Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan jumlah jamaah umrah berdasarkan tiga jenis paket layanan yang ditawarkan oleh PT. Ebad Alrahman Wisata, yaitu Paket Ebad, Diva, dan Thaibah, selama periode Juli 2024 hingga Maret 2025. Ketiga paket tersebut memiliki segmentasi pasar yang berbeda, mulai dari kelas eksklusif, semi-eksklusif, hingga paket ekonomis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi non-partisipatif dan dokumentasi terhadap data internal perusahaan berupa rekapitulasi jumlah jamaah per paket setiap bulannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya fluktuasi jumlah jamaah yang signifikan pada masing-masing paket dari waktu ke waktu. Paket Thaibah mendominasi pada awal periode, sedangkan Paket Diva menunjukkan puncak performa pada awal tahun 2025. Sementara itu, Paket Ebad mengalami peningkatan yang stabil dan mencapai puncak pada bulan Maret 2025 menjelang Ramadan. Perbedaan preferensi konsumen ini mencerminkan keberhasilan strategi segmentasi dan pelayanan yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan dalam pengambilan keputusan strategis, khususnya dalam hal promosi, pengembangan layanan, dan penentuan waktu pemasaran yang tepat.

Abstract

This study investigates the business feasibility of a digital platform designed to promote healthy lifestyle education in Indonesia. In light of growing public awareness regarding physical and mental well-being, interactive digital platforms have emerged as a strategic tool—serving both educational and market innovation purposes. Using a case study approach, the research examines market readiness, financial projections, technological infrastructure, and operational capabilities. Data collection methods include online surveys, stakeholder interviews, and comparative analysis of similar platforms. The feasibility assessment relies on SWOT analysis and Net Present Value (NPV) calculations to evaluate sustainability and profitability. Findings indicate significant market interest, especially in features related to health tracking and user-friendly experiences. Despite promising financial indicators (positive NPV and break-even point in the third year), challenges remain in brand awareness and user acquisition strategies. Opportunities for collaboration with wellness communities and health institutions further strengthen the platform’s long-term potential. This research provides a strategic foundation for developers, investors, and scholars interested in digital health entrepreneurship. It highlights the importance of user-centered design, adaptive monetization models, and integrated branding strategies to ensure viability and impact.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh harga, label halal, dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian pelembap wajah merek Wardah pada Generasi Z di Kota Serang. Data diperoleh melalui metode purposive sampling dengan 102 responden. Analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda menunjukkan harga dan kualitas produk berpengaruh positif serta signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (signifikansi 0,032 dan 0,000 < 0,05). Sebaliknya, label halal tidak berpengaruh signifikan (signifikansi 0,634 > 0,05). Uji F menyatakan ketiga variabel secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan (signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05). Koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,440 menunjukkan 44% variasi keputusan pembelian dijelaskan oleh variabel tersebut, sementara 56% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya strategi penetapan harga dan peningkatan kualitas produk untuk mendorong keputusan pembelian Generasi Z. Namun, persepsi terhadap label halal perlu kajian lebih lanjut dalam konteks pemasaran kosmetik halal.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an interactive e-module based on Canva for the Creative Projects and Entrepreneurship (PKK) subject at SMKN 44 Jakarta, specifically for the Production Plan material. This study uses the ADDIE development model, which consists of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation, with implementation carried out on a small group of 10 students. Data collection techniques were conducted through expert validation and student and teacher response questionnaires. The validation results indicated that the developed e-module falls into the ‘acceptable’ category, while the practicality test results showed positive responses with an average score above 80%. This e-module is expected to serve as an alternative digital learning medium that is engaging, practical, and aligned with the learning needs of vocational high school students. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahap: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation, dengan implementasi dilakukan pada kelompok kecil sebanyak 10 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui validasi ahli dan angket respon siswa serta guru. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa e-modul yang dikembangkan berada dalam kategori "layak", sedangkan hasil uji kepraktisan menunjukkan respon positif dengan rata-rata skor di atas 80%. E-modul ini diharapkan dapat menjadi alternatif media pembelajaran digital yang menarik, praktis, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pembelajaran siswa SMK. Kata kunci: ADDIE, Canva, E-modul

