Abstract

This inquiry points to analyzing the social capital had by the community in actualizing CBT in Lut Tawar Lake tourism, where traditions, culture, and conventions ought to be one of the social tourism goals that must be created. This social capital is within the frame of the part of community pioneers and devout pioneers in creating Lut Tawar Lake tourism, amid the existing differences. This consider is a subjective inquiry with a phenomenological approach. This investigation got essential information through in-depth interviews. In the interim, auxiliary information was gotten from composed data in online media, diaries, and books. This investigation contends that the application of CBT in creating the Lut Tawar Lake traveler fascination is suitable, since apart from being able to create the environment sound and lovely, it can make strides in the economy of neighborhood inhabitants. Abstract

The research will focus on analyzing digital leadership in the digitalization of ASN management in Bogor Regency that has already been established and implemented. The research will utilize a qualitative approach, employing data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and literature studies. The validation process will involve data and source triangulation. The study's findings indicate that although the digitalization of ASN management has been carried out, there are still weaknesses present. These weaknesses include a fragmented and non-integrated system. Additionally, digital leadership currently faces challenges such as a digital divide, low commitment, poor adaptation to digital culture, inadequate regulations that do not fully cover the various systems being developed, and weak information system security. The research recommends that the Bogor Regency government prioritize the identification of a digital leadership figure who meets specific criteria. These criteria include possessing a vision and mission for digital transformation, demonstrating digital competence, collaboration skills, the ability to formulate regulations, fostering a digital culture, and exhibiting strong commitment and leadership abilities.

Abstract

Public service is an activity to fulfill community needs provided by government agencies. The community certainly needs the best quality service. Until now, the public considers that the government has slow, wasteful and functional bureaucratic performance. People often complain about the complexity of processing population documents. One of Indonesia's population documents is the Child Identity Card. Efforts to develop the implementation of government on an electronic basis to realize improvements in the quality of public services effectively and efficiently are called E-government. The Tangerang City Population and Civil Registration Service is implementing the Digital Population Identity application as an e-government implementation to serve the community. However, there are still several problems with implementing this application, namely that people are worried about data security, the application sometimes experiences problems, and the Child Identity Card service features are still incomplete. The aim of the research carried out is to find out how the e-government development process at Child Identity Cards Tangerang City is based on the use of the Digital Population Identity application and what the supporting and inhibiting factors are. This research is of a qualitative type with a descriptive method that uses the results of analysis from Indrajit's theory (2016) which has three aspects of success in developing e-government, including Support, Capacity and Value. This analysis shows that the development of e-government at Child Identity Cards Tangerang City using the Digital Population Identity application has not been successful because there are several obstacles that must be corrected.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of ASN Core Value implementation on the quality of public services in Padalarang District, West Bandung Regency. Through a quantitative descriptive approach and linear regression analysis, this study evaluates the relationship between the implementation of ASN Core Values, known by the acronym BerAKHLAK (Service-Oriented, Accountable, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, and Collaborative), with the quality of public services. The results of the study indicate that there is a significant and positive relationship between the implementation of ASN Core Values ​​and improving the quality of public services. The regression coefficient of 0.457 and the correlation value of 0.613 indicate that the implementation of BerAKHLAK values ​​can significantly improve the quality of public services.

Abstract

Current developments in technology and information systems This is progressing quite rapidly. Electronic human resource management (E-HRM) as an organizational unit consisting of personnel who process human resource data using computer and non-computer technology. This study uses the literature review method related to business law (BL), economic analysis of law (EAL), and E-HRM research. Literature sources in this study used books, information sources from official government agencies and international organizations as well as scientific articles accredited by Science and Technology Index (SINTA) or SCOPUS. The search strategy uses keywords related to related topics. E-HRM is the embodiment of the intelligent society 5.0 culture in managing the staffing system. Various scopes of personnel management such as planning, administration, payroll and staff evaluation can be carried out effectively and efficiently in mining industry

