Abstract

The purpose of this quasi-experimental research was to determine whether the mathematics learning outcomes of students taught by Pictorial Riddle type Inquiry learning were higher than the mathematics learning outcomes of students taught by Reciprocal Teaching learning in Class VII SMPN 11 Bengkulu City. The research sample was determined by cluster sampling in order to obtain class VII A as the experimental class and class VII B as the control class. The experimental class of learning was taught with the Pictorial Riddle Inquiry learning model, while the control class was taught with the Reciprocal Teaching learning model. The research data were analyzed using the t test. Based on the data analysis, it’s concluded that the mathematics learning outcomes of students taught by Pictorial Riddle type Inquiry learning are higher than the mathematics learning outcomes of students taught by Reciprocal Teaching learning. In addition, the results of the descriptive analysis also show that the posttest mean score in the experimental class (77.00) is higher than the mean score of posttests obtained in the control class (70.3).

Abstract

This study aims to see how efficient learning was implemented at SMK Negeri 3 Muara Enim during the Covid-19 era. Except for vocational students who will train with health procedures, learning is done online during the pandemic. This research employs qualitative approaches such as observational data collection, interviews, and documentation. Efficient teachers, curriculum waka, XII grade students, and student guardians served as study subjects. As a result, during the pandemic, efficient learning was implemented in two ways: online and by the use of the block method. This method of learning is relatively new because it can help students acquire a range of useful skills that are difficult to develop exclusively through online learning. Furthermore, some DU / DI host webinars with students on positive learning, which is particularly useful for students who are unable to practice in a business setting.

Abstract

School institutions are concerned not only with education, but also with human resources and finances. The aim of this article is to learn more about how SMA Bukit Asam Tanjung Enim manages and supervises school finances. Data is gathered by exploration, questioning and answering, and file analysis. This analysis approach is a mix of techniques. The triangulation approach was used to interpret the qualitative data, and the quantitative data was statistically analyzed. Treasurers, deputy principals, students, and principals at SMA Bukit Asam Tanjung Enim were the study's target sources. The findings of this study show that school financial management and oversight in the implementation of the school budget work plan is acceptable and efficient. The preparation of the RAPBS or RKAS and accountability reports, which have been completed in compliance with the financial management framework and financial management principles, namely the principle of openness, the principle of accountability, and the principle of performance, demonstrate the management and monitoring of school finances, the principle of effectiveness, the principle of efficiency so that the management and supervision of school finances in SMA Bukit Asam is running well and the cooperation of the school and the community to advance the school is getting better.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe how the Ministry of Education and Culture's Learning Center Portal was used as an online learning medium during the Covid-19 pandemic. The descriptive qualitative method was used in this research. Semi-structured interviews with teachers at different levels of education in South Sumatra Province were used to collect data. The findings of this study show that learning materials, virtual labs, virtual classes, and question banks are all useful features of the Learning House Portal as a learning medium. These online learning activities are carried out using the Ministry of Education and Culture learning house portal media through the WhatsApp group or via google classroom. The learning house portal is very useful as an online learning medium during the Covid-19 pandemic by taking advantage of the many features available.

Abstract

The aim that the researcher wants to achieve is to see the effect of the webbed learning model on the learning outcomes of the V Thematic students of SDN 1 Mendo Barat. The population and sample of this study were all students of grade V SDN 1 Mendo Barat. This type of research is experimental research in the form of Non-equivalent Control Group Design. Data collection techniques are tests and documentation. Research data were analyzed using quantitative data analysis techniques. The posttest experiment calculation results obtained a mean of 78.610, while the posttest control calculation results increased in the acquisition of the mean of 73.540. In addition, this influence is also evidenced by the hypothesis test obtained by tobtained 2.345 greater than ttabel 1.714 so Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. The results showed that the webbed learning model had an effect on the learning outcomes of fifth grade students in thematic subjects at SDN 1 Mendo Barat. A teacher must have creativity in the learning process, if a teacher has problems in student learning outcomes, researchers suggest the Webbed learning method because this method has been researched and student learning outcomes have developed from previous learning outcomes.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to examine further into effects of communication, motivation, and teacher certification in SMA Negeri Sekayu District, Musi Banyuasin District, both together and separately. The sample size for this quantitative study is 124 participants. The research instrument used primary and secondary data analysis in the form of questionnaires and teacher data, as well as documents relevant to research that were accessible in schools. The findings revealed that communication, motivation, and teacher certification all had a major impact on teacher performance in SMA Negeri Sekayu District, Musi Banyuasin District. Furthermore, communication has a partly positive impact on performance. This research is expected to be input for high school teachers in Sekayu District, Musi Banyuasin Regency. So that it can improve communication, work motivation, and teacher certification so that the performance of SMA Negeri Sekayu District, Musi Banyuasin Regency will be even better.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of online learning experienced by teachers during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses quantitative research. The data collection technique was carried out using a survey, which is to find data on relevant matters. The research subjects were teachers of UPT SMKN 3 Muara Enim. The results of this study indicate that online learning has a positive impact on the mastery of Information Technology (IT) teachers at UPT SMK Negeri 3 Muara Enim. The use of many distance learning media has also been tried and used by teachers in delivering teaching materials and materials to students.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to see how online learning affected teachers' ability to manage the learning process at MAN 1 Musi Banyuasin. Purposive sampling was used to select 20 teachers from MAN 1 Musi Banyuasin for this study. Data was collected by handing out questionnaires with a 5-point Likert scale measuring 20 statement items. Multiple linear regression analysis was used as the method of analysis. The findings revealed that simultaneous online learning improved teachers' ability to manage the learning process significantly.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the teacher's performance at SD Negeri 27 Banyuasin I. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative research methods. Sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques, namely interview observation and documentation, the data obtained is then analyzed to become a conclusion of the research process. The findings of the study show that the performance of elementary school teachers at SD Negeri 27 Banyuasin I is still classified as poor because of the five aspects of performance measurement studied, namely the quality of work results, timeliness, ability initiative, and communication, only the aspects of initiative and ability are assessed as having been assessed. pretty good. To improve the performance of elementary school teachers at SD Negeri 27 Banyuasin I, it is hoped that teachers will be more effective and efficient in the learning process so that educational goals can be implemented properly.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the influence of the Principal's Leadership on Teacher Performance in SD Negeri 116 OKU. This quantitative research involved 13 teachers in SD Negeri 116 OKU as research subjects. The data are obtained using a questionnaire and then analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that there was an increase in teacher performance by 15%, while other factors had a negative impact. It is proven that school leadership provides benefits to the performance of teachers at SD Negeri 116 OKU.
