Abstract

This research aims to explore innovations in developing the Islamic religious education curriculum in overcoming the ethical challenges of technology for students at Al-Ma'ruf Kudus Senior High School. Innovation in curriculum development is considered a key parameter for assessing the success and quality of Islamic religious education in overcoming the technological ethical dilemmas faced by students. It is necessary to remember that the curriculum is a dynamic entity that is always developing, keeping up with the times and the needs of society. Therefore, an educational institution that is part of society must always see the development of society as a source of learning as one of the considerations in preparing the development of the institution's or its institution's curriculum, understanding the use of social media, digital security, and the impact of technology on Islamic values. This research involved a sample of Al-Ma'ruf Kudus High School students. Qualitative methods and types of field. Therefore, data sources were taken through triangulation techniques, information was obtained from various sources to ensure validity and reliability. Then it is analyzed by reducing, presenting the data and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that innovation in developing the Islamic religious education curriculum can overcome the technological ethical challenges of students at Al-Ma'ruf Kudus Senior High School.

Abstract

The emergence of planning for a law on the elimination of violence against women or the PKS Bill has drawn a lot of criticism, both for and against. In the PKS Bill, article 11 paragraph 2 letter f states that forced marriage is a criminal act of sexual violence. However, quite a few cases of divorce are caused by an influence on the guardian's right to ijbar. Responding to this, this research raises at least two basic questions, namely what is the epistemology of sexual violence according to gender analysis and how the right to ijbâr can trigger the roots of sexual violence. From the results of this research, the right to ijbar does not appear to be the root of sexual violence unless there is an element of coercion (ikrah). Although in the view of madzhab jurisprudence there are also pros and cons regarding the existence of ijbar. This occurs because a child is mature in choosing a mate so that the guardian only acts as the legalizer of the marriage. An approach with a gender theme can explain the roots of sexual violence that occurs in the right to ijbar which is interpreted as ikrah (coercion) and discrimination that occurs against women from related topics.

Abstract

This research aims to determine: (1) the influence of the Realistic Mathematic Education and Problem Based Learning learning approaches. (2) the influence of learning motivation on learning outcomes. (3) the interaction between Realistic Mathematical Education and Problem Based Learning learning approaches in terms of learning motivation on mathematics learning outcomes. Type of quantitative research with experimental design. The research sample used Cluster Random Sampling from the population of class XI Science students at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Surakarta in 2016/2017. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, tests and documentation. Before the analysis is carried out, a balance test, normality test and homogeneity test are first carried out. Data analysis technique using two-way unequal cell variance analysis with a significance level of 5%. The results of this research were: (1) there is an influence of learning approaches on mathematics learning outcomes. (2) there is an influence of learning motivation on mathematics learning outcomes. (3) there is no interaction between learning approach and learning motivation on mathematics learning outcomes

Abstract

Motivation to learn is very important for students, is no exception in mathematics. Students who have high learning motivation will have implications for good and satisfying learning outcomes. One of the learning models that is considered the most effective way to encourage students to be more enthusiastic about learning is reward and punishment. The formulation of the problems in this study are: 1) How is the development of a mathematics-based mathematics learning model and punishment to increase motivation to learn in class VI MI Khozinatul Ulum Blora students? 2) How is a hypothetical mathematical learning model based on English and punishment. 3) How is the tested model of mathematics-based mathematics learning and punishment. The purpose of this study are: 1) To analyze mathematical learning models based on rewards and punishments in increasing learning motivation. 2) To get a hypothetical design, the development of reward and punishment based mathematics learning models to increase learning motivation. 3) To analyze and obtain reward and punishment based mathematical learning models that are tested to increase learning motivation. 4) Mathematics-based reward and punishment based learning models to improve learning motivation. The method of research and development by developing a learning product that represents the findings and observations that have been made. R and D are done in key stages until it gets a test result across a key foundation for product production. The result of this study after fulfilling the steps is obtained a test model for follow-up with a hypothetical model's evaluation, including past analysis of the clumping process for the students' learning motivation. Later the test model became the basis for making the product of the study manual of reward and punishment for teachers.

Abstract

This article is based on the article "Esoteric Study of Mujahadah Nights: A Review of Ulric Neisser's Cognitive Psychology", explaining night mujahadah activities at the Raudlotul Huda Islamic boarding school, Margoyoso, Jepara. Mujahadah means being serious, using all your energy and thoughts to achieve your goal. The article conveys the night mujahadah procession as part of the subjective, esoteric aspect. The purpose of this writing is to interpret the esoteric aspects of night mujahadah from a psychotherapy perspective. The cornerstone of the question as a trigger for discussion is how is the interpretation of psychotherapy in night mujahadah and how is the actualization of psychotherapy practicing night mujahadah wadhifah? The approach used is an interpretive approach, Paul Ricoeur. By using qualitative content analysis methods. The results of this research are 1) the practice of night mujahadah psychotherapy is carried out such as morning prayers and continued reading awradul mujahadah accompanied by a surrendered heart (wa antalqahu bil qabul) and appreciation, and 2) the actualization of night mujahadah psychotherapy is aimed at solving problems. This actualization is considered capable of being a support system for practitioners who experience a crisis or psychological trauma. So it becomes an antidote to psychosomatic disorders and indications of psychopathological disorders.

