Jurnal Pendidikan Ekonomi, Perkantoran dan Akutansia (JPEPA) is a research base journal published by the Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta Indonesia. The scope and focus are related to research in the fields of economics, accounting, administration and also the study of economic education such as microeconomics, macroeconomics, development studies, behavioural economics, office administration, finance, leadership management, marketing, accounting and research on education in economics. The journal also publishes articles related to banking studies, small and medium enterprises, the stock market, teaching models for economic studies. It also publishes studies on development policies. According to its scope, Jurnal Pendidikan Ekonomi, Perkantoran, dan Akuntansi (JPEPA) welcomes multidisciplinary articles related to economic research, office administration, accounting, and economic education. The journal focuses on economic research and education with a quantitative and qualitative approach. There are many more problems related to economic studies and educational issues. Therefore, Jurnal Pendidikan Ekonomi, Perkantoran, dan Akuntansi (JPEPA) only publishes original research on economics, Office administration, accounting and economic education in Indonesia and abroad. The journal aims to publish scientific articles from researchers from Indonesia and other countries.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether creativity and skills have an influence on business success. The basis of this research is because creativity and skills have a direct relationship with business success. The method used in this research is a survey method. The data used in this study is quantitative data using path analysis . The population in this study is Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) located in East Jakarta with an affordable population in Cakung District. This sampling used simple random sampling . The sample in this study amounted to 93 entrepreneurs respondents in SMEs located in East Jakarta. The results of this study are: (1) There is a positive and significant effect of Creativity on Skills. (2) There is a positive and significant effect of Creativity on Business Success. (3) There is a skill that has a positive and significant effect on business success. (4) There is a simultaneous positive and significant influence on Creativity and Skills on Business Success.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Emotional Intelligence and Work Environment on Job Satisfaction in State Vocational High School Teachers in the East Jakarta Region. This research was conducted for six months from October 2021 to March 2022. The method used in this study was a survey or questionnaire distribution using a Likert scale. The sample used in this study obtained 227 teacher respondents from 13 State Vocational Schools in East Jakarta who were accredited A. Based on the research conducted, it was found that there was a positive influence between Emotional Intelligence and Job Satisfaction and there was also a positive influence between Work Environment and Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Socio-Economic Status of Parents and Self-Efficacy on Interest in Continuing Education in Higher Education in High School Students, Cengkareng District. The research method that the researcher uses is a survey method with a descriptive approach, the population used is class XII SMA Cengkareng Subdistrict with a sample of 165 with a population of 110 students. The analysis technique used in this study uses the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) model which is operated by SmartPLS version 3.0 program for hypothesis testing. The results obtained are that the socioeconomic status of parents has a positive and significant effect on the interest in continuing to college, self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on the interest in continuing to college, the socio-economic status of parents and self- efficacy have a simultaneous effect on the interest in continuing to college.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy and motivation to enter the world of work on student work readiness of the faculty of economics, State University of Jakarta. The method used is a survey method. The respondetnt selection technique uses Propotional Random Sampling which refers to Isaac and Michael’s table so that an affordable population of 441 students is obtaines with a sample of 195 students. The respondents studied in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, batch 2018. Data were collected through a questionnaire with a likert scale. Based on the results of the research conducted, it was found that Self-Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on Job Readiness. Motivation to Enter the World of Work has a positive and significant effect on Work Readiness. In accordance with the research hypothesis.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of time management on academic procrastination mediated by self-regulated learning during the COVID- 19 pandemic in students of SMK PGRI 1 Jakarta. The research method used in this research is a survey or questionnaire distribution using a Likert scale. The sample used in this study obtained 245 respondents from SMK PGRI 1 Jakarta students. Based on the research conducted, the results show that there is a positive and significant effect of self-regulated learning in mediating the indirect effect of time management on academic procrastination.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of rewards and peer environment on student motivation at SMKN 2 Cikarang Barat majoring in Governance & Office Automation. The method used is a survey method. The respondent selection technique uses Proportional Random Sampling which refers to Isaac and Michael's tables so that an affordable population of 316 students is obtained with a sample of 161 students. Respondents studied in this study were students of class X, XI and XII of SMKN 2 Cikarang Barat majoring in Governance & Office Automation. Data were collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Based on the results of research conducted, it was found that rewards have a positive and significant effect on learning motivation. Peer environment has a positive and significant effect on learning motivation. In accordance with the research hypothesis.

Abstract

Abstract

This research aims to: 1) To determine the influence of locus of control on ethical behavior of Faculty of Economics student at State University of Jakarta. 2) To determine the influence of emotional intelligence on ethical behavior of Faculty of Economics student at State University of Jakarta. 3) To determine the influence of locus of control and emotional intelligence on ethical behavior of Faculty of Economics student at State University of Jakarta. This study uses quantitative research methods with data analysis techniques in the form of multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software version 25. The sampling technique used is proportionate stratified random sampling with a total sample of 218 students. This research is a survey-research in the form of a questionnaire to see the effect of locus of control and emotional intelligence on students' ethical behavior. Based on the analysis, it was found that locus of control has a positive and significant effect on ethical behavior, emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on ethical behavior, also locus of control and emotional intelligence together have a positive and significant effect on ethical behavior.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are an important part of the economy of a country or a region, Indonesia is no exception. Business in the beverage sector does not always complement the food business. The place or location of this research is the contemporary beverage MSMEs in the South Jakarta area. The research was carried out for two months starting from February 2022 to March 2022 which was carried out in stages. In compiling the report, it was concluded that the financing of KUR funds from BRI for the contemporary beverage MSMEs in the South Jakarta area was indeed very effective. The current drink sellers admitted that after getting KUR funds from BRI, their business grew, starting from the turnover they got to the required infrastructure. This is because the financing of KUR funds from BRI does not only provide assistance in the form of funds but also monitors the development of each of these MSME businesses, so that MSME entrepreneurs feel very helped. The role of KUR financing in the development of contemporary beverage MSMEs in the South Jakarta area with this financing can increase business productivity, especially for MSME businesses in Tebet, South Jakarta. This shows that KUR funds provided by BRI can have a positive effect on the development of MSMEs, this can be seen from the initial profits and profits after receiving KUR funds always increase so that MSME entrepreneurs feel very helped. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of industrial work practices, vocational competence, and self-efficacy on job readiness and the effect of industrial work practices and vocational competence on job readiness through self-efficacy. The population comes from students of Class XII Accounting Skills Competence at the South Jakarta State Vocational High School totaling 174 with a sample of 114. This research is a quantitative study with a survey method. The variables of work readiness and self-efficacy used data derived from the results of distributing questionnaires. While the variables of industrial work practice and vocational competence use data in the form of prakerin values and competency test scores. The results obtained, namely that there is a positive and significant influence on industrial work practices, vocational competence, and self-efficacy on job readiness partially, and there is a positive and significant influence on industrial work practices and vocational competence on job readiness through self-efficacy.
