Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to determine the results of the post-training evaluation (TPK orientation). Research methodology: The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The data used are primary data obtained from the results of questionnaires distributed to 152 respondents from 7 districts/cities in Lampung Province. Results: Data analysis was carried out descriptively using visualization in the form of diagrams and tables. From the results of the analysis, it is known that the knowledge of the respondents is quite good but still needs further exploration, especially on the material for using the Elsimil application. In addition, the implementation of the TPK orientation activities was in accordance with the planned TOR (Term of Reference). Meanwhile, from the follow-up aspect, the involvement of districts/cities in providing guidance to TPK is still not evenly distributed because several districts/cities have not carried out further guidance for TPK. Conclusion: Based on the descriptive analysis, respondents’ knowledge is generally good but still requires further improvement, particularly in the use of the Elsimil application. The implementation of the 2021 TPK Orientation aligns with the TOR provided by BKKBN Lampung Province, although follow-up guidance by districts remains uneven. Limitations: For further research, it is hoped that researchers can take a larger number of samples from 15 districts/ cities that the evaluation results will be more representative for future improvements. Contribution: The results of this study can be a reference for BKKBN Lampung Province in conducting appropriate training especially in accelerating stunting reduction through TPK orientation.

Methodology/approach: This activity was carried out in Bonto Langkasa with participating adolescent girls as the main target. The project adopted a participatory approach, including nutritional counseling, hands-on training using simple, locally sourced tools, and digital marketing workshops. Materials used were fresh milkfish, healthy additives, and packaging sourced from local markets. Pre- and post-tests, as well as follow-up surveys, were conducted to measure changes in knowledge, skills, and snack production rates. Results/findings: The program successfully increased participants’ knowledge about nutrition and practical skills in producing healthy milkfish-based snacks. Several participants started small-scale production, selling snacks in their communities. The project also improved participants' digital marketing competencies. Conclusion: Community service that focuses on innovative, healthy snacks using local resources, such as milkfish, can bridge nutritional knowledge-practice gaps, contribute to adolescent health, and foster economic opportunities for young women. This model is sustainable and replicable in other fishing communities. Limitations: Milkfish snack innovation is limited by simple technology, cultural preferences, basic nutritional focus, limited digital marketing, and narrow youth coverage, requiring further studies in other regions. Contribution: The contribution of this community service is to enhance nutritional knowledge, and develop healthy snack production skills, empower young women economically, optimize local milkfish production, and expand marketing through digital means.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to optimize coordination between the shipper and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to improve the effectiveness and accuracy of export processes at PT Venturindo Jaya Batam. Export delays and unstructured coordination create inefficiencies, highlighting research gap workflow optimization. Research Methodology: The study was conducted at PT Venturindo Jaya Batam using a qualitative approach. Data were collected through direct observation, interviews with operational and logistics staff, and analysis of non-sensitive operational documents. Data were collected from 6 operational staff and 3 logistics personnel during September–December 2025. The methods applied include process mapping, workflow analysis, and evaluation of coordination practices. Supporting tools such as flowcharts, standard operating procedures (SOP), and checklist templates were designed to support the implementation process. Results: The results indicate that the implementation of a structured export workflow, coordination SOP, and inspection checklist improved clarity in task responsibilities, reduced data inconsistencies, and minimized communication errors between the shipper and 3PL. The export preparation and handover processes became more systematic and controlled. Conclusions: Optimizing coordination through standardized procedures and documentation enhances export efficiency and reduces operational risks. Limitations: This study is limited to one company and uses qualitative data without quantitative performance measurement. Contribution: This study contributes practical insights for manufacturing firms, logistics management practices, and supply chain coordination improvement.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Simplification of Environmental Permits which are integrated into business permits through the OSS system. Methodology/approach: This study uses qualitative research methods by tending to use analysis that emphasizes the perspective of the subject. The theoretical basis is embedded as a guide so that the research focus can adjust to the facts on the ground. Results/findings: The Job Creation Law changes the context of environmental permits to environmental approvals. These changes have an impact on the context of environmental feasibility studies, both UKL-UPL and AMDAL. The implementation of the integration of environmental permits into business licenses becomes efficient through OSS. Conclusion: The integration of environmental permits into business licenses under the Job Creation Law simplifies the licensing process, reducing costs and time for businesses. However, this has raised concerns about limited community participation and the potential weakening of environmental protections. While the system aims to balance economic growth with sustainability, it reduces the role of environmental assessments, which may impact long-term environmental governance. Limitation: The limitation of this research is a description of the procedure for integrating environmental permits into business permits through OSS. Contribution: The results of this study are expected to be used as a reference by further researchers in order to develop an analysis of related themes.
