Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment on the work productivity of employees in the production department at the Kesu Cheese business. The sample for this research was 30 respondents who were all production employees. The data collection methods used were interviews, documentation and observation. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis, simple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and t test. The research results show that the work environment has a positive effect on employee work productivity. This is based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis which shows a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

The research will focus on the impact of Fintech in developing clothing SMEs at Petisah Market. The primary data used in this research will come from observations and interviews conducted directly in the field with participating informants. This study aims to analyze the impact of Fintech on payment processes, sales channel diversification, access to financing, and financial management in the context of clothing SMEs at Petisah Market. By gaining a deeper understanding of the impact of Fintech, it is expected that SMEs can utilize it optimally to grow and advance their businesses. Through this research, stakeholders, such as clothing SMEs at Petisah Market, the government, and financial institutions, are expected to gain useful insights into the potential and benefits of Fintech and the extent to which it can contribute to addressing challenges and promoting the development of SMEs in the clothing industry

Abstract

This research was conducted at one of the MSMEs operating in the fashion sector, called Josua Fashion, where the researcher focused on analyzing risk management that occurred in this business. Data collection used in this research used qualitative research methods. Namely, the method is applied by conducting interviews with business owners Josua Fashion in Medan City Literacy Tax. This research was conducted on June 7 2024. The interview was conducted with the aim of obtaining information for data collection, and knowing the seller's perception or opinion regarding risk management in this business and also knowing the strategy of this business in mapping, predicting and seeing what possible risks are. what will happen and formulate what management strategies need to be applied to the business

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of investment decisions and interest rates on economic growth in Indonesia. The method used is a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis. The data used is secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and Bank Indonesia (BI) for the 2010-2020 period. The research row that investment decisions and interest rates simultaneously do not have a significant effect on economic growth. Partially, investment decisions also have no significant effect, while interest rates have a significant negative effect on economic growth.

Abstract

Ordinary Least Square (OLS) is one of the methods in multiple regression analysis to determine the effect of independent variables on dependent variables. To find out the effect of Foreign Direct Investment and Exchange Rate on Economic Growth, a quantitative analysis approach with Ordinary Least Square (OLS) model is needed. The objective of this research is to determine the effect of foreign investment and the rupiah exchange rate on economic growth in Indonesia. This research uses data on foreign investment in various sectors in the last 10 years, changes in the rupiah exchange rate between other countries' currency, and economic growth in Indonesia caused by various factors. And it is concluded that foreign investment has a positive but insignificant effect on the economic growth variable partially and rupiah exchange rate or rupiah exchange rate has unsignificant effect on the economic growth variable partially.

Abstract

This study aims to conduct a business feasibility study analysis on Lion Parcel in Kabanjahe, Karo Regency. Lion Parcel, as a delivery service, has advantages in delivery speed, affordable prices, and wide area coverage. Lion Parcel has built a trusted capital and operational network with the support of aircraft fleets and high flight frequencies from Lion Air Group as transportation capital to almost all airports in Indonesia.  The research method used in this study is qualitative method and elaborated with descriptive analysis to evaluate non-financial aspects of business feasibility studies, such as legal/legality, market and marketing, technical and technological, management and human resources, economic and social, and AMDAL aspects. The information data used in this study is primary data through interviews and secondary company data through the Lion Parcel website. The results of this study show that Lion Parcel Kabanjahe's business is feasible in all non-financial aspects of business feasibility studies so that it can continue its operations and needs to be developed.

Abstract

In the development of the coffee shop business, it has become popular with the public. Tempat Biasa Coffe is a business coffee shop that provides coffee products with different flavors. A coffee shop business can be said to be a viable business if it is stated from a business feasibility study analysis. With business feasibility studies as a science that analyzes the feasibility of a business in terms of legal aspects, marketing market aspects, financial aspects, technical/operational aspects, management and organizational aspects, environmental impact aspects. This research was conducted on the Tempat Biasa Coffee business with the aim of finding out the business feasibility of the Tempat Biasa Coffee business in terms of business feasibility study aspects. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods with techniques used including interviews, observations and literature studies from articles related to research taken from journals of national reputation and Sinta. From the results of the analysis, the results obtained from the perspective of marketing market aspects, technical/operational aspects, and environmental impact aspects meet the feasibility criteria for a business. Meanwhile, the legal aspects and management and organizational aspects are less feasible. So the ordinary the Tempat Biasa Coffee Shop business still needs to be developed in terms of legal aspects and management and organizational aspects.

Abstract

Effective decision making is key to achieving project success. Risk is always present in managing projects and can significantly impact the final outcome. The Expected Monetary Value (EMV) method is an important tool in managing project risk. EMV is used to calculate the monetary value of the various possible outcomes of a decision or series of decisions. In the context of project decision making, EMV helps project managers to estimate the monetary value of the risks associated with various decisions to be taken during the project cycle. This research uses a literature review type of study and the review model chosen is a narrative review. This research was conducted using a narrative review model. The research method used is secondary data collected from various international journals, papers, and previous research papers used as data sources and analyzed by the author taking into account the problems considered in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the phenomenon of supply chain resilience, company performance, and competitive advantage in Shopee e-commerce sellers through a phenomenological approach. Based on in-depth interviews, field observations, and literature reviews, it is concluded that supply chain resilience has a positive influence on company performance and competitive advantage for Shopee e-commerce sellers. Sellers with resilient supply chains are able to increase sales, customer satisfaction, and business growth, as well as maintain competitive advantage through reliable service, faster delivery times, and consistent product availability. Key factors contributing to supply chain resilience in the context of e-commerce include strong collaboration and communication with suppliers and business partners, adoption of digital technology in supply chain management, and flexibility and agility in responding to demand fluctuations and supply chain disruptions. These findings confirm the importance of supply chain resilience for e-commerce sellers in facing challenges such as demand fluctuations, logistics issues, and intense competition. Sellers with strong supply chain resilience can continue to operate and expand their businesses despite disruptions. This study provides new insights into how e-commerce sellers in Indonesia implement strategies to improve their supply chain resilience, as well as its impact on company performance and competitive advantage.

Abstract

One of the problems in the economy in every country is the problem of inflation. Inflation is the process of increasing general goods which are basic goods needed by the community continuously. This study aims to see the factors that influence the inflation rate in Indonesia. The data used are secondary data obtained through the Provincial Central Statistics Agency. The data taken are inflation (Y), interest rates (X1), and exchange rates (X2) during the period 2015-2024. The research method used in this study is the time series method. The results of the analysis show that interest rates (X1) and exchange rates (X2) have a negative and significant effect on the inflation rate in Indonesia.
