Internal problem study this is there any effect of leg muscle explosive power training on the speed of sickle kick results of Pencak Silat PSHT students at SMA Negeri 4 Sekayu. The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there was an effect of leg muscle explosive power training on the speed of sickle kick results of Pencak Silat PSHT Students of SMA Negeri 4 Sekayu. The method used in this study uses the method Experiment Design That is pre- Experiment Design Often also called “Almost Experiment” or mock experiments. The type of design used one group pretest-posttest design. Data collection techniques with tests. Data analysis techniques using statistical analysis. Researchers use several method statistics, namely simple linear regression, product moment correlation, and testing the hypothesis used t test The conclusion shows the results of the regression Y = 0.008 + 1.16 X the results of calculating the product moment correlation (rxy) of 0.17 is included in the category of the level of a strong relationship between the independent variables and the variables bound, and the determinant coefficient (r2) = 51% of the speed of sickle kick results and the rest is influenced by other factors. Also, through hypothesis testing, namely t-count> t-table (5.29 > 1.701). clarifies that Ha is accepted and Ho rejected significantly. Thus, there is an effect of muscle explosive power training limbs on the speed of the sickle kick results of Pencak Silat PSHT students at SMA Negeri 4 Sekayu.

This research uses classroom action research. The sample in this study were 30 students of class X IPA at SMA Negeri Semendawai Barat, OKU Timur. The data analysis technique used in this study was descriptive qualitative and qualitative. For data collection, syllabus, lesson plans and assessment rubrics were used. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the increase in long jump results through playing in class X IPA students at SMA Semendawai Barat, OKU Timur was marked by an increase in the average value of students. The average score of students in pre-action activities was 68.89 with a complete percentage of 33.54%. This condition experienced an increase in the average score of students in cycle I, which was 78.33 and the percentage of completeness was 70.12%. However, this increase still has not reached the target previously set. Then after continuing to cycle II the average value of the long jump of students again increased by 83.45 with a completeness percentage of 90.35%. This shows that the targets previously set have been achieved so that the research was stopped in cycle II. The long jump learning process uses a playing approach to jump over used motorcycle tires and used cardboard which is dynamic and fun. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between speed and leg muscle strength with the long jump squat style in class VIII students at SMP Negeri 16 Palembang. The method used is multiple correlation. Test variables x1 (speed), x2 (leg muscular strength), and Y (outcome of long jump squat style) are used in research data gathering methodologies. Hypothesis testing findings demonstrate a link between leg speed and muscular strength and the results of the squat style long jump in class VIII students at SMP Negeri 1 Selat Penuguan. According to the testing hypothesis, there is a link between speed and the results of long jump squat style. Second, there is a link between leg muscular strength and the outcomes of the squat-style long jump. Third, with the long jump squat method, there is a link between speed and leg muscular strength. The F-test results are then computed, and F table, this study concludes that Ha is accepted when F count (7.815) > F table (2.87). This suggests that there is a link between speed and leg muscular strength and the outcomes of the squat style long jump in SMP Negeri 1 Selat Penuguan class VIII students.

Gobak sodor game is performed with the aim of increasing the agility of the players in the basketball game. This type of research is quantitative research that uses the “pre-experimental design” research method, namely (one-group pretest-posttest design). The population in this study was 40 people. The sample in this study is a total of 40 people. Based on the results of the research, it can be seen that this traditional game, in addition to being fun and motivating students in training, has other advantages, namely, it enables students to exercise. Therefore, students’ agility becomes more enhanced in driving and defending than before physical training with this game. The results of the hypothesis test show that the calculated t value is greater than the table t (9.102 > 2.021). Thus, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted which reads there is a significant effect of traditional gobak sodor game on dribbling agility in basketball games for extracurricular students at SD Negeri 72 OKU.
