Abstract

Limbah bahan berbahaya dan beracun (B3) yang dihasilkan di Indonesia setiap tahunnya mengalami peningkatan. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan jumlah limbah B3 yang terus bertambah setiap tahunnya menjadi sekitar 200 juta ton pada tahun 2020. Makin besarnya limbah B3 ini makin memperbesar potensi bencana lingkungan jika tidak dikelola dengan baik. Pertambangan batu bara yang mendominasi aktivitas industri energi tidak terlepas dari permasalahan ini. Salah satu bisnis proses yang kerap terlupakan terkait pengelolaan lingkungan perusahaan pertambangan adalah proses pengangkutan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini akan menganalisis pengelolaan limbah B3 di salah satu fasilitas pengangkutan batu bara yaitu pelabuhan. Data primer pada penelitian ini didapatkan dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan data sekunder berupa data neraca limbah B3 laporan pelaksanaan pengelolaan lingkungan. Data yang telah didapatkan kemudian dilakukan evaluasi kesesuaian dengan peraturan mengenai pengelolaan limbah B3. Hasil identifikasi menunjukkan jenis limbah B3 yang mendominasi adalah oli bekas dan kemasan bekas B3. Kesimpulan dari evaluasi pengelolaan limbah B3 di lokasi studi yaitu di PT X telah dilakukan namun masih terdapat sedikit ruang untuk lebih baik di beberapa aspek pengelolaan limbah B3

Abstract

The view of women as gentle, calm, obedient, domestic workers is defined as the second figure according to the patriarchal view. Perceptions of gender that have been formed in society's view make men must be more than everything than women. Men are always associated with a strong, manly, protective, highly educated, and rational image. This prompted Marvel to create a superhero character (heroin). One of the characters that are the object of study in this research is Captain Marvel. The purpose of this study was to analyze the character of heroin in Captain Marvel with the theory of Post-Structuralism through empirical research methods, namely research based on observations to obtain in-depth data and knowledge. Post-structuralism tries to show that women can get out of the structure, that is, they can do what men can do as depicted in superhero characters.

Abstract

As a service room, the function of the toilet in the campus building is very important. A good toilet design will create a healthy space and make the toilet work well. Toilets as rooms with complex utilities are often not designed according to standards. Utility standards in the form of lighting, ventilation, plumbing in some designs are often ignored. This study will discuss the design evaluation on the working drawings and the design of the toilet building on the 2nd floor of the Engineering Laboratory 2, Sumatra Institute of Technology. The research was conducted using a qualitative method by means of surveys, and primary and secondary documentation studies. The results of the study were in the form of evaluation of the design and design of the toilet building in Engineering laboratorium 2 building that will produce recommendations for the right toilet design in terms of utility.

Abstract

One of the research areas to determine the phenomenon of seawater intrusion through analysis of the physical and chemical characteristics of groundwater is in the Coastal area of ​​Hunuth Village, Teluk Ambon District, Ambon City, Maluku. The coastal community of Hunuth Village utilizes groundwater to meet their daily water needs. However, due to the existence of residential areas close to the coast, the groundwater in this area has been polluted or intruded by sea water.The results showed that groundwater with high pH values ​​was shown in areas far from the shoreline (northern part of the study area), while high TDS, salinity and DHL values ​​were generally found in groundwater samples close to the shoreline. The groundwater facies in the study area show the types of Ca-HCO3 (calcium and bicarbonate), types of Na-HCO3 (sodium and bicarbonate), and types of Na-Cl (sodium and chloride). Areas close to the shoreline have experienced seawater intrusion as indicated by DHL values ​​> 229.25 mho/cm, Cl/HCO3 ratio values ​​which are generally > 2.80 meq/l, and groundwater facies with the type of Na-Cl (sodium and sodium chloride). Therefore, it is necessary to treat water before it is used as drinking water, buy bottled drinking water or use the services of a water company for polluted wells, and build a dam in the northern part of the study area which has a flat topography. trees to retain water, so that fresh water can easily push salt water into groundwater aquifers in the study area.

