Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the Quipper School application on accounting learning outcomes at SMA W.R. Supratman 2 Medan. This research uses an experimental method. Sampling in this research was carried out using random sampling. The research subjects were all students of class XI IPS SMA W.R. Supratman 2 Medan, totaling 96 people. The instruments used were interviews and tests. The test is in the form of multiple choices, totaling 20 questions, and is carried out with a pre-test and post-test. The results show that the average value and learning outcomes of the experimental class using the Quipper School application are higher than those of the control class, which does not use the Quipper School application. Based on hypothesis testing using the SPSS version 20 program, the value obtained was Sig tailed = 0.003 with a significant level (α = 0.05).

Abstract

Abstract Tourism is a promising sector in increasing people's income, but what is the impact of tourist visits and local income on the human development index as a measure of quality progress in the area. The aim of this research is to analyze the impact of the large contribution of tourist visits and local revenue in increasing the human development index in Banyuwangi Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach by analyzing secondary data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency. The research results show that the influence of tourist visits and local income on the human development index is significant with a determinant coefficient value of 90.4%. The high coefficient value indicates that tourist visits and local income are variables that can increase the Human Development index in Banyuwangi Regency.

Abstract

The Pawon Urip program is an exciting initiative in realizing a green economy as part of efforts to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Through this approach, it is expected to increase natural resource efficiency, minimize environmental impacts, and provide sustainable economic benefits. The objectives of the research on the realization of a green economy through the Pawon Urip program to meet the SDGs include evaluating the program's impact on environmental sustainability, analyzing its contribution to increasing food security (SDGs 2). This research uses a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. The results of this study refer to a shift towards more sustainable and environmentally friendly natural resource empowerment practices. This pawon urip program encourages economic growth that is not only materially beneficial, but also minimizes negative impacts on the environment.

Abstract

This research is a preliminary study of the need for the development of Augmented Reality- based Physics learning media on the material of Effort and Energy. The purpose of this study is to determine the initial description of the needs of Augmented Reality-based learning media on the material of Effort and Energy of High School Physics. The method in this research is descriptive quantitative. Based on the survey that has been done obtained the results that the material of effort and energy is quite difficult material with a percentage of 61, 75%, so that the development of media on the material of effort and energy is necessary, 100% of teachers agree if developed this learning media and 98% of students are interested and want to use Augmented Reality-based learning media in the learning process so that the development of this media needs to be developed.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of the project based learning method "Arab Friends" through the use of the HelloTalk application to improve Arabic speaking skills. The method used is a qualitative descriptive method with a primary data collection process through observation, interviews, and document review. The subjects of the study were 25 middle-level students at the Al Azhar Arabic Course. The results of data analysis show that (1) This research was successfully applied through several stages of implementation, namely preparing project questions or assignments, designing project plans, preparing schedules and monitoring student project progress, test results and experience evaluation. (2) Based on the previous stage, the "Arab Friends" project-based learning method through the use of the Hello Talk program has been successfully applied so that it can improve students' speaking skills as evidenced by the form of the "Friends of the Arabs" project report along with a record of conversations that have been carried out.

Abstract

This research aims to understand in depth about the influence between democratic leadership, innovative behavior, and commitment to employee performance. The sample of this study consisted of 51 respondents who worked in the Tapin District Education office. The data collection technique used in this study is a questionnaire which is then processed using a data quality test consisting of validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests which include normality tests, multicollinearity tests, and heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression tests, and finally hypothesis tests consisting of t tests, F tests, adjusted r square tests. The results concluded that democratic leadership and commitment did not have a significant effect on employee performance. While innovative behavior has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Abstract Work morale is a feeling that is present in someone when carrying out their work so that they do their work feeling happy and can complete their work quickly and responsibly. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of transformational leadership, work environment and incentives on work morale at the Head Office of Waroeng Special Sambal "SS" Yogyakarta. This research uses a quantitative approach by collecting data using a questionnaire.The sampling technique in this research used non- probability sampling or saturated samples with a total research population of 60 employees at the Wroeng Special Sambal "SS" Yogyakarta Head Office. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis.The results of this research show that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on work morale, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on work morale, incentives have a positive and significant effect on work morale. So it can be concluded that transformational leadership, work environment and incentives simultaneously influence work morale.

Abstract

Muludhen is a religious tradition of the Madurese people to commemorate the birth of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. The Muludhen tradition is carried out at all levels of society, including the school environment. Muludhen celebrations in Madurese schools have become a culture that exists from elementary to high school levels. The traditions inherent in Madurese society have values ​​that can be internalized in students' characters. This research aims to provide an in-depth discussion regarding the internalization of Pancasila student profile ​​through the Muludhen religious tradition in forming the character of elementary school students. This study employs qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques used include interviews, observation and documentation. This research shows that the muludhen religious tradition shapes the profile of Pancasila students on the elements of faith, devotion to God Almighty, and noble morals; global diversity; mutual cooperation; and independence. Through the routine of following Muludhen religious traditions since elementary school, students not only celebrate but can also interpret Muludhen traditions. Student participation in the Muludhen tradition celebration will instill student character that internalizes elements of the Pancasila student profile.

Abstract

Students in Indonesia are expected to be able to participate in sustainable global development and be resilient in facing various challenges. Efforts to prepare students to face the future are to equip them to become lifelong learners with global competence, character and behavior according to the values of Pancasila. The aim of this research is to analyze the local wisdom of the Madura coast and the dimensions of the Pancasila student profile contained in this local wisdom as well as the form of integration of Madura coast local wisdom in natural and social science learning in primary schools. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. This research uses descriptive qualitative research to explore local coastal wisdom and its integration in strengthening the profile of Pancasila students. Data collection techniques used include interviews and documentation. The research results show that: 1) The local wisdom of the Madura coast includes the local wisdom of fisherman in the form of rokat tase’; and bagan apung; as well as the local wisdom of salt farmers in the form of Madurese salting techniques and nyadar; 2) Local wisdom of the Madura coast can be integrated into natural and social science learning in primary schools; 3) The dimensions of the Pancasila student profile contained in the local wisdom of the Madura coast include having faith, being devoted to God Almighty, and having noble morals; mutual cooperation; critical reasoning; and creative.

Abstract

The large number of deviant behavior of students and teenagers which is not in accordance with religious norms, Pancasila norms and the noble values of Indonesian culture has prompted various parties to question the effectiveness of the implementation of religious education in schools. Seeing these problems, it is necessary to have several breakthroughs that can be made in cultivating religious and social character with an Islamic archipelago pattern from an early age which is implemented in schools both through classroom learning and other activities such as religious extracurriculars. Nusantara Islamic education is an internalization process in the form of transferring the values of Islamic religious methods that are characterized by the culture of Muslim communities in the Indonesian archipelago. Initially, this style was exemplified by the spreaders of Islam in Indonesia, namely the Wali Songo, especially in Java, through various paths and methods, including through education, although with traditionalist methods, namely the culture and cultural approach of the local community by incorporating religious values into the habits of previous communities. , until this education was developed from generation to generation until today. This article was written by tracing the history of the legacy of Islamic culture and culture in the archipelago which continues to be maintained and developed in such a way in extra activities carried out at the Islamic boarding school-based Plus Darus Sholah Middle School educational unit as a form of inheritance of the Islamic da'wah method in the archipelago in teaching and practicing the teachings of the Islamic religion. . The focus of the problem in this research is: 1) How is the implementation of Indonesian Islamic education at SMP Plus Darus Sholah?, and 2) What extra activities are chosen as part of Islamic Archipelago education at SMP Plus Darus Sholah Jember? This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach using observation, interviews and documentation studies.
