uses path analysis model. The analytical technique used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) which is operated with SmartPLS 3.0 software for hypothesis testing. The analysis technique carried out in PLS includes three stages, namely external model analysis, internal model analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results obtained from this study include a positive and significant influence on the diversity of organizational citizenship behavior, climate on organizational citizenship behavior, diversity on organizational citizenship behavior and diversity, organizational climate,and organizational commitment to organizational citizenship behavior.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to: 1) To find out the influence of learning facilities on the learning interest of students of SMK Diponegoro 1 Jakarta, 2) To find out the influence of teacher competence on the learning interest of students of SMK Diponegoro 1 Jakarta, 3) To find out the influence of learning facilities and teacher competence on the learning interest of students of SMK Diponegoro 1 Jakarta This research uses quantitative research methods with data analysis techniques in the form of multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS software version 25. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling with a total sample of 152 students. This study used a survey method in the form of a questionnaire to see the competencies on students' learning interests. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that learning facilities and teacher competencies together have a positive and significant effect on students' interest in learning.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to: 1) determine the effect of Industrial Work Practices on Job Readiness; (2) knowing the effect of the family environment on work readiness; (3) knowing the effect of motivation on work readiness; (4) determine the effect of Industrial Work Practices, Family Environment, and Motivation on Work Readiness. The population in this study were 179 students at SMKN 16 Jakarta, grade 12 for the academic year 2021-2022. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The number of samples in this study were 119 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire. The data were processed using the SPSS 25 program. The results showed that Industrial Work Practices, Family Environment and Motivation had a significant effect on the interest in entrepreneurship partially and simultaneously.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the factors that affect the Composite Stock Price Index during the covid 19 pandemic. Several factors were tested such as the influence of the BI Rate, Inflation, Exchange Rate. The Composite Stock Price Index is one of the stock market indexes used by the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This index includes the price movements of all common shares and preferred shares listed on the IDX. the method used in this study is to use the multiple linear regression method). The data Iin the research is sourced from the world stock website, Bank Indonesia, the official website of the global stock exchange, and the official OJK website which is processed through the Eviews application. The results of this study indicate that The results of this study indicate that 32,43% of the JCI is influenced by the variables in this study. The BI rate has a negative effect of -5.819273 but has no significant effect on the JCI. inflation has a positive effect of 25633.30 and does not have a partial significant effect on the JCI. And the exchange rate has a significant effect partially on the JCI variable with a positive effect of 0.513]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of teacher skills in using ICT and teacher teaching styles on student learning outcomes at SMKN 46 Jakarta. The results of this study are: (1) There is a significant positive effect between teachers' skills in using ICT on learning outcomes indicated by the value of t_count 2,846 > t_table 1,98397; (2) There is a significant positive effect between the teacher's teaching style on learning outcomes as indicated by the value of t_count 2,983 > t_table 1,98397; (3) There is a significant positive effect between the skills of teachers in using ICT and the teaching style of teachers on learning outcomes as indicated by the value of nilai f_count 42,2 > f_table 3,09. The multiple correlation coefficient is 0.677 and the coefficient of determination is 0.447 or 58.7%, the variable teacher skills in using ICT and the teacher's teaching style affect student learning outcomes simultaneously and the rest is influenced by other factors studied]]>
