Abstract

The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative analytical. The descriptive method means that the researcher explains the real conditions of supervision carried out by the principal at SMP Caountry 3 Percut Sei Tuan, while qualitative analysis is used when researching the role of the principal's supervision in supervising teacher performance at  SMP Caountry 3 Percut Sei Tuan. The scope of this research is field research taking place at SMP Caountry 3 Percut Sei Tuan. Data collection techniques use interviews, documentation and observation. Data sources consist of primary data and secondary data. In conducting research, researchers themselves naturally act as research instruments. The data analysis techniques used by researchers are data analysis, data reduction, data interpretation and conclusions. The results of this research are that the implementation of supervisory duties includes elements, personal, material and operational. The performance of teachers at Percut Sei Tuan Public Middle School has demonstrated good performance standards.

Abstract

Perpustakaan merupakan hal yang sangat sering didengar oleh masyarakat termasuk mahasiswa. Minimnya minat membaca saat ini menjadikan tantangan bagi perpustakaan untuk mengembangkan strateginya agar lebih menarik bagi pembacanya. Minat membaca erat kaitannya dengan kemampuan membaca. Artinya, hanya masyarakat yang mempunyai kemampuan membaca tinggi saja yang mampu menerapkan pola budaya membaca sebagai bagian terpenting yang dapat membimbing kehidupannya. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian tersebut, peneliti menemukan beberapa strategi minat baca yang dilakukan perpustakaan untuk meningkatkan minat membaca siswa. Dalam penelitian ini juga ditemukan persentase kuesioner yang diberikan kepada beberapa pengguna dan hasilnya.

Abstract

This study was conducted to evaluate teachers' views on the effectiveness of supervision conducted by supervisors in an effort to improve their professional competence at Hikmatul Salridho School in Batang Kuis. The method used in this research is a survey with a qualitative approach. The research subjects consisted of teachers representing Hikmatul Salridho school, especially grade 6 teachers. The findings of this study indicate that the teachers have a positive view of the effectiveness of supervision in improving their professional competence at Hikmatul Salridho school. In the implementation of this study, a survey instrument was used to collect data regarding the teachers' views and perceptions of the success of supervision in strengthening and improving their professional competencies. Therefore, it is necessary to have a policy from the education office to carry out supervision to improve professional competence in schools Hikmatul Salridho.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the improvement of students' writing achievement in narrative text using the think-talk-write Strategy at AL-HUSNA boarding school. The subject of this study was students of eight grade Madrasah tingkat stnawiyah Swasta Al-Husna Marindal. It consisted of 32 Students. The study's objective was to improve the students' achievement in writing Narrative text by using the think-talk-write Strategy. This study's research was conducted using the think-talk-write Strategy in Classroom Action Research. The technique of analyzing the data of this research is applied to qualitative and quantitative data. The qualitative data were taken from diary notes, interview sheets, observation sheets, and documentation. Based on the writing tests, the student's scores kept improving on every test, which could be seen from the improvement of students' mean scores from the pre-test, post-test of cycle I, and post-test of cycle II. The improvement can also be proved by the result of the observation sheet and diary notes, which showed the expression of the students. The quantitative data were taken from the writing test. In the pre-test, the students got up to 65. There were only 2 of 32 students (6,25%). In the post-test of cycle 1, students who got up to 65 were 8 of 32 (25%). It means that there was an improvement of about 18,75%. In the post-test of cycle II, students who got up to 65 were 29 of 32 (90,62%). The improvement was about 65,62%. The total improvement of the student's scores from the pre-test to the post-test of cycle II was 84,37%. In other words, the students got a better score at the next meeting. Based on the findings, the alternative hypothesis was accepted. This means that talking and writing could improve students' achievement in writing narrative text.

