Abstract

Based on the results of the 2020 population census released by the Central Statistics Agency at the end of January, and provides a picture of Indonesia's demographics that has changed a lot from the results of the previous census in 2010. As predicted and analysed by various groups, Indonesia is in a period called the demographic bonus. Interestingly, the 2020 census results show that the composition of the Indonesian population mostly comes from Generation Z or Gen Z (27.94 per cent), which is the generation born between 1997 and 2012. The millennial generation, which is predicted to be the motor of the current community movement, is slightly below Gen Z, which is 25.87 per cent of the total population of Indonesia. This means that the existence of Gen Z plays an important role and influences the development of Indonesia now and in the future. Gen Z, which is filled with teenagers and young adults, many of whom are still studying at universities. From the womb of the university, scholars are born who describe intellectual figures, scientists, and professionals in their respective fields. The most important thing here is actually not the quantity, but the quality of the College itself. A quality university not only produces smart and competitive scholars but must also contribute to improving the welfare of the nation through the knowledge and culture it develops. The problem that arises is that our campuses focus more on providing hard skills and intellectual intelligence. But there are things that are overlooked, namely the importance of teaching soft skills to students considering that these soft skills are also important things to encourage the success of a student and teenager for now and in the future. Based on this background, the author is interested in further research on the Urgency of planting soft skills for students in the era of disruption through organisational culture. This research uses a qualitative descriptive literature method. Based on this research, it is found that students and female students are not only sufficiently filled with knowledge but also need to be equipped with soft skills through acculturation in organisations in an educational institution so that their psychology is formed and becomes a tough and survivable person to face various kinds of situations and conditions faced.

Abstract

The pheneomenon of sexual intercourse outside the marriage is officially acknowledged by underage marriage dispensation granted by the court which is given based on an urgent reason that the applicant has been pregnant eventhough she is under age. After the court has given this dispensation copy to KUA (Local Religious Affairs Office), it is officially admitted that the child of the couple is an adultery child who is legally problematic for his/her family lineage and mahram. In fiqh, the nasab of children of adultery could be determined by reffering to the perpsective stated by jumhuru al-fuqaha' group and mu'ashirah fatwa. However, the procedure for recording the adultery children's identity contradicts to the Islamic law. Therefore, the focus of this research was: (1) how was the view of the ulama in determining the family lineage of adultery children? (2) Who was responsible for overseeing the legal administration records of adultery children in Indonesia? This research applied normative juridical method.

Women have the same rights and obligations in obtaining a proper education, so that women can develop their potential. Women's education is also carried out in Islamic boarding schools, because Islamic boarding schools strive to be a learning vehicle for women so that they can develop their abilities well. From this background, the aim of this research is to describe women's education at the Sirojul Falah Mulyorejo Islamic Boarding School, Jember Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach. The results of the research show that women's education activities at the Sirojul Islamic Boarding School have been carried out well. In this Islamic boarding school, female students and Muslim mothers are required to understand nisa jurisprudence such as the laws of menstruation, postpartum and istihadloh, among other things. The reason for implementing women's education at the Sirojul Falah Islamic Boarding School is that many female students and Muslim mothers do not fully understand the nisa jurisprudence. This Islamic boarding school uses the Book of Women's Qodrat by Kyai Ahmad Kamaludin, the Head of the Mambaul Falah Islamic Boarding School. This activity is carried out every Friday, from one in the afternoon to three in the afternoon at the Sirojul Falah Mulyorejo Prayer Room. Abstract

Maharashtra, a culturally diverse state, is home to several tribal communities, each contributing richly to the region's cultural tapestry while facing socio-economic challenges. This paper provides an exhaustive review of tribal welfare schemes in Maharashtra, aiming to assess their impact, especially in areas of education and socio-economic development. Drawing from an array of studies conducted over the years, the paper highlights the variability of initiatives across districts, emphasizing the importance of tailored approaches. Key findings suggest the state's commitment to tribal upliftment through schemes addressing employment, agriculture, health, education, and more. However, challenges such as effective communication, quality education delivery, and addressing pervasive health issues, like malnutrition, persist. The paper concludes with recommendations, advocating for region-specific approaches, enhanced communication strategies, a renewed focus on health, and collaboration with NGOs. Overall, the study underscores Maharashtra's dedicated efforts towards tribal welfare while suggesting avenues for intensified focus and improvement.
