Abstract

The use of Javanese language has encountered some shifts that require language documentation as a form of language conservation for the youth. This research aims to collect and describe semantic fields and semantic components of lexemes related to an activity of hurting head using hand in Javanese language in Jepara regency. The researchers also attempt to illuminate the connection between the study of semantic field and an attempt to conserve local language in globalization era. The data of this study was collected through an interview with Javanese native speakers in Jepara. The findings suggest that there are 16 lexemes related to the activity of hurting head using hand in Javanese language. Those lexemes are classified into two fields, namely an activity of hurting head by hitting and pulling. Each of semantic fields is further described based on a diagnostic component. Based on the diagnostic components, this study discovers three components to distinguish each of lexemes: the part of the hand used for hurting, the direction of hand for hurting, and the part of the head being hurt. Besides language documentation purposes, this semantic field research can also be used as a reference in society and an attempt to preserve local languages from the threat of endangerment.

Abstract

Poligami di satu sisi merupakan syariat yang diturunkan Allah swt untuk umat Islam tentunya memiliki hikmah dan manfaat serta keberkahan bagi yang menjalankannya, namun di sisi yang lain justru yang terjadi sebaliknya. Banyak yang gagal namun juga banyak di antara yang berhasil dan sukses. Kajian dalam penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan mengambil studi kasus yang melibatkan proses wawancara dengan para praktisi poligami. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah dalam rangka mendeskripsikan praktik poligami dan tujuan pernikahan yang dialami oleh praktisi poligami. Metode analisis data yang dipakai adalah analisis kualitatif yang kemudian dianalisis dengan metode induksi. Hasil dari kajian ini adalah bahwa keberhasilan tujuan pernikahan yaitu sakinah, mawaddah, dan wa rahmah yang dialami oleh praktisi poligami tergantung bagaimana proses poligami itu dijalankan, apakah sesuai dengan ilmu dan adab poligami atau sebaliknya. Praktik poligami yang sesuai tujuan pernikahan adalah poligami yang dijalankan sudah sesuai dan memiliki kapasitas keilmuan poligami.

Abstract

Investment decisions can be influenced by various factors. This research aims to answer the main question whether financial behavior and gold price influence gold investment decisions with income as a moderating variable. This research position took place in Yogyakarta with total of 2400 respondents members of the Indonesian Air Force. The sample in this study was 96 respondents taken using a random sampling technique. Meanwhile, the data collection method uses a questionnaire via google form. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression and hypothesis using the SPSS 29. The research results show that financial behavior has a positive influence and gold prices has a negative influence on gold investment decisions. Meanwhile, income is not able to moderate the relationship between financial behavior and gold prices on gold investment decisions.

Abstract

The implementation of the Banyu Panguripan Tradition still balances the values of Islamic teachings that live in the community of Pulosari Subdistrict. Although this tradition has potential as a cultural tourism destination, it still does not leave the essence of the sacredness of this tradition. The Banyu Panguripan tradition is a tradition related to springs and water sources, which is not only in Pulosari Subdistrict. But some areas also have the same tradition, such as in Kudus. The difference lies in the packaging and implementation of the event. The use of descriptive qualitative methods is considered appropriate in this research because the techniques used in data collection are observation and interviews so that the data obtained comes from interviews with informants who are relevant and credible to this research. The sacredness that exists in the implementation of the Banyu Panguripan Tradition still does not leave the Islamic corridor in the community.