Abstract

The build-up rate test in this case study was carried out using three BUR variables, namely 30/100 ft, 50/100 ft, and 70/100 ft, which were simulated using the directional drilling trajectory method. The results of each BUR obtained when using the build and hold drilling trajectory method resulted in a maximum inclination angle of 39.1970, 31.8540, and 30.0930; the vertical section depth to the end of the build were 1707.02 ft, 1104.77 ft and 910.41 ft; the measured depths to the end of the build were 1807 ft, 1137 ft, and 930 ft; and the measured depths to the target point were 2584 ft, 2556 ft, and 2547 ft. While the results of each BUR obtained when using the buildup drilling trajectory method resulted in a maximum inclination angle of 56,680, 76,2890 and 95.5620; the vertical section depth to the end of the build of 2269.92 ft, 2298.22 ft and 2311.95 ft; measured depths to the end of the build of 2563 ft, 2711 ft and 2886 ft; and the measured depth to the target point were 2636 ft, 2759 ft and 2886 ft. BUR comparisons performed on these two methods have advantages and disadvantages in terms of the analyzed parameters. This parameter can affect drilling risk, drilling time efficiency, and economy

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi di era globalisasi saat ini sudah menjadi prioritas utama bagi manusia baik dari segi kemudahan maupun efisiensi waktu dalam melakukan berbagai aktivitas. Dengan adanya kemajuan teknologi yang semakin canggih, manusia mengharapkan sebuah perangkat teknologi untuk memudahkan pekerjaan sehari-hari misalnya penyiraman tanaman otomatis. Dalam penelitian ini dikembangkan water pump otomatis dengan menggunakan dua Sensor Soil Moisture YL 69 sehingga diperoleh keakuratan pada nilai kelembaban di dalam tanah dan di permukaan tanah. Rata-rata data yang diambil perharinya adalah 3 jam, dimana pengukuran dilakukan setiap 2 detik sekali maka jumlah data kurang lebih adalah 5400 data per hari. Selain itu, penelitian ini sudah berbasis web sehingga bisa diakses secara dalam jaringan (daring) jika terkoneksi dengan internet dan dapat langsung mengunduh data grafik dalam format JPEG, PNG, PDF, dan SVG juga dapat dicetak dan tabel dapat diunduh dalam format CSV, Excel, dan PDF juga dapat dicetak.

Abstract

Composite is a combination of several or more different materials, which produce better properties than their composition properties. The process of making composites can be done with a pressing method which can reduce voids. This pressing method can use a hydraulic press machine. This study aims to design and analyze a hydraulic press machine with a capacity of 20 tons. The design process begins with designing a 3D model using Solidwork Software. Numerical simulation using the finite element method by providing several variations in pressure loads ranging from 5-20 MPa. The results of the analysis show that the maximum von Mises stress is 79.70 MPa with a maximum deformation of 0.0176 mm and the smallest value of safety factor is 2.595. Based on these results, the press machine design is claimed to be safe to operate.

Abstract

Garis pantai merupakan garis pertemuan antara daratan dan lautan. Garis pantai sangat dinamis dimana dapat berubah akibat abrasi dan akresi secara kontinu akibat faktor alam dan non alam. Garis pantai sangat penting dalam penentuan batas wilayah, baik antar negara maupun batas wilayah dalam lingkup internal suatu negara. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memantau perubahan garis pantai Pesisir Kota Bandar Lampung dengan teknologi penginderaan jauh menggunakan data citra Landsat-MSS, Landsat-TM, Landsat-7 ETM+ dan Landsat-8 OLI selama 15 tahun. Pengolahan data citra Landsat dilakukan dengan metode Unsupervised Classification. Dengan melakukan digitasi dan tumpang susun data citra dapat diperoleh data perubahan garis pantai. Penelitian ini menggunakan data garis pantai RBI 1:150.000 dan ZEE-06 sebagai verifikasi hasil. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh hasil perbandingan hasil pengolahan citra penginderaan jauh dengan peta RBI skala 1:150.000 dimana menghasilkan nilai abrasi dan akresi dengan nilai abrasi maksimum yaitu 596,60 ha dan abrasi minimum 172,72 ha, akresi minimum senilai 52,29 ha, serta akresi maksimum senilai 151,61 ha. Perbandingan hasil pengolahan citra penginderaan jauh dengan peta ZEE-06 menghasilkan nilai abrasi maksimum yaitu 735,04 ha, dan abrasi minimum senilai 344,53 ha, akresi maksimum senilai 214,58 ha dan akresi minimumnya senilai 29,56 ha.