Abstract

The main goal of designing the Society 5.0 concept is to build a human-centered society, balance economic and social progress, and create new value through technological developments. The development of human resources (HR) in the era of digitalization has become the focus of attention of many companies. In this era, information and communication technology has changed the way of working and interaction between individuals and organizations. Therefore, the main focus of this article is to find out how the relevance of the goals to be achieved in the Society 5.0 era to the aspects needed in human resource management, namely Complex Problem Solving (CPS), Social Skills (SS), and Process Skills (PS) in Human Resource Behavior (PSDM) and Digital Marketing (PD) which are studied using qualitative research methods. The results of the study show that in synthesis, Complex Problem Solving, Social Skill, Marketing, and Process Skill are three very important abilities in HR behavior in the Society 5.0 era. They help HR to solve complex problems, interact with others, and manage industrial processes effectively and efficiently. The relevance of the goals of the Society 5.0 era to Complex Problem Solving, Social Skills, Marketing, and Process Skills in PSDM and PD is very significant. The Society 5.0 era prioritizes the use of technology to improve the quality of human life, so human resources must have the ability to adapt to technological changes and build competencies that are in accordance with the needs of organizations in the mining world.

Abstract

Industry 4.0, with technological advances such as automation, artificial intelligence, and big data, has brought significant changes in the way employees work and productivity in start-up technology companies. This transformation requires employees to develop new skills and adapt to a more dynamic and complex work environment. This research aims to analyze the influence of Industry 4.0 on work behavior and controlling employee productivity through the Systematic Literature Review (SLR). This research uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to collect and analyze relevant literature regarding the influence of Industry 4.0 on work behavior and employee productivity. Inclusion and exclusion criteria were established to select relevant studies from a variety of sources, including scientific journals, books, industry reports, and other reliable sources. Data were analyzed using a qualitative approach with a focus on identifying main themes from the literature collected. The analysis results show that Industry 4.0 brings significant changes in work behavior, including the need for flexibility and adaptation to new technology. Training and developing digital skills is very important to increase productivity. Transformational leadership has been proven to have a positive impact on employee motivation and performance. Apart from that, effective human resource management and a focus on employee welfare are also key factors in facing the challenges and exploiting the opportunities presented by Industry 4.0. This research concludes that the adoption of Industry 4.0 technology brings many benefits in increasing employee productivity and efficiency, but also demands significant changes in HR management strategies and skills training. Start-up technology companies need to invest in developing digital skills, employ transformational leadership, and create work environments that support employee well-being to maximize the benefits of this transformation. These findings provide valuable insights for companies looking to optimize employee productivity in this digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of the bureaucratic simplification policy by equating administrative positions to functional positions in the West Bandung Regency Regional Secretariat. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, as well as data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with key informants, main informants, and supporting informants. The results of the study indicate that the bureaucratic simplification policy has a significant impact on organizational performance, but on the other hand also faces various challenges related to communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. These challenges include unclear information, unsynchronized budget allocation, and competency gaps that arise due to job equalization.

Abstract

These traditional agricultural systems have proven effective in maintaining local food security for centuries, they now face various challenges. Pressures from population growth, land-use change, and climate change threaten the sustainability of many traditional agricultural systems. The purpose of this study is to show that the integration of local wisdom in the modern agricultural system has also begun to receive recognition in national policies. Qualitative research uses a descriptive approach to collect data systematically, factually, and quickly according to the description when the research is carried out. The results of this study show that with the right approach, recognition and protection of customary rights can be an important foundation in building a food security system that is not only productive, but also ecologically sustainable and socially just.

Abstract

This study examines the implications of legal policies on the social structure of village communities in rural areas of Indonesia. Using a qualitative approach based on literature review, this research analyzes how the implementation of various legal policies affects social dynamics, power relation patterns, and local institutions in rural areas. The results show that legal policies, especially those related to decentralization, agrarian reform, and recognition of indigenous communities, have resulted in significant changes in rural social structures. However, their impact varies depending on local context and community capacity in responding to changes. This study identifies transformations in local leadership, restructuring of access to resources, and shifts in traditional value systems. These findings highlight the importance of a more contextual and participatory approach in the formulation and implementation of legal policies in rural areas.
