Abstract

The above research focuses on the planning, implementation and results of Peer Tutor method in the learning process of Islamic Religious Education at SMA Negeri 1 Setia Bakti Senior High School. This is indicated by the quality of education in the country which has not been able to compete at the international level. One of the reasons is the use of innovative learning strategies from educators has not been optimal. The existence of this peer tutoring method is very helpful in protecting students who feel less capable of PAI subjects. Peer tutoring by peers can eliminate awkwardness, yes, language friends are easier to understand, besides that with peers there is no feeling of hesitation, humility and shame to ask or ask for help. The conclusions of this study include: (1) The planning of the peer tutoring method in the learning process of Islamic Religious Education at SMA Negeri 1 Setia Bakti was prepared carefully (2) The implementation of the Peer Tutor method in the learning process of Islamic Religious Education at SMA Negeri 1 Setia Bakti has run optimally (3) The results of the application of the Peer Tutor method in the PAI learning process on motivated students at SMA Negeri 1 Setia Bakti are good.

Abstract

This journal discusses the use of the discovery learning model in Islamic Religious Education subjects. This study uses qualitative research through a library research approach. This model was chosen because of its flexibility in all the materials taught. The purpose of this study is to develop students' understanding of Islamic teachings and 21st century skills. The implementation of the discovery learning model provides a positive contribution to the development of students' skills and understanding. This model is a reference for teachers in designing effective and relevant learning in Islamic Religious Education.

Abstract

In the era of globalization that continues to develop, the world of education has become a topic that attracts the attention of many people, education is a capital that must be owned by everyone, therefore with a good educational background shows good quality. The purpose of this research is to determine the implementation of the jigsaw method in PAI learning at SD Negeri 056635 Pasiran Air Hitam. This research is a qualitative research with data collection techniques in the form of observation and interviews. As the results of the interview conducted, the implementation of the jigsaw method in PAI subjects is very effective with maximum results, where this method is very interesting, because it uses a fun method. The research results obtained are expected to be used as a basis for learning evaluation and as a reference for future research..

Abstract

Islamic religious education (PAI) plays an important role in learning in public schools and madrasahs. The purpose of this study is to explore the implementation of active learning approaches in PAI, and its impact on student engagement and understanding. The method used in this study is library research, data collection is carried out by searching, collecting, and reconstructing information from various relevant sources, such as books, scientific journals, and previously published research results, which specifically examine various active learning methods such as role playing, experiential learning, and question and answer dialogues. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of active learning can increase student participation, conceptual understanding, and their social attitudes. Although there are challenges in implementation, such as differences in student abilities and teacher readiness, this approach has succeeded in creating a dynamic and interactive learning environment. Active learning in PAI does not only focus on the transfer of knowledge, but also on the development of critical thinking skills and the application of religious values ​​in everyday life.

Abstract

application of audio-visual media in Islamic Religious Education subject matter makes it easier for teachers to achieve learning objectives, namely in improving the learning outcomes of grade IV students. This can be seen from the percentage of classical learning completion at each stage which has increased, in cycle I it was 42%, and in cycle II the learning completion of students reached 92%. The average class value also increased significantly, namely in cycle I it was 67, and in cycle II it increased to 87. This means that the target set by the researcher has been achieved with the previously determined indicators, namely the percentage of classical completion reaching 85% and the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM) per individual of 70.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the jigsaw learning method can improve the learning achievement of Islamic Religious Education subjects of grade V students of SD Negeri 040447 Kabanjahe. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 040447 Kabanjahe. The subjects of this study were grade V students of SD Negeri 040447 Kabanjahe. The number of grade V students of SD Negeri 040447 Kabanjahe is 33 students consisting of 15 male students and 18 female students. The techniques used to collect data in this study were tests, observations and documentation. This research was conducted by applying the jigsaw learning method which has been carried out for three cycles, it can be concluded that learning by applying the jigsaw learning method has a positive impact on improving student learning achievement with an average value of 78.12 in cycle I, becoming 81.79 in cycle II and increasing again to 86.88 in cycle III. The success of the learning process is marked by an increase in student learning completion in each cycle, namely cycle I (51.52%), cycle II (60.61%) cycle III (84.85%). The conclusion is that the application of the jigsaw learning method improves the learning achievement of Islamic Religious Education subjects for grade V students of SD Negeri 040447 Kabanjahe.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the importance of implementing the demonstration method in learning Islamic Religious Education (PAI) on prayer material for grade 3 SDN O54883 Namo Mbelin. This research method is a qualitative type of Phenomenology. The subjects of the study were teachers, students, and the principal. The object of this study was the application of the demonstration method in learning PAI on prayer material for grade 3 SDN O54883 Namo Mbelin. The results of the study were that the application of the demonstration method was very good in applying it in prayer material lessons. The use of the demonstration method in teacher learning is required to directly demonstrate the prayer movement material to students so that they can accept and follow what the teacher demonstrates properly and correctly. The use of the demonstration method is important to apply in learning PAI on prayer material because students' attention can be more focused in following learning activities, the learning process learned by students is more focused.

Abstract

This article aims to provide an alternative in integrating the benefits of multimedia learning. Learning is essentially used to develop a student's potential. Tools that can help the teaching and learning process are usually called learning media. In this discussion, we will discuss one of the learning media, namely multimedia. Multimedia is a media that describes two or more elements, for example media consisting of text, graphics, images, photos, audio, and animation. The benefits of using multimedia learning are to make the learning process more interesting, interactive, reduce the amount of learning time, improve the quality of student learning, the learning process can foster student interest and motivation to learn. The design of writing or compiling this article uses qualitative research or approach, this is because the results of our group discussions are obtained from literacy sourced from reading books about multimedia learning.

Abstract

Disaster preparedness is an important element in minimizing the negative impacts on the community. The Indonesian Red Cross Association (PMI) has a vital role in helping the community prepare for potential disasters through a number of mitigation programs. This study aims to analyze the strategies implemented by PMI in improving community preparedness, evaluating the level of success of the implementation of these programs, and assessing their impact. The approach used in this study is descriptive qualitative, with data collection through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results show that PMI has succeeded in educating the community through training, disaster simulations, and capacity building programs at the local level, although it is still faced with challenges of limited funds and manpower. Therefore, there needs to be stronger collaboration between PMI and the government to strengthen the effectiveness of disaster preparedness programs.learning.

Abstract

In today's era, various influences permeate various areas of life. These influences cause various social problems, such as individualism, selfishness, lack of effective communication, low empathy, lack of responsibility, low discipline, and lack of cooperation and interaction in community life. Social studies play an important role in developing students' social skills. Acquiring social skills will enable students to live more functionally and meaningfully in the era of globalization. In this context, social studies education aims to form individuals who not only understand social, economic, and cultural phenomena, but are also able to internalize the values of togetherness, justice, and social responsibility. Social studies education also emphasizes the importance of digital and media literacy, so that Generation Z can sort out credible information, avoid hoaxes, and develop an inclusive view of differences. Thus, social studies education not only provides conceptual knowledge, but also instills awareness to act as agents of change who are adaptive to social challenges and are able to collaborate in building a sustainable society. The role of effective social studies education will create a young generation that is empathetic, has high social awareness, and contributes significantly to creating positive change in society.