Abstract

The problem of objectification ultimately becomes a debate when discussing the principles of the ideal society. The focus is on discussing the conception of the ideal society according to Sheikh Muhammad Al-Madani in the book Al-Mujtama' Al-Mitsali Kama Tunazhzhimuhu Suratu An-Nisaa' which has been translated into Ideal Society in the Perspective of Surah AnNisaa'. To elaborate on this conception, the author uses the theory of objectification of science according to Kuntowijoyo. Objectification refers to Kuntowijoyo's term in the book Islam as Science. For Al-Madani, each letter in the Qur'an has special characteristics. Al-Madani describes the Qur'an as a book of guidance in which there are letters that have distinctive characteristics in encouraging the heart and soul. The Qur'an is a source that has its own analogies, examples, principles and is independent in the perspective he takes in Surah AnNisa. Surah An-Nisa guarantees that the Islamic social order is ideal, as reflected in the principles and guidelines underlying its formation, the expectations that develop within it, and the laws that it enforces. These important principles are first, equality among people; second, faith and obedience to the shari'a of Allah Swt.; third, justice in law, the implementation of court decisions, and testimony; fourth, social security. Al-Madani's conception of the ideal society in the perspective of surah An-Nisa offers the most prominent among the four points above is the equality between men and women, namely the equality of women's social functions with men. The argument offered by al-Madani is An-Nisa (4): 124. Objectification of science is science and believers for all human beings, not only for believers. As for the conception of the ideal society according to AlMadani, the four points mentioned above are the objectification of science and act as religious control in the context of a society.

Abstract

Differences are inevitable, taking any form imaginable, from who gets to define right and wrong to who makes it to the afterlife. This is a question that sparks crucial discussions among religionists. Tafsir scholars certainly have their own interpretations of verses relating to the afterlife and views of salvation. Religious pluralism is something that is difficult to avoid, because it is impossible to gather various beliefs under one religious banner. However, can this plurality in religion be recognized by all religions or is it only a group of people who claim justification for themselves and their group who will truly gain salvation? Departing from this background, the author presents several discussions that will be discussed in this article, namely: the meaning of religious pluralism, verses from the Qur'an about religious pluralism, biographies of commentators, interpretation of pluralism verses according to tafsir books, as well as comparative writers of tafsir and the interpretation of the pluralism verses that they wrote in their tafsir. The purpose of this article is to reveal a comparison of the interpretation of pluralism verses and to compare the biographies of the authors in terms of their interpretation methodology. The method used by the author in this article is a qualitative method with a narrative study approach which focuses on the biography or background of each interpreter and their views on pluralism verses which are being widely studied at this time.

Abstract

Matchmaking is a practice that has precedents in Islam. It is widely practiced by the community in an effort to marry off children to someone who is considered to be well known. However, many of these arranged marriages lead to negative outcomes in the form of domestic violence due to the difficulty in adjusting to a new person who is not personally known, counseling theory becomes the main focus in efforts to understand and handle this problem. Utilizing a counseling approach, this article investigates the relationship between disagreement in arranged marriages and increased risk of domestic violence. Through a literature review, case studies, and theoretical analysis, the article discusses counseling strategies that can be used to ease tensions in an arranged marriage relationship and prevent its escalation into domestic violence. In conclusion, counseling theory opens up space for a deeper understanding of the dynamics of arranged marriage and domestic violence, while providing practical guidance for effective counseling interventions in this context.

Abstract

Currently, among Muslims there are various styles of schools of Islamic thought. The emergence of these various schools is a logical consequence of the process of understanding the main texts in the sources of Islamic law, namely the Al-Qur'an and As-Sunah (hadith) where there are rigid understandings of texts that do not provide room for discussion in them, as well as texts that loose text in the form of conjecture, which is possible to be interpreted in various ways. Thus, this article aims to provide a description of various schools of Islamic thought which are divided into four major schools. This article was written with a qualitative descriptive approach using the literature study method. From the results of the discussion, it is known that there are four major poles in Islamic thought, including Kalam, Philosophy, Fiqh and Sufism. These four major schools then have their own principles, methodologies and sources of interpretation, even though they all have the same basic foundation, namely the Al-Qur'an and As-Sunnah.

Abstract

Hermeneutika merupakan sebuah disiplin ilmu yang mulai gencar didengungdengungkan dalam tradisi penafsiran al-Quran. Terlepas dari pro-kontra terhadap ilmu ini, pada dasarnya para pemikir dan pengkaji hermeneutika mencoba untuk mengembangkan metodologi ilmu dalam memahami alQuran (Ulu>m al-Qura>n). Hassan Hanafi dalam hal ini juga mencoba memberikan sumbangsih keilmuan yang hermeneutis. Gagasan yang ia berikan adalah penafsiran haruslah berangkat dari realitas untuk realitas. Sehingga metodologi tafsir apa pun bentuknya harusnya memiliki orientasi untuk kemashalahatan ummat dan tidak ada penghegemonian pemahaman yang hanya untuk melanggengkan kemashlahatan kelompok atau kekuasaan tertentu