Abstract

Abstrak. Abstract. This study aims to determine the extent to which parenting styles, parents' socioeconomic status, and learning motivation influence student academic achievement at MTs Al Maghfiroh Jakarta. The background of this study is the low academic performance of students, as indicated by their report card grades, and preliminary survey results showing that both internal factors within students and their surrounding environment play a role in their academic achievement. The study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 124 students as respondents, and the data was analysed quantitatively. The results of the study indicate that parenting styles, parents' socioeconomic status, and learning motivation all have a positive and significant influence on students' academic achievement, both individually and collectively. This demonstrates that students' success is not only influenced by their internal motivation to learn but also by the role and support of their families, including how parents educate their children and the economic conditions at home. These findings encourage all parties, especially schools and parents, to collaborate in creating a more supportive learning environment for students.Keywords: parenting style, parents' socioeconomic status, learning motivation, academic achievement. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pola asuh orang tua, status sosial ekonomi orang tua dan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di MTs Al Maghfiroh Jakarta. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah masih rendahnya nilai siswa pada nilai rapot siswa, serta hasil survei awal yang menunjukkan bahwa baik faktor dari dalam diri siswa maupun lingkungan sekitar berperan dalam pencapaian belajar mereka. Penelitian dilakukan dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada 124 siswa sebagai responden, dan data dianalisis secara kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola asuh, status sosial ekonomi orang tua dan motivasi belajar sama-sama berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, baik secara sendiri-sendiri maupun bersama-sama. Ini membuktikan bahwa keberhasilan siswa tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh semangat belajar dari dalam diri mereka saja, tetapi juga oleh peran dan dukungan keluarga, termasuk cara orang tua mendidik serta kondisi ekonomi di rumah. Temuan ini mengajak semua pihak, terutama sekolah dan orang tua, untuk bekerja sama menciptakan suasana belajar yang lebih mendukung bagi siswa.Kata Kunci: pola asuh, status sosial ekonomi orang tua, motivasi belajar, prestasi belajar.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of inventory management on the effectiveness of cash management in manufacturing companies. The main issue faced by CV. X is the high amount of capital tied up in inventory, resulting in liquidity difficulties despite stable sales. The research applies a descriptive quantitative method, using financial report documentation and interviews as data collection techniques. The findings indicate that ineffective inventory management directly impacts the company’s cash flow capability. Inaccurate inventory records also lead to poor decision-making in raw material procurement. Therefore, the implementation of stock cards and regular inventory control is highly recommended to maintain a balance between stock availability and operational needs.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of Leadership and Workload on Employee Performance at CV. XYZ. The research methodology used in this study is a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this study used a census sample involving 42 employees as respondents. Data collection techniques were carried out using a questionnaire consisting of several statements and measured using the Likert Scale. Data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. Data were processed using SmartPLS 4.1 software. The research findings indicate that Leadership (X1) has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance. Additionally, Workload (X2) also has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the effect of Training and Promotion on the Performance of Employees at PT. XYZ. This research uses a quantitative method with a sample size of 60 employees and employs a census sampling technique. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with several statements measured using a Likert Scale. Data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method through SmartPLS 4.1 software. The research results show that partially, Training (X1) and Job Promotion (X2) have a significant positive effect on (Y) Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether the Influence of Leadership and Work Discipline on Employee Performance of PT. XYZ. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample or census of 40 employees as respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire in several questions and was measured using a Likert Scale. Data analysis used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. Data was processed using SMART PLS 4.1 software. The results of the study showed that (X1) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. In addition, (X2) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of independent commissioners, institutional ownership, and company size on tax avoidance. The objects in this study are consumer non-cyclicals sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2019-2023. This research method is quantitative research. The population in this study is 125 consumer non-cyclicals sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sampling method used in this study is purposeful sampling. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression and processed using the Eviews Version 12 program. Based on the results of the F test, the independent commissioner variable, institutional ownership, and company size simultaneously or jointly influence the tax avoidance variable. And partially the results of the study show that company size has a significant effect on tax avoidance. While the independent commissioner and institutional ownership hypotheses are rejected on tax avoidance.