Abstract

This study describes how the implementation of religious moderation and the formation of a tolerance attitude in Islamic Religious Education learning is carried out at SD Negeri 054913, The research method used in this study is Qualitative Descriptive Analysis. The collection of research data was obtained by observation, interview and documentation study techniques. The steps of data analysis are by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and concluding data. To test the validity of the data, an examination technique is needed. The implementation of the examination technique is based on four criteria, namely: credibility, transferability, dependability, confirmability.This study found: (1). Learning planning was carried out when compiling the syllabus, material on religious moderation and Tasamuh attitudes was inserted into the Islamic Religious Education material. At the planning stage, teachers also coordinated with the principal who provided encouragement to Islamic Religious Education subject teachers in forming student character and realizing religious moderation and Tasamuh attitudes in the scope of  054913 (2). The implementation of learning was carried out using appropriate learning methods in this case with the lecture method, and discussions, both direct discussions and group discussions, and this aims to instill a moderate attitude in students, namely respecting each other, respecting, being fair to group friends, and being sporty during learning (3). The implementation of religious moderation and tasamuh attitudes in State Elementary School 054913 through Islamic Religious Education learning has been seen in changes in students' attitudes, namely students have very good religious attitudes and social attitudes such as, obeying worship, respecting others, establishing intimacy, having social concern, having a nationalist spirit, being tolerant, and obeying the rules.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the importance of implementing the demonstration method in learning Islamic Religious Education (PAI) on prayer material for grade 3 of SD Negeri 040486 Gurukinayan. This research method is a qualitative type of Phenomenology. The subjects of the study were teachers, students, and the principal. The object of this study was the application of the demonstration method in learning PAI on prayer material for grade 3 of SD Negeri 040486 Gurukinayan. The results of the study were that the application of the demonstration method was very well applied in prayer material lessons. The use of the demonstration method in teacher learning is required to directly demonstrate the prayer movement material to students so that they can accept and follow what the teacher demonstrates properly and correctly. The use of the demonstration method is important to apply in learning PAI on prayer material because students' attention can be more focused on following learning activities, the learning process learned by students is more focused

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to analyze the use of puzzle media in Islamic Religious Education learning. This study uses the library research method. In the learning process, the use of media is inseparable from increasing the effectiveness of learning, both general learning and Islamic Religious Education learning. One of the media that can be used by teachers is puzzle media because this media can increase students' interest and motivation to learn. Puzzle learning media is a simple media that is played by disassembling and reassembling. This media is a learning media that uses puzzle game techniques to sharpen the brain. Puzzles consist of boards and several pieces, which when arranged will cover the part of the board that is slightly indented and will become a certain shape. The purpose of using this learning media itself is to make it easier for students to master the learning competencies that have been set, so that the use of puzzle media in the Islamic Religious Education learning process can be more effective and enjoyable.

Abstract

PBL learning is a teaching approach that uses real-world problems as a context for students to learn about critical learning and context-solving skills, as well as to acquire essential knowledge and concepts from the subject matter. With the PBL approach, the learning process is expected to take place naturally in the form of student activities to solve learning materials, not the transfer of knowledge from teacher to student. The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of Problem Based Learning and Islamic Religious Education learning at SMP N 2 Selesai. In addition, it is also to find supporting factors, obstacles, and solutions to the implementation of Problem Based Learning in Islamic Religious Education learning at SMP Negeri 2 Selesai Pangandaran. This research can be classified as field research with a qualitative approach, namely research whose procedures produce descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observable behavior. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation; while the data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative. The conclusion of this study is: Islamic Religious Education learning with the implementation of Problem Based Learning carried out at SMP Negeri 2 Selesai has been running well. The supporting factors are the curriculum used, adequate facilities and infrastructure, teacher creativity, and environmental conditions. The inhibiting factors are the difficulty in generating ideas, lack of time availability, and differences in student understanding. While the solution is to provide direction to students by providing clues or clues to the answers, using time effectively and efficiently, and providing evaluation and repeating the material

Abstract

The background of this study is that the use of learning media is the most influential component in the implementation of the learning process, in reality there are still many educators who carry out learning without the help of learning media including Islamic Religious Education teachers at elementary, middle, and high school levels. Likewise at SD Negeri 040447 Kabanjahe, Islamic Religious Education and Character Education subject teachers also use traditional media. In learning, the use of video media is still very minimal (PAI Subject Teacher at SD Negeri 040447 Kabanjahe, 2024). Therefore, the researcher intends to find out the causes of the less than optimal use of video learning media. The purpose of this study was to find out how to use video media in learning Islamic Religious Education and Character Education subjects at SD Negeri 040447 Kabanjahe. In addition, identifying the advantages and disadvantages of learning Islamic Religious Education and Character Education using video media. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach. This type of research is field research. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations and documentation. Then data analysis was carried out by condensing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. Abstract

In this study there are many new methods in improving the ability to read the Qur'an, while in reality traditional methods such as the talaqqi method are very good if applied in improving the ability to read the Qur'an. The purpose of the problem in this study is to find out how the application of the talaqqi method in improving the ability to read the Qur'an at SDN 046415 Batukarang. And to find out the inhibiting and supporting factors of this talaqqi method in improving the ability to read the Qur'an, the researcher used the action research method. Data collection using observation methods, diaries, oral test data, and documentation, the results of the study showed that: The application of the talaqqi method in improving the ability to read the Qur'an of students at SDN 046415 Batukarang by carrying out four stages, namely the planning stage, action, observation, and the last is the reflection stage. Inhibiting factors include laziness, tiredness and sleepiness. And supporting factors are the availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure, good quality coaching in the field of tajwid, fashahah and teaching staff according to their fields.
