Abstract

This research aims to describe the learning of the Book of Washiyyatul Musthofa in forming the spiritual intelligence of students. This research uses qualitative research with a focus on literature review and uses a descriptive-analytic approach. This research is a type of library research or literature review. The results of this research show that learning the book Washiyyatul Musthofa is very effective in developing the spiritual intelligence of students. Based on this research which only discusses the study of the Washiyyatul Musthofa book in the formation of spiritual intelligence of students, it is hoped that there will be further research that discusses the formation of spiritual intelligence using research objects that are more complex in scope and also using more varied research methods.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the forms of difference and supporting and inhibiting factors in learning the book of Fiqh, namely the book of fathul qorib at the Miftahul Ulum Plerean Sumberjambe Islamic boarding school. The approach in this research is qualitative research. The results of the research show that the values ​​of moderation, namely tolerance, have been taught through the Fathul Qorib book, where in the Fathul Qorib book there are several chapters related to justice, namely the Kitabul Faroid Walwashoya (inheritance) chapter and the jinayah (punishment) chapter. Moderation is very important to apply in everyday life to uphold unity, benefit, goodness and peace. One effort to establish religious moderation can be applied through education, namely including the values ​​of religious moderation in the study of the book Fathul Qorib. The data collection techniques for this research are interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research explain that the internalization of religious moderation values ​​can be developed through learning the Book of Fatul Qorib, then it can be applied through religious formation carried out through planning, implementation and evaluation of Fathul Qorib learning so that ultimately an attitude of religious moderation is formed in students.

Abstract

At-Tijani Tarekat education is one of the Sufism education processes carried out in Sumber Lesung Village, Ledokombo District, Jember Regency. The congregation was very enthusiastic about participating in this activity. This research aims to describe the education of the At-Tijani Congregation in Sumber Lesung Village. This research approach uses qualitative with descriptive research type. The results of the research show that the implementation of Tarekat At-Tijani education is carried out through providing materials/practices and practices of the Tarekat Tijaniyah to the congregation. The material and practices of the Tarekat Tijaniyah are in the form of wirid ordinaryah, wazifah, and hailalah. The core material and practices of the practice are istigfar and sholawat. The implementation of this tarekat education is carried out as an effort to follow the commands of Allah SWT by increasing the reading of istghfar, sholawat and monotheism sentences. The aim of this education is to create Sufistic values ​​in humans so that they become humans who have a good personality, have good morals, are steadfast in worship, and are able to maintain good relationships with fellow humans (wahablun minannass) and good relationships with Allah SWT (hablun minallah)

Abstract

The implementation of the Living Qur'an began with the phenomenon of people reading the Koran at certain times and traditions. Apart from that, the Al-Qur'an is always memorized, making pieces of Al-Qur'an verses to decorate mosques and homes. This research is focused and aimed at describing the implementation of the living Quran in the seven-monthly tradition in Ampel Village, Wuluhan District, Jember Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research which uses observation, interviews and documentation to collect data. The research results show that the Seven Months Tradition is a procession carried out as a form of gratitude to Allah SWT, for having been blessed with a child. The processions carried out in the Seven Months Tradition include: reading selected surahs. The aim is that the baby in the womb will resemble the Prophet Yusuf and Siti Maryam in terms of appearance, morals and obedience. Apart from that, reading verses from the Al-Qur'an, prayers and tahlil can have an impact on mothers and babies.