Abstract

Foreign debt has become a phenomenon of financing funds sourced from abroad, without exception in the Asean (Association of Southeast Asian Nation) region, where these countries cooperate in the fields of socio-culture, politics, and economy. Apart from being a form of cooperative relationship, capital funding from abroad also plays an important role as a source of capital for countries that are carrying out economic development, including countries that have high natural resource potential and have a large population in the Asean region. There are several factors that can cause the amount of external debt to increase or decrease. In addition to economic growth and inflation, the exchange rate factor of a country's currency is also closely related to foreign debt. When there is a weakening of the exchange rate, foreign debt obligations also increase. The type of research used is quantitative research. The method used in this research is multiple regression with a panel data approach, the research period is from 2013 - 2022. The best model chosen uses the REM (Random Effect Model) model. The results showed that external debt is significantly affected by monetary policy in Asean countries. In terms of financing state development, external debt is viewed from two Islamic perspectives. The first view allows budget shortfalls to be covered through external financing that is customized and does not contradict sharia rules and principles.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to discuss changes in society's quality standards in both the educational and social fields which are supported by technological advances, so that an independent learning curriculum emerges. The approach to this research is qualitative and the type uses library research research methods using literature (libraries). The research results state the importance of various changes that have been caused by technological advances in the Society 5.0 era. These changes focus more on improvements, in the form of quality and improving quality. Therefore, new technology emerges to help and fulfill human needs. Therefore, the independent learning curriculum was born which provides freedom of thought and creativity in the teaching and learning process for both teachers and students.

Abstract

The era of society 5.0 that we are facing today is also a development of the industrial revolution 4.0 that puts more emphasis on the technological development of every day. The creative abilities of students also influence the creativity of teachers. Educators often simply deliver curriculum materials without encouraging students to show their interests and talents. It inhibits the creativity of the pupils. The aim of this study is to find out the internalization of Merdeka Learning in the formation of the character of the Student Profile of Pancasila in the era of society 5.0. This research method uses a qualitative approach, that is, an approach that produces descriptive data in the form of written words. Reviewed by type, this research is literary, including in the type of library research (library research). Students are given freedom of thought to maximize their knowledge. The result of this investigation is a modern curriculum concept that requires students to study independently, both in formal and non-formal schools. This century's concept of freedom will give students the opportunity to learn as much as possible. Literacy activities enable talent growth through skills and positive things that support the development of each student.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze how much influence the work environment and work motivation have on employee performance with a total research sample of 30 people using a total sampling technique. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression assisted by the SPSS ver. 22.00. The results of this research show that the work environment has a significant and partial effect on employee performance with a t value of 3,211. Furthermore, work motivation has a significant and partial influence on employee performance with a t value of 4,472. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers, it shows that the work environment and work motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, where Fcount > Ftable, 10,736 > 3,354. The dominant factor in this research is work motivation as the main factor that influences employee performance.

Abstract

The current phenomenon is that religion and science are separated from each other, if this continues to develop then what will happen is that there is a dichotomy of science so that a person will only be intellectually intelligent, he does not know God and the role of science is solely for practical purposes.The existence of a dichotomy between religious knowledge and science makes a person only intellectually intelligent, he does not know his God. Therefore it is necessary to inculcate religious values in learning general sciences including science, so that religion and science can go hand in hand. MI Unggulan Nuris Jember has a vision, mission and commitment to become an educational institution that seeks to integrate Islamic values in all aspects of student life in the school environment both intracurricularly and extracurricularly. This can be observed in learning activities that lead to an increase in the spiritual intelligence of students in science subjects. This study used a qualitative approach. This type of case study, data collection techniques in this study were carried out by several means of observation, interviews and documentation. Researchers used data analysis which was carried out interactively. According to Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, data analysis that is carried out interactively must go through a process of condensing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data in this study used source triangulation and method triangulation. The results of the study show that MI Unggulan Nuris Jember uses the Sa'adah method (Sam'ah, Absoro and Af'idah) as a method of integrating the values of monotheism in science learning which is embodied in the vision, mission and madrasa program as well as the religious culture of the madrasa. At the operational level, the teacher integrates the value of monotheism in the Learning Implementation Plan. There are facilities and infrastructure such as mosques, labs and libraries that support the integration of monotheistic values in learning. The learning method used in integrating the value of monotheism in science learning uses lecture, discussion, question and answer, experiment and Tadabbur Alam methods.

Abstract

According to the WHO, 5-25% of preschool children experience developmental disorders. In fact, development is a very important aspect to pay attention to because it is related to the child's ability to carry out daily activities. RA Miftahul Ulum Terpadu implemented colored rice collage activities in an effort to improve fine motor skills in children. This research seeks to describe the planning, implementation, and evaluation of colored rice collage activities. The research approach used is descriptive-qualitative. The technique for determining informants is purposive sampling. The data collection method involves observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, data validity uses source triangulation.