Abstract

The importance of knowing the Qur'an for human life is the driving force behind this study. Therefore, having facilities capable of printing generations of the Qur'an is very important for their development. In this case, Pondok Pesantren Al-Qodiri 1 Jember, one of the founding institutions of Jember, formed a special team called TPMQ (Al-Qur'an Quality Assurance Team) to supervise the recitation of the Qur'an by students. Based on the above background, the following problem formulation can be put forward, What is the TPMQ Strategy to Improve the Quality of Students' Al-Qur'an Reading? , How is the application of the Talaqqi Method at MTs Al-Qodiri Featured 1 Jember? , How well is the development of MTs students' reading skills?. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The descriptive nature is categorized as field research. How to collect data through observation, documentation, and interviews. The research was conducted at MTs. The flagship of Al-Qodiri 1 Jember, which is one of the institutions run by the Al-Qodiri 1 Jember Islamic Boarding School Foundation. Based on the results of the research, learning the Qur'an with the talaqqi method used by TPMQ at MTs Unggulan Al-Qodiri 1 Jember is very effective and can improve students' Al-Qur'an reading skills.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the response of educators in implementing the independent learning curriculum at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darul Ulum Tugusari Bangsalsari Jember. The method used in the research is descriptive qualitative research. The results of the research show that the implementation of the independent learning curriculum has been responded well by Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darul Ulum Tugusari Bangsalsari Jember. One indication is that gradually, this institution started implementing the independent learning curriculum, namely in grades 1 and 4. The implementation of the independent learning curriculum uses independent learning package books and LKS books held by students. In implementing this independent learning curriculum, this Madrasah does not yet have The RPP for the Independent Learning Curriculum is due to the fact that there is still no further training related to the Independent Curriculum in the relevant schools, but this Madrasah teacher can understand the Independent Learning Curriculum which comes from the head of the Madrasah and searches on Google, both on the form and model of the Independent Curriculum and how to implement it. Until now , the independent curriculum is implemented within a period of approximately two months from the start of the even semester and is still in a gradual system.

Abstract

Asy-Syafa'ah Middle School is a school that has students from various ethnicities, customs and beliefs, such as students who come from Javanese, Madurese descent, and there are also those who come from outside the island, namely from Ambon. With this situation, this junior high school has implemented PAI learning based on religious moderation to deal with various different backgrounds. Therefore, this research aims to describe the contribution of Islamic religious education learning in the formation of moderate Islam for students at Asy-Syafa'ah Jember Middle School. This research is field research with a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of the research show that Asy-Syafa'ah Jember Middle School has internalized the values ​​of religious moderation in PAI learning and integrated it into the development of PAI material. Among the values ​​of Islamic moderation that are internalized are tolerance, balance and justice so that students are able to balance the harmony that exists in society. In order for this learning to run optimally, Asy-Syafa'ah Jember Middle School applies several methods that must be applied by all teaching staff and in the school environment. These methods are example, habituation, and punishment.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of coffee boarding school education in forming the entrepreneurial spirit of students at the At-Tanwir Islamic Boarding School. Therefore, this research uses a qualitative method with a case study type of research. The results of this research show that the At-Tanwir Islamic Boarding School has implemented the Coffee Islamic Boarding School Education in forming the entrepreneurial spirit of students. This coffee boarding school education is applied to students who have graduated from vocational high schools (SMK). This coffee boarding school education can change their mindset so that they no longer choose to work overseas, but they can develop the talents they have gained in this coffee boarding school education to become entrepreneurs. This education is carried out twice a week, namely on Sundays and Thursdays.

Abstract

The weakness of religious and moral character in students at this time is one of the complex problems. As many students do not understand the ethics of respect for teachers, elders, or colleagues. This study aims to determine the construction of transformative Islamic education in the spiritual aspects, behavior, and knowledge of students through the activities of the Manaqib dzikir majlis. The method used in this study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, and the data was obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the majlis dhikr manaqib activity was the right activity to cultivate religious character, affected the breadth of students' knowledge, and formed student morale.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the implementation of the ice breaking method in increasing student learning motivation in the Islamic Cultural History subject at MA Ar-Rohmah Suren. This research uses a qualitative research approach. The results of this research indicate that the ice breaking method has been implemented at the MA Ar-Rohmah institution. At this institution the ice breaking method is implemented by several teachers. Teachers who implement the ice breaking method adapt to student needs or the situation in the classroom. Even though the implementation does not correspond to the stages of ice breaking, the purpose of implementing ice breaking has been felt by the students. When studying, students feel very motivated because there is a different atmosphere in the class or the learning time is more cheerful and enthusiastic. Students don't feel bored in class because there are breaks in boring learning, so that in the end students get excellent grades.
